Excellent experience from the time I called for an estimate until the job was completed. All services were delivered as projected and no hidden costs. Three men and a truck arrived 15 minutes prior to the stated time, came into the house to evaluate the job to be done, and reviewed the contract with me. The three men were exceptionally friendly, clean, and paid attention to their work with great detail. They immediately began to work and worked as a team and took great care of my belongings. I would recommend them to anyone needing a short or long move.

We recently sold a cabin in the White Mountains and had MMM move our belongings from there to CO. I can not say enough good things about the entire experience. There was always great communication throughout the process. On the day of the move, the driver Louis texted me to confirm his arrival time. He was very professional and informative. His helpers, Angel and Carl, were great! All three were extremely careful with our belongings and thorough with their wrapping of the furniture. They were pleasant and hard working. Our things were delivered to Colorado and placed in storage in a timely manner and again, Louis was in contact with me as to the time frame. We had a large table and chairs brought back to Phoenix and they were delivered the following morning in perfect condition. We are very happy with the experience with MMM and would use them again!

I recently hired Muscular Moving Company for a local move and was extremely impressed. From the start, their customer service was outstanding, providing clear and prompt communication. The moving team was punctual, professional, and handled all my belongings with great care. They worked efficiently, finishing ahead of schedule without any damage to my items. Their rates were fair and transparent, with no hidden fees. Overall, Muscular Moving Company made my move stress-free and seamless. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking reliable and top-quality moving services.

Excellent all the way around from communication to the moving men themselves. A couple scratched broken items. To be expected.

My critique would be the final cost. Came out to be $282 per hour. This in my opinion is price coughing to the extreme. As I was recovering from a surgery and required a quick move from 3rd floor to 1st floor within the same complex fairly quickly I went for the high estimate, which was two hours short of the time spent. Of course raising the total.

Understandable as no one can guess precisely.

If I win the Lottery, I'd use Muscular Moving again. As they were overall excellent. Unfortunately until that happens I'd be forced to search out more affordable options in future.

I would never use them again. At the start, it’s all great. Our salesman Nick was nice, gave us a big spiel about why they are more expensive and why we should never use a “moving broker”. So we believed him. They sent us a contract to sign, we paid the deposit, and then they pretty much disappeared. Our “moving coordinator” Carlos was incompetent and rude. The drivers were supposed to call us the day before pickup to confirm but didn’t. We emailed Carlos and he assured us he would ask the driver to contact us right away. Heard nothing. Called back the next day, emailed Carlos again. Got nothing. Called into their customer service number to see if were even still on for the move. Lady told us “the crew hasn’t left the warehouse yet but will call you when they leave so you can meet them at the storage unit”. Crickets. An hour outside our pickup window we get a call from the original salesman that our crew is waiting for us at the unit and they apparently couldn’t get a hold of us because they didn’t have the right number. As in…. the number you’re calling me on right now?!? We had to drop everything and run over there. 3 young guys loaded the van, pretty efficient, done in an hour. Our delivery window in Ohio was 7 days, the emailed and scheduled for the 3rd. We take a day off and wait… nothing. Emailed Carlos again to confirm and get told “we had some unexpected delays over the weekend and now your delivery will be the 5th. So we lost a full day income taking the day off for nothing. Then…. We get a call from our actual delivery driver the morning of the 4th that he is in Chicago with our load and on his way to Ohio. No prior warning, no communication, no nothing. Carlos dropped off the face of the earth of course. We had to drop everything and scramble to meet the movers at the house. They start unloading and none of our stuff was packaged as promised. Broken arm chair, broken floor lamp, 6 broken TVs (none of them boxed), boxes all dented and dashed in, every moving bin had its lid broken and crumbled. Worst of all was that our pair of brand new white couches were not shrink-wrapped properly before being wrapped in dirty moving blankets and got completely trashed: black grease stains all over and the arm fabric was torn. We sustained probably over $2000 worth of damage. Stay far, far, far away from these people, they wouldn’t be worth it at a discount and they are certainly not worth it at the premium they charge. Would never use again.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a nightmare! They completely failed to deliver on time, and to make matters worse, they only delivered half of my belongings. The other half was sent to a different state, and I'm still waiting for it to show up after 10 days.

When they finally delivered part of my stuff, it was in terrible condition. Items were broken, the TV wasn't even packed in a box, and several pieces of furniture were missing. The level of care was absolutely appalling.

