They are CROOKS! The contracted another moving company "Jackson Movers", who then upcharged me while my belongings were sitting in the hot Texas Sun. Jackson movers have TERRIBLE reviews but I had no control over who National contracted. In the end I have many broken items that will never be replaced and I am still looking for items that were allegedly packed onto the moving truck. They also charged the moving truck company who picked up my belongings from Jackson Movers. Told them they were not allowed to load his own Truck and charged him for it.

From the beginning to the end, I conducted my business with kind, caring, and overall positive people. They truly understand how stressful moving can be, and do their best to eliminate as much of this stress as possible.They did a preliminary "walk through" of our place over the phone to get an accurate estimate of the amount of things that needed to be moved. They were up-front with all of their costs, and if something was mandatory for the move that we provided, they removed it from the invoice (such as mattress bags).

I had been moving a lot for the past 12 years, Sam is the owner of Hayk Moving was always on contact with me, responded so quick for text and calls, that’s how so post to be when you hiring a professionals, my stuff was delivered in havy rain, movers are covered my stuff by shrink wrap at delivery again to protect from water, that’s unbelievable, my husband like are they serious????? Lol, furnitures was assambled back together, my stuff came in great shape, i asked them please to come in exactly day, that was only one day window for me to accept it, cause my workplace can’t wait, SO HAPPY!!! They go under alot of different names, they are a broker who low balls your quote after giving them all the facts and then hires other dishonest companies where the driver gets kick backs to charge you flights of stairs, distance, etc. I went from $2k to $4300 and no one ever called me when my furniture would arrive, they wanted to show up at 11 pm at night. How unprofessional, no receipts, a penske truck, horrible, dishonest and do not use. They will nickel and dime you for everything. I hope karma gets them back and they go out of business. Praying on others during an emotional time is disgusting and very unethical. If you don't pay them when they show up, they will just leave and you will never get your deposit back.

I had an extraordinary great event with that relocation group. Also, Dean, Mark, Alexus, Todd, and Frank the team members were surely professional and polite. Punctuality was not an issue, and they worked as a team from the beginning to the end. Great were the movers and packers who cared for my property and made sure to have all the items safely packed. It was evident from the beginning of their efforts that they had great attention to detail and were committed to customer satisfaction. The staff was also very good-natured and polite, which made the process very enjoyable. They made sure that everything was in perfect order and even went beyond the package. I will express the opinion that the move is a challenge that is difficult and often a terrifying experience for some people, but this team has shown it to be an easy one. Their effort and fortitude were truly deserving of a commendation. I could not have had a more magnificent move. It is absolutely recommendable!
