A friend gave me your number and said, "They are the best," so I called them. We moved last week, so I called you to move all of our boxes and furniture. Working with your moving business was a great pleasure for me because everything was handled cautiously, swiftly, and graciously. Since every employee had gloves and a mask on, I felt secure about my family's safety. I'm happy I took my friend's advice.

Well Managed!

I had a great experience from the moment I called the National Moving Services Inc to the moment I moved in. The manager was really accommodating and easy to get a touch of (I had to delay my move multiple times). Obtaining the required date and time was never a problem for me. On the day of my move, two more men arrived to help. Due to construction concerns at my apartment, my move took a little longer than expected, but the guys were absolutely nice! All of my belongings arrived at my new home undamaged, as far as I can tell

This company moved me! What an amazing experience! I was so worried about my items being damaged and worried about having issues with customs. I was assured that they would handle everything with care. They held to their word! The packaging was amazing! They took pride in making sure that I was a satisfied customer. Excellent customer service

From initially generating an estimate that was accurate through to the final billing process, to sending an excellent packing team to wrap and pick up our goods, to connecting us with a very efficient local expeditor and customs broker at the destination, they did a fantastic job. They also provided excellent customer service, we’re always ready to answer our questions and went out of their way to advise us and inform us of how to pack and prepare our shipment as efficiently as possible.

I would HIGHLY recommend them

Organizing my items was quick and efficient. I was able to get the quote along with the payment done within a day. The guys who moved my furniture were very professional and lovely people to work with. They took my situation into consideration and worked around it. I am removing one star because on the day my items were to be picked up, nobody would help me from the head office and I sat for an hour and a half waiting, without being informed of any delays.

Refund request

This company is horriable. I googled moving companies and their company came up as a five-star moving company, they contacted me and I gave them my information on moving from FL to MI. gave a list of items and a tentative moving date. I paid the deposit of $7,584.20 with my credit card thinking that they would charge me the month of the move not 2 months before. Now I have to pay interest on this charge.

I called to cancel the move due to my partner getting a leg infection (cellulitis) and spend 6 days in the hospital. When I explained my situation and asked for a credit of the deposit, I paid back to my card they were rude and unsympathetic about my situation. They stated that I was past the 72-hour cancelation period, and I have to pay the deposit without refund. They penalize me for using them and a tentative move date, this is scam and fraudulent.

They did nothing as far as moving me, they took my information and ran with it. No move, no packing, nothing, they did absolutely nothing for me. they have shady, unfair and deceptive practices.

I have stress and sleepless nights because of this and of the health issue of my partner.

They have over 300 horriable reviews with the BBB and other sites as well. I'm retired and on a fixed income, this money was hard earned and they could care less.

Someone needs to do an investigation on their deceitful scam company.

If they were legit and professional their reviews would be outstanding.

I give them a ZERO RATING. ALL I WANT IS A CREDIT BACK FOR THE MONEY PAID TO MY CREDIT CARD.

National Moving Services Inc did a great job!

National Moving Services Inc did a great job! We coordinated a move involving my elderly in-laws to a new city which could have been difficult since we are a few hundred miles away from them. However, after communicating these particulars to National Moving Services Inc, they did a great job in coordinating all the details. My inlaws had a great experience!

I can't express enough how professional they were and super helpful with my mother's move. They worked very hard, fast and careful with my mother's items. It was a breeze!

It's hard enough dealing with a death, but even more when you have to get the deceased person's home emptied. I was given an 8 to noon arrival window, and they were early! Love it. They took extra care to secure items that were very sentimental, were polite, and asked questions rather than just guessing at what should be done. Thanks guys for making at least 1 part of handling my mothers estate worry free!

I am so pleased with this company!!

I am so pleased with this company!! The rates are more than competitive and they were right on time! I have them move a couch and chair from and individual to my house. they 2 men who were sent to me were polite, clean and extremely hard working! I honestly could not be more satisfied with this company. I intend to use them again since I seem to frequently be changing furniture around. I highly recommend them!

Great experience with this company!

Great experience with this company! They were on time, very personable, handled my furniture with care, took extra care with my boxes marked "fragile" and I had no damage to anything. Their price was the best one around and they worked hard for their money. All three men were polite, very friendly and didn't waste any time. I was very happy with this company and would definitely recommend them.

I would highly recommend National Moving Services Inc Movers! I contacted them and John got back to me quickly. He was a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions! The movers showed up on time and were very efficient. They never stopped moving! The truck was loaded within 30 minutes. At the other end, at a storage unit, they loaded the elevator efficiently and quickly and packed the unit with ease. We will definitely use National Moving Services Inc Movers again when it comes time to move our items from the storage unit to a new location. Efficient, polite, wonderful to work with!!!!

Service is amaizing!

I had been moving a lot for the past 12 years, Sam is the owner of Hayk Moving was always on contact with me, responded so quick for text and calls, that’s how so post to be when you hiring a professionals, my stuff was delivered in havy rain, movers are covered my stuff by shrink wrap at delivery again to protect from water, that’s unbelievable, my husband like are they serious????? Lol, furnitures was assambled back together, my stuff came in great shape, i asked them please to come in exactly day, that was only one day window for me to accept it, cause my workplace can’t wait, SO HAPPY!!! This was my first time using a moving company and wished I had used them sooner. It was the best experience. I have always been stressed when moving because I live alone and moving usually takes the entire day. This company's movers came on time, moved everything in a very timely manner and they even made sure my boxes were secure. My apartment was cleared in literally 30min, and everything unloaded in my new place in 20 min. If I have to move again or if I know anyone that needs help moving I will definitely be using this company again and I highly recommend it to any one who hates moving. It’s very affordable and worth every penny. Thank you again, you made my move easy and smooth. I forgot my movers name but the team was awesome!!!

They are CROOKS! The contracted another moving company "Jackson Movers", who then upcharged me while my belongings were sitting in the hot Texas Sun. Jackson movers have TERRIBLE reviews but I had no control over who National contracted. In the end I have many broken items that will never be replaced and I am still looking for items that were allegedly packed onto the moving truck. They also charged the moving truck company who picked up my belongings from Jackson Movers. Told them they were not allowed to load his own Truck and charged him for it.

Made my move easier

We used this company to move about 30 minutes away and they were an AWESOME company to work with. From the beginning to the end, I conducted my business with kind, caring, and overall positive people. They truly understand how stressful moving can be, and do their best to eliminate as much of this stress as possible.They did a preliminary "walk through" of our place over the phone to get an accurate estimate of the amount of things that needed to be moved. They were up-front with all of their costs, and if something was mandatory for the move that we provided, they removed it from the invoice (such as mattress bags).

Excellent Service.

I counted on Nationwide Moving Services for several times and I could not be more content with their work. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a moving company that is both reliable and professional.