I've tried speaking with the Operations Manager, David A., and the General Manager, David Orla, but neither has had the decency to return my calls. Instead, they advised me to use their laughable insurance policy of $0.60 per pound. This is a complete joke, especially since half of my items are still missing!

To top it all off, they've already charged my credit card in full, despite failing to deliver what I paid for. This company is nothing but a scam. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from these crooks. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $7696

Mixed reviews for this company and will not use again. I chose the company because they included shuttles in the estimate. They said that other companies would not include shuttles, then would overcharge. My driver only used one shuttle, so I ended up paying $900 for nothing. The client pays whether drivers need the shuttles or not. I thought the company was being transparent and fair, but they ended up overcharging me. Communications were a challenge during the move as well, with different information given by the driver and two different managers about the delivery date. Nice people, bad service.

My move was from a one story house, with an additional pick up at a storage unit, to a 2 story house. With all the information they had, they quoted me 10 hours, 2 trucks and 4 guys. I had a few items that would need to be taken apart and put back together and that was mostly the reason for the 10 hours.
The guys showed up, introduced themselves, were very polite and professional. We soon found out that it would be better if one crew went to the storage unit and the other crew stay at the house. They guys at the house wrapped everything very nice but had a little trouble taking apart my office desk because they weren't sure how it came apart. Meanwhile, at the storage unit, most of the furniture was not wrapped because it was in storage and I was told they were not as careful with the furniture, but pointing out existing knicks and scratches we can only assume were from the previous moving company.
The first issue was having them move my washer/dryer and refrigerator. They had me sign a waiver because really they are not responsible for those types of items (although I'm not sure how you would ever move that stuff otherwise). They turned the water off outside and got the washer and dryer out but when they detached the line for the fridge, water wouldn't stop coming out. Luckily I had a bucket but there was still water all over the travertine tile. They used one of the moving blankets to soak up the excess water. They told me they weren't going to be able to move the fridge. When they turned the water to the house back on, water was gushing out of the washer line because they didn't cap it. I had about an inch of water in my laundry room (travertine tile) and into my hallway which was wood laminate. They gave me a n=bunch of moving blankets to try and soak up and then left to take my furniture to the new house, leaving me to clean up the mess. Now granted, I told them to unhook it, signed the waiver, blah blah blah but obviously these guys don't know what they are doing. I had to pay a separate mover (which I should have went with to begin with) to figure out that no one turned the valve off to the water line of the fridge.
At the new house, a lot of the furniture was large and didn't fit. They were working so fast and it was August in Phoenix so everyone was a hot mess. A few of the guys were just not that great about helping to carry boxes upstairs. They would ask where the boxes went and I would tell them and they would just leave them where they dumped them. They finished in about 7 hours, which saved me some money but I would have rather had quality over saving time. After they left when we started going through boxes, we discovered that they stacked heavy boxes on light ones so they light boxes were caved in and some of the stuff inside had been damaged, and/or the box was so collapsed that we couldn't even carry it to where we needed it. We found knicks and scratches on a lot of the furniture. I was really disappointed.
I got a call from Muscular Moving Men and the woman was asking about my experience. I told her honestly that the boys were nice but there were some issues. We talked for a bit and she seemed very concerned. She even said she would talk with the Operating Manager and maybe she could get me some money back. Still have never gotten a call back. This is disappointing. I could have called and filed a claim but I really felt like if they were such a great company, the woman would have followed up and because she didn't, I realized that they really don't care about their customers.
Before all of this, I had recommended to my cousin who was moving into an apartment. The couch I gave her was damaged. A big chunk of the leg was broken off, most likely because they slammed it down hard. Had I known about the issues I would have during my move, I wouldn't have recommended to my cousin.
I've used Arizona Brothers in the past and they know what they are doing. I had to call them to get my refrigerator.
I think the issue with Muscular Moving Men is that they hire young guys who really don't care about quality. I will never use them again. Sad to say because I hate to give bad reviews and always give people the benefit of the doubt. I just know better now.

These guys just don't catch on. I have told them they really don't want me to post a review becaise I'll be honest, and it won't be pretty. I have told them to delete me from their spam mail and they follow up with a another message to review them. OK. Awful! Four hundred dollars for two guys to break my furniture for one hour moving twenty feet. Let's try that again. First was the booking, the guy seemed higher than a kite, kept changing the price, was scattered, couldn’t get things right. Insisted they had to arrive in their huge new rig even though this was a very basic unload from my truck into my storage space. Twenty feet. Arrived late. Huge empty moving truck that I had to pay for, including a fuel surcharge. I didn't use the truck, I didn't need the truck, I didn't want the truck! One of the two guys had never moved before, needed constant direction. They damaged many of my things. Had no idea how to pack things into a storage space, so sloppy I had to rent another unit. One hour, four hundred bucks.

