Flexibility is Key!

I contacted Muscular Moving Men about helping me with my move. I needed some flexibility as I was in limbo on either a direct move or a move and storage need. This company can do both and have the flexibility to adjust with a moments notice. The team was great from scheduling through execution. They were on time, well prepared, careful and productive. This company took a lot of stress off of moving for me - thank to the team!

Amazing Service.

We relocated from an apartment to our new home. Mike and Wan were not only amazing having to lug everything up and down our stairs but securing all items to safely travel. Everyone was very help from the quote to follow up. I would highly suggest for any move. It does not get better then this company! If you are looking for Exceptional price, service and safety of your home goods. This is the place!

Great Customer Service.

Would definitely recommend them for any type of move.

I had a change in plans and needed them a week earlier than expected and they were willing and able to accommodate to make the move for us.

The gentleman were very polite and explained to me what they were going to do when they came in. They handled our furniture very carefully and were very quick to get it loaded and moved. I hope that I don't have to move again in the future but will call them to do so.

Not Trustworthy, Horrible.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. I hired Muscular Moving men for an out of state move and to transport my car. They packed my house with my real estate agent at my house. First of all, they did not communicate at all as to what was happening when. The only communications from them was to collect money. They moved me to Texas and when they delivered, there were many items missing and many items damaged and they forgot my car, literally forgot it. They did not abide by the contract dates, my car was delivered late and there was no apology or financial adjustments. They brought a few items they lost with my car, including a lamp and no shades, rendering useless. Then, about a month later, they found and delivered my leaf to my Ethan Allen DR set but it was completely broken. Then, they mailed something sentimental to me (after I hounded them for a month) and it was all torn - they found it somewhere on the floor in their warehouse. I am still missing a fair amount of things, including my personal checks (which I am suspicious about). They missed many items from my house, like my entire stove drawer and all my mats. I am missing many items from a guest room and my garage and they won't even look into it. It has been 10 weeks since I have moved and keep noting things I am missing, some nice quality items that I question whether they were stolen. Every piece of my furniture was damaged, I paid an extra $500 for insurance and they say I have a $1,000 deductible, none of which was communicated to me ahead of time. They would not answer calls, return calls or respond to email. I have had to re-buy many, many items but can't replace many of them. I took a while to file this complaint, hoping they would find my missing items, some of them very sentimental. Do not use them, they will ruin your move and your items.

Pass on these guys. Nothing went right.

Quoted 2500 charge 4400. Showed up late, they promised 9 am and showed at 3 pm unprepared with not enough boxes and lots of excuses.

Refused to do the full job due to time and curfew. Broke and damaged things and walls. Double billed me and have not been able to correct for 30 days. They Promised everything and doubled my stress with no delivery. I was up till 2 am doing what they would not.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Absolutely flawless move. Movers were friendly, polite, and made sure that everything was done perfectly. They took extra time to help out with some items that weren't on the list. Fast and efficient. Thank you for everything.

The movers arrived exactly when they said they would, they were very friendly and helpful, they were quick, and there was no damage at all to my property. The quote was very fair and the final bill was consistent with the quote. I am very happy with their services and I would use them again in a second.

Excellent moving company

II was shocked how well this company moved my elderly father's belonging. They were gentle with my father's belongings. They were truly very strong as they picked up furniture like it weighed 7 ounces. They responded to any of my requests. I gave them a copy of the floor plan and marked where to place different pieces of furniture. I also made sure I marked boxes what room they were to be placed and they placed the boxes in the rooms on the box. I highly recomend this Muscular Moving Men.

Great Service

I have used this company before but this is years later and I have a lot more stuff along with stairs. They were so helpful and never complained. They went the extra mile to make sure that things were not broken and furniture was wrapped well. I would very much recommend!

Excellent Service and great experience

We moved my mother in law across country and had an excellent experience. The movers were on time, everything arrived undamaged and they were quick to get unloaded and everything connected - like the Bed, Dresser mirror and TV stand. I would highly recommend them. I've used them twice and have had excellent service both times.

Exactly What We Wanted

We hired Carlos and his crew to pack the house one day and then load a container the next day. We wanted to keep the time to three hours to reduce cost and they got the packing completed in that time. The next day they did the same with loading. Very professional and nice. They did a great job.

The moving crew was fine but I was promised that it could be done by a certain time by sales personnel. But the plan on the arrival of the movers was two hours longer. As a result, I was late to an important meeting.

Easy and fast move! I had a 1 bedroom apartment to move across town, and Muscular Moving Men were great! Kenny and his team of 2 others were professional, careful and great to work with. My only regret is I didn’t have them do more since I have another month to move all the “small stuff”. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
