Great long distance movers!

I absolutely loved my experience with this company and the process was simple and efficient. I was really nervous about getting all of my items packed up and moves across to a whole new state. The movers were great with communication and overall super fast. We had a stress free experience with Nationwide Moving Services!

They were amazing.

They were amazing. My date kept changing and they were patient, yet responsive and kept checking in. The actual moving day - the movers were on time, professional, courteous and efficient. They were extremely reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone!!

They didn't do anything wrong. They didn't brake anything and I was extremely satisfied. I have also sent them a note to tell them how perfect they were b/c they were nervous on online rating. I had a glass table top delivered.

Binding Moving Estimate from Illinois to Tucson

My husband Steve Jaffe was given a binding estimate of $7783 for this move. When the moving company showed up it ended up costing us $5000 more than what was quoted. Do not use this company. I will be writing a letter to the better business bureau on how they do business.

There are not many companies like Nationwide Moving Services Inc Moving Companies around today. Thank you crew, you are the best!

Our move could have gone very bad when the power to our building was cut off an hour into the move. The crew not only kept moving, walking our stuff down 3 flights of stairs they all did it without a complaint. They were pleasant, professional and efficient Thank you crew, you are the best!

Liars and thieves STAY AWAY!!

DO NOT USE!! they are liars and thieves. Should be arrested for fraud. First a liar named Robert gives you an "estimate" then a thief named Heidi will call and double your estimate!! Then they send scum movers who will not pick up unless you pay more... I went from $4800 to $10,100 ! They should all be arrested. Lying low life's. DO NOT USE!!

The worst experience in your life

I can say I never thought I would go through this. I think it is fair to say that providing 1 start to this company is a compliment.

This is my experience:

I did three reviews with the company

I asked them to come to my house to see if anything was missing (they did not)

We did a virtual review (the max they would do)

The mover came and in 5 minutes (literally) said I had to pay 1k more... I didn't, they left a lot of my stuff behind.

Then, to close... I had hired a full service, including assembly... guess what happened?... yeap, walked out without finishing the job.

Do not use this company

Would NOT recommend this company. you would be better off moving yourself. you will get a low quote to get you - then you will be charged at least double. they contract your move out and have zero accountability once they take your money. your cost will DOUBLE. we provided a room by room detailed listing with measurements of everything prior to our move. the movers showed up with a small truck 3-4 hours later than scheduled. they actually had to call for an additional truck through UHaul. the movers had to work overnight in our house because we were closing the next morning. we were told our items would be put in storage but they couldn’t tell us where for “security reasons”! this was our stuff but we could not know where it was being stored.

we placed several calls to National and they and the people they contracted us out to said we were being unreasonable. they are the most unprofessional business we have ever dealt with. when our items did arrive the number of crushed boxes and missing items was unbelievable. in their eyes, the customer is always wrong and demanding. they kept telling us that we “don’t know anything about moving “ - we wonder if they know anything about moving. they contracted out to movers that hadn’t slept in 24 hours - rather than staff appropriately they created unsafe and cruel working conditions. they were correct in that we do not know how a moving company runs, but based on our experience, neither do they. they showed up at 4:00 with 2 people for a 4 bedroom house move in a 27 foot truck. again, we are not movers but we knew this was not going to work. when the 2 movers called for additional help, after driving two hours, the additional people refused the job saying it was unsafe and should have been day job and should have had about 8 people working. they actually left. then they called people in from NY who arrived at 10:30 pm!!!!

Horrible experience

This company contracts out to other moving companies who then triple your cost based off of their new square footage estimate. I had a one bedroom apartment and they doubled my square footage the day of the move which tripled my cost with all of the extra add ons. Not to mention the movers were rude, took waaaaay too long and tried to express how much extra work they had to do for this move. They even said my stuff wouldn’t all fit on the truck, but low and behold it fit just fine. I was in tears by the end of this experience, and I hope no one else has to deal with this.

Excellent professional company.

Excellent professional company. I would recommend National Moving Services Inc any time. They were polite and did an incredible job moving my mom’s things. They wore masks for safety which I was glad to see as my mom’s elderly. Any fragile items or big furniture was carefully wrapped as well. We would definitely hire them again.

Be Ware of these SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!!!!

These people are scammers !! DO NOT USE THEM. Our move was to be around 7k all said and done it was over 14K for half of a 26ft truck. Rip off artist !! And they hold your stuff until you pay. Stay away from this company unless you have money to throw away. WE DIDNT. SCAMMERS big time!!!!

On the day of the move, everything went as planned. It was an all-round service including dismantling and assembling various items (bed, ceiling lights, etc.). We also had material to dispose of, which removal men immediately took away

Staff members were friendly!

Staff members were absolutely brilliant. Manager took the job after a couple of local removal companies rejected to relocate my house. Staff members were friendly and very quick and had me moved in no time at all.