This company used excellent communication with me. I was connected with the driver of my truck "Josh M" so I was well aware of the times for pick and my delivery to another state! The moving men were very professional and took great care to a wrap, and shrink wrap my furniture for the 400 mile trip. Delivery was quick with Josh M and Sam. They worked fast and efficiently and took all the wrapping from furniture with them thank goodness as I was left with my many boxes.

I have mirrors that made it to my new home and all my art work.

I also had an elevator at Condo and it was still a fast load.

This company knows how to move you and comes highly recommended by me who was stressing out about my move!

My move was for household goods from Scottsdale, AZ to Bisbee, AZ. Contracting for the move was easy via a skilled cost estimator over the phone, scheduling was flexible, and the expected price was right. Movers showed up in Scottsdale on time, loaded quickly, and were on their way faster than expected. Bisbee unload was also swift, and very careful – no damage to anything (goods or house). Both of the team members were friendly and communicated well as to where items went in the house and elsewhere.

I recommend these folks unconditionally. In a world where often times moving experiences are a bad dream, Muscular Moving Men Performed above expectations and at a competitive cost. You will be glad you used them!

In preparing for a home move, we interviewed and received quotes from multiple moving companies. Muscular Moving Men was, by far, the most professional, cost effective and demonstrated a very thorough/efficient process.

The day of the move, they did not disappoint. They showed up with 2 trucks, 7-8 crates (headed for storage after loading) and 5-6 movers. Each item was tagged and recorded prior to loading. The movers took care with our personal items and were careful about how they were packed/loaded.

They were so efficient and had the process down pat, all while being polite, friendly and professional. I feel that my household is in good hands while in a Muscular Moving Men secure, climate-controlled storage facility and know that we will get the same great service when we are ready to move into our new home. They took the stress out of moving and I would highly recommend them for your moving, packing and storage needs.

We contacted them through a suggestion from JDog removal services. I called and scheduled a move, due to the close of our house bouncing around, When I Called back to see if it can be moved to a different date, They quickly accommodated! Well it happened again, and we had to change the date a second time 2 days earlier When the guys arrived the morning of the move. They quickly got on the ball and didn't stop until we got everything into our storage unit. They took extra care of our valuable items, They are super friendly and respectful. They repacked my storage unit to make sure everything went in there. There was not a thing that was left behind or done half-a$$ed. When our house is built, I will be calling to request Josh and his crew!

Would definitely recommend them for any type of move.

I had a change in plans and needed them a week earlier than expected and they were willing and able to accommodate to make the move for us.

The gentleman were very polite and explained to me what they were going to do when they came in. They handled our furniture very carefully and were very quick to get it loaded and moved. I hope that I don't have to move again in the future but will call them to do so.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. I hired Muscular Moving men for an out of state move and to transport my car. They packed my house with my real estate agent at my house. First of all, they did not communicate at all as to what was happening when. The only communications from them was to collect money. They moved me to Texas and when they delivered, there were many items missing and many items damaged and they forgot my car, literally forgot it. They did not abide by the contract dates, my car was delivered late and there was no apology or financial adjustments. They brought a few items they lost with my car, including a lamp and no shades, rendering useless. Then, about a month later, they found and delivered my leaf to my Ethan Allen DR set but it was completely broken. Then, they mailed something sentimental to me (after I hounded them for a month) and it was all torn - they found it somewhere on the floor in their warehouse. I am still missing a fair amount of things, including my personal checks (which I am suspicious about). They missed many items from my house, like my entire stove drawer and all my mats. I am missing many items from a guest room and my garage and they won't even look into it. It has been 10 weeks since I have moved and keep noting things I am missing, some nice quality items that I question whether they were stolen. Every piece of my furniture was damaged, I paid an extra $500 for insurance and they say I have a $1,000 deductible, none of which was communicated to me ahead of time. They would not answer calls, return calls or respond to email. I have had to re-buy many, many items but can't replace many of them. I took a while to file this complaint, hoping they would find my missing items, some of them very sentimental. Do not use them, they will ruin your move and your items.
