Absolutely Remarkable Service! This year I decided to move out of state and was expecting a very stressful trip. Nationwide Moving Services shattered my low expectations with their professionalism and excellent care for my belongings. Their workers were very friendly and cooperative to my demands. I would say that their pricing is generous for the amazing service that they provided and the stress that they helped me avoid. I strongly recommend Nationwide Moving Services!

I have moved across the country a few times now, and have used different movers for each relocation. Nationwide Moving Services blew the competition away in terms of service and accountability.

Their crews showed up right on time, took great care to protect all of my delicate items, and were conscious to clean up any mess (packing materials, boxes, tape, etc.) they generated.

I am very satisfied with the cost and quality of their services, took a huge load off of a stressful move!

I've had poor experiences with other moving companies on the past. I've had crews that were quite rude to me and my family, and customer service teams that didn't really do anything to help. That's why I was nervous when I gave this company a try. I was definitely surprised by how courteous and professional this company's crew was. They took great care in making sure our possessions got to where they needed in almost perfect condition. Would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to move residences

I've had to move many times in my life, and it's never fun. Fortunately, I'm in a position in life where I can finally afford a mover. I shopped around for a while, but settled on Nationwide Moving Services, and I couldn't be happier. They were quick, professional, and made sure my belongings made it to my new home without a hitch. I strongly recommend using them if you're looking for a mover, and will keep them in mind if I ever have to move again.

I was very hesitant to use this company as I have had a negative moving experience in the past. However, I was immediately consolidated after a short call with their straight forward, friendly, customer service. I was worried about items being damaged during the move and I expressed these worries. The company certainly took this into consideration as I never once saw a mover being careless with my items. My move was a breeze thanks to Nationwide and I will certainly use them again in my next move.

BEWARE - Nationwide Moving are not honest, at least they weren’t in my experience with them. Their website doesn’t make it clear that they are a BROKER, not an actual moving company. I spoke to Thomas McGarry, Senior Moving Coordinator, Nationwide Moving Services (855-967-0102 Ext. 453) and shared my fears of the horrible moving stories. He assured me over and over again that his team were stellar. He kept contacting me and texting reviews that reflected this when in reality he omitted that they were brokers, and that he had no idea who would be assigned to move us. He was very responsive and convincing, and we felt assured and confident Nationwide Moving were the right moving company. We gave our $1131.64 deposit, and after that another $500.

The nightmare began when we got close to the pick-up date. We were told to make a payment cheque out to a company – Stop & Move LLC. We were puzzled and then horrified to find out they gave our move to another company and worse, this company had only TERRIBLE reviews (which included carelessness, theft, extortion, and even refusing to leave people’s homes or holding items hostage). We were victims to a classic bait and switch. We were stuck, as it was outside the cancellation period. Nationwide Moving did not offer us any options - such as another reputable moving company - thus we had no option but to cancel. Nationwide Moving said they were keeping my $1631.34 deposit, but later offered to return $500 if I signed a contract and promising to not complain. They said we had cancelled outside the allocated cancellation period (after they purposely made sure we wouldn’t know who they’d sold our contract to until the day before moving) and thus the deposit was lost.

It was a win-win for Nationwide Moving. Maybe someone savvy would have known better, but me, a 67-year old woman and her daughter didn’t stand a chance. Nationwide Moving took advantage of us, plain and simple, and got away with it. We ended up with packing our own stuff in U-boxes and shipping with U-Haul; not our envisioned route. It is shameful what Nationwide Moving did to us. Please be careful.

I want to preface this by saying I never leave reviews. However, my experience was that poor that I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

From the moment I finished the consultation with Hamilton the experience went downhill. Hamilton provided me a quote of around $2800, and assured me my goods would be carefully delivered to the end destination in 10-14 days. He couldn't have been any further from the truth. From the moment the moving company arrived they immediately told me that the quote was wrong and that they wouldn't move a single box until i agreed to pay the increased price. This wouldn't be exact until everything was loaded on the truck - the estimate the driver gave me was a $200 increase to the original quote. Companies like Nationwide get you because you put down such a large deposit that if I wouldn't have agreed to the increase in price I would have lost my down payment of $1300. I agree to the increase and let them move start loading. Once the truck was loaded my end price increase was a little shy of $900 more then the original quote bringing my new price from $2800 up to $3700. I was told that they didn't know my bed was going to be so large, however i told them it was a king size bed and mattress with four drawers underneath the bed.

Just when you think it couldn't get any worse, boy was i wrong. after 16 days without a word from the movers I finally called to learn that my goods hadn't even left the Seattle area and were sitting in a warehouse just outside of the city. They shared that they had 40 days from the first available delivery day to make good on there delivery of my items. My items were picked up on 3/10/21 and didn't arrive to me in Houston until either 4/19/21. Far exceeding the 10-14 days I was initially told. When i tried to reach out to Nationwide the response I received was basically better luck next time. They did however refund me $200, a small fraction of the additional money they charged me at pick-up.

When my things finally arrived the experience wasn't much better. My Road bike worth Several thousand dollars was sitting on it's frame (they had taken the wheels off the bike).

I honestly can't stress enough that if it was possible for me to leave them a zero star rating i would. I spoke with a driver who said the best moving service to use is Allied Vans becuase they don't outsource anything and the price they quote you up front is the final price you pay (no surprises going forward).

The gross incompetence from the company was either pure fraud or gross negligence. Either way DO NOT USE NATIONWIDE MOVING SERVICES. Save yourself the headache.

This was the worst experience with a moving company, since they are brokers they will not guarantee your move dates even though they supply an extra day. I scheduled my move a month in advance for a Friday with Saturday as my back up day. Received a call Friday a few hours before the scheduled arrival that they were running late for the 5 pm-7 pm window and would pick up Saturday between 5 pm and 7 pm. Saturday was the flex day they had given me so I was fine with this. Saturday afternoon I received a call that they were running behind and I would not be picked up until Sunday morning between 7 am and 9 am, first pick up of the day. This required me to rebook plane tickets, and rearrange all other move plans. Sunday at 10 am when I still had not seen nor heard from the movers I started calling every number I could find for Nationwide Moving (they are closed on the weekend), finally received a call that now the movers would be there between 2 pm and 4 pm. They did end up arriving around 11:30, however they did not have a dolly so had to leave part of the crew to wrap the furniture while another left for an hour to find a dolly. Everything was finally loaded by 4pm. The change in dates and times cost me approximately $500, Nationwide does not care since they are simply the brokers. When I asked the company that did the actual move when they had been booked it was one day prior to my move. Moving is stressful enough without the added headache and expense this company has caused. 10 out of 10 would NOT recommend them for anyone.

Absolutely horrible service. Do not use this company!! Do yourself a favor and either rent a Uhaul or a Pod. They do nothing to help ensure a timely delivery. Our belongings have been sitting in a warehouse in LA for a month because the company they contracted out to cannot find a driver. I don't understand why they would take my money and things if they don't have a driver. And compensation for a late delivery is absurdly low: $20 a day for every business day it is late. Choose a different company!
