My Best Movers is dishonest. First, this company is a broker, not a moving company. Meaning they connect people with actual moving companies. They act as a middle man. When I first spoke to them, the customer service representative told me he was a driver for the company. Lie number one. Broker companies do not have drivers. This company gave me a good deal at the beginning and then it ended up costing more. When I had my quality assurance call with the customer service representative, he told me there was potential for my final cost to go down if I had less stuff than what was on my inventory. Lie number two. This was not the case. The company gaslit me and also demanded that I make the choice to hire them and told me the quote was live and was subject to change if I did not make the deposit immediately. That should have been the first red flag. When I was on the phone with customer service I heard in the background the same employee who lied to me getting a complaint from a different client. Save yourself the headache and go with an actual moving company.

I originally requested a quote for my move from My Best Mover sometime last week, as I was checking out numerous other companies so that I can find the best company to suit my needs. Today (5/5/22), I received a call from a man by the name of John, at which time I told John that I would no longer be needing their services. John was very belligerent and rude towards me and basically cursed me out, saying that "I was full of ****" when he kept pressing me about which company I went with for my move. Following this phone call, I received numerous phone calls within the span of a few hours (one caller even stated that there was no John working there, which I don't believe).

This company does not seem like a very ethical nor does it seem that they respect their consumers. They ought to be ashamed of themselves and should not be involved in the moving business EVER!!!!! PLEASE steer clear of this company at all cost. I sincerely hope that they get no business whatsoever and go under.

I had Hired “mymoversllc” in good hopes. The first red flag was that my quality assurance apt was set for 9:00am and I didn’t get a call until after 12:30pm. I decided to do a little more research and looked through reviews on several separate websites and was horrified with what I saw. I decided it was best for me to lose out of my deposit than possibly have my belongs misplaced, my moving dates scattered, or be upcharged x2 like I had seen on 80% of the reviews. When I called to cancel my move the people on the phone were incredibly disrespectful and out of line. They said that “Disneyland also gets bad reviews but that doesn’t mean people stop going there.” I was appalled. They continued to say that I wouldn’t get my deposit back(which I was aware of) and then said “it must be nice to have that kind of money to throw around or give away.” My move with them is now canceled thank goodness. Do not use this company.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $1200

If I could give them 0 stars I would. After receiving my deposit, they set up a quality assurance phone call to make sure I was properly quoted for everything that was going to be moved. On day-of, rather than moving my items as agreed, they had hired another company to do so and I was then charged over twice what was quoted, which I did not have. I was forced to send the truck away and am now refused a refund on my deposit despite no service being performed and despite attempted extortion. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

When my husband first spoke with the Company they were very nice, and we received a reasonable estimate. At the QA call we had added a couch to the square footage so we knew there would be an increase. When the movers arrived one was wearing flip flops! They proceeded to tell us they wouldn't take the standard platform bed apart (it was the paperwork as a platform bed). They finally agreed and said they wouldn't charge us for it, and they won't put it back together. We actually ended having them take less stuff BUT we somehow took an additional 150 square feet so we needed to pay them an additional $400 dollars this was on top of what we already paid them!! I also had to go around and clean up after the movers left rolls of used tape, wrapping stuff, etc. We never got an itemized list from the movers, and my Husband contacted this Company on 3 different occasions to find out why we were charged more, where is furniture? We moved less than 500 miles and were told it would be 1-7 business days it's now been 14 days...Every time he called he had to tell the CS Agent what was going on because I guess they don't take notes and put it in the Customer Files. He was told they have thousands of customers so basically we weren't that important. We finally were told today that our furniture was on the way, but the text from the Moving Company sounds like a 10 year old wrote so again not professional at all which is what we were told they hired for us. Hopefully our furniture will actually arrive tomorrow!!

This company just tries to take your money right after you receive the call by asking your bank information without giving you an enough time to read the terms and condition. When I tried to cancel the moving and get my deposit back, they just said that it was my fault as I didn't read the terms and condition saying too late to get my money back. The old lady on the phone was also very rude.

You have to check other reviews below and stay away from this company. The first guy from the company sounded very nice but he was the guy who kept asking my bank information.

I scheduled a month in advance. They said they would call the day before to schedule the pick up time but didn't so I called them. They said the truck broke down and rescheduled for 4 days later. I missed the call the night before and called on pickup day, they said the truck broke down and wanted to schedule 4 days out (July 4th) but could not guarantee that they would show up. I ended up loosing my $1400 deposit, rented a Uhaul and hired loaders and unloaders and moved myself. The worst part is the person on the phone repeatedly said "I know moving can be stressful" yeah, especially if the moving company you hired doesn't show up. The stress was from My Best Mover not honoring their commitments. I honestly could not believe it, then checked BBB reviews and found many others with the same experience. this system will not allow me to give them 0 stars but would if I could. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The guy below who suggested burning your stuff was right on the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! My home goods were picked up the first week of June for a move from Florida to Calif. The crew that showed were very shady and we had to watch them closely. They DID NT provide us with an itemized list like they were supposed to, for starters. Here it is 7 weeks later and we still don’t have our goods. I have called weekly since, and although their customer service folks are pleasant for 5he most part, the answer is always the same, “I don’t know, let me call our dispatch manager and I’ll call you back”. No calls back. Occasionally they’ll” mix it up with they’ll” be their Saturday or Sunday”. Of course, they don’t show up. What’s worse, I called the numbers on the Bill of Lading for the company based in California, and both numbers are disconnected. I just called the Pompano numbers and was told that the company had just called them and would deliver to me on Saturday of this week. What an amazing coincidence, right? These people are trafficking stolen goods, across multiple state lines! If you don’t want to ever see your stuff again, use them. I will be filing police reports on both companies.

The most disingenuous company!!! Do net ever use this company! I've never been treated so horribly and unethically. The first lie they told me was through a women named Candice that I could pay with a credit card to the movers, but the movers said no....only Venmo etc....They will lie to you just to get your deposit. This company told me the truck would arrive in a 2 day window. The truck never did, I had to cancel them and rent a Uhaul to get the job done myself. The truck never even drove a single mile in my direction to pick up. The driver told me he was empty in Portland that night and he was on his way to pick me up. Well that night rolled around, and he was a no show. I called MBM and he drove in the opposite direction to Seattle because he had a breakdown. This company didn't even have the common courtesy to let me know he wasn't going to be there. They are refusing to give me my $2800 back. The truck never even drove a single mile in my direction to pick me up!!! Wy can't you give me my money back!!!?????
