      Excellent Service!

      My husband and I just moved from Minneapolis to Miami Beach, and we could not be more satisfied with the service this company provided us with. This was our first time moving, so we were a bit nervous about the whole process... let alone costs. But thanks to this company the process was very simple and the prices were very reasonable. The guys who helped us move were very professional, friendly, and real with us. They had an answer for all of our questions and made sure we knew we had nothing to worry about. I was surprised at how attentive and careful they were when moving our stuff and I could tell how much they actually cared about their job and us as customers. I most definitely recommend this company and we will be sure to use it if we plan to move again in the future!

      Amazing Service!

      My fiance and I recently moved out and we were super stressed about how we were going to get all of our things from our separate homes to our new home without taking a million trips. We came across National Moving and used their price estimator to see if we could even consider to use the service. We were surprised with how affordable it was. The guys that came out were nothing but helpful and very sweet. They were also very considerate when moving large furniture, as not to bump into the walls are leave any terrible damage. This was extremely helpful as to not add on any more damages that my fiance and I would have to cover! I definitely suggest you use National Moving . They definitely lifted hundreds of pounds of anxiety off of us. So grateful for this service and the great employees they have that make the process, that much more comfortable!

      Great movers!

      Me and my husband wanted to move out of our small 1 bedroom apartment in Baltimore to a 2 bedroom home in Plain city, ohio to be closer to family. These guys were nothing but kind and very helpful. We only had to pay $2,453 to move our few belongings and start our new life. Thanks guys!

      AMAZING!

      I was very stressed about moving and this company eased it. They were very gentle with my belongings and customer service was always available to help with anything I asked. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. Next time I move again, definitely using them.

      Amazing Customer Service

      I was apprehensive and stressed about moving, but National Moving & Storage put my anxiety at ease. They had amazing customer service, were very careful with my possessions, and extremely affordable. I have moved numerous times before finding my forever home, and by far this company not only met, but exceeded my expectations. If any one is moving: National Moving & Storage is the way to go!

      Quick Arrival

      I am so glad that I decided to hire National Moving and Storage! They were very reasonably priced for my move from Georgia to Illinois, careful with my belongings, and Cynthia provided amazing customer service along the way! The moving crew arrived early, were very professional, worked very quickly, and were also very courteous towards myself and my family as well! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to move long distance!

      Total cost was way under quote. I got quoted $3000 and it only cost me $2200

      100% Satisfied!

      I am so glad that I decided to hire National Moving and Storage! They were very reasonably priced for my move from California to Illinois, careful with my belongings, and Cynthia provided amazing customer service along the way! The moving crew arrived early, were very professional, worked very quickly, and were also very courteous towards myself and my family as well! I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to move long distance!

      Stress free moving.

      Let me just start by saying, I was REALLY nervous to make this move on my own! I really didn't know how I was going to get it done without help. National Moving & Storage threw all of my concerns, right out the window. They didn't just make sure all of my things made it from Massachusetts to Connecticut safely, they made sure it was stored for me until my space was ready to move in! $2300 was a small price to pay for such an easy/awesome moving experience!

      Great service.

      I'm so thankful for National Moving and Storage. This company took all of the stress out of my cross country move. They were professional and careful with my belongings. They were reasonably priced and provided excellent customer service. They were reliable and friendly upon pickup and delivery. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

      Worst Experience- Professional Scammers

      The company completely scammed me. 3k extra for hidden fees. For being over even though we told the sales rep and multiple other people we had more stuff months before move date. Run 1500 fee just for adding more SQF- not counting 1000- for the sqf 200sq more never once offer in multiple calls to add more continuously told don’t worry we will give you estimate when we arrive. Worst customer service they are all in on the scam Erica the receptionist Who claims to be the top supervisor. Multiple requests to pull the calls as they say we have to charge the fee you didn’t tell us you had more stuff. Wait what 1 month before given deposit to Phillys 7+ phone calls advised her we had more stuff and we’re worried about going over. Only to be told over and over DONT worry we dont have hidden fees we will give you an estimate when we get there!! They lie and lie and run you in circles call the driver for a discount! The driver say I’ll take off 700.00 but you have to take care of me and my guys! They going to take 400.00 call Supervisor Fake Erica tell her the discount i was offered and how unacceptable this process is, didn’t care to bad. Asked multiple times i want my calls pulled…

      Awful and misleading

      Spoke with sales agent. Told them I needed a guaranteed move on a specific date and I needed a pick up and drop off all on the same day. I made the deposit of $400 deposit. Well, 19 hours before I was supposed to have to movers arrive at my location, they call me to tell me that they are not coming until the following day. I was very specific with what my needs were and they claimed to be able to deliver. Well, not the case. They kept referring to the contract, but I never signed a contract. All I had was a quote showing my deposit and a move date. There was absolutely nothing in this documentation that indicated they could change the date on me the day before. The person who called me was unfriendly and unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding this company like the plague. They are also not BBB accredited. Bad company. I’m just grateful I got my money back

      I will never use this company anymore. My first contact was awesome. The agent was really nice and helpful and the price was unbeatable, that should be a sign of alert for me. It was when my belongings where delivered that the nightmare started. Numerous boxes smashed, items broken, badly scratched, they managed to break even my new TV which they packed using only cardboard without protection at all and I paid separately for the packing, absolutely a nightmare. Getting customer service was another horror, they were very rude besides it took them 3 months to send me a check of $160 and my loss was in the thousands. It may have worked for others but not for me and I don’t recommend this company.

      Scammers!!

      DO NOT use this company. They quoted a price that doubled when a third party mover (Boost Express Van Lines)showed up. They damaged many of my possessions and only paid $108 in damages. I still have not received my damage check a year later. RUN from both National Moving and Storage and Boost Express Van Lines!!

Long-distance move from Herrin, IL to Rochester, NY

More than fair

There were some complications related to my underestimation of the cubic foot needed and to my difficult driveway so I wasn't going to be able to use them. They gave me a full refund of my deposit and didn't charge me anything even though it wasn't able to be canceled until the day before the move. Very professional and appreciated.

Stay away from this company!!
