We contacted them again after having such a great experience with Moving Relocation Systems the first time round. Communication was excellent and the service delivered was impeccable. 1 arrived at 8 am promptly and had us moved into our new property in over an hour. No items were damaged and everything was done with great care. We are extremely happy as he made the whole experience stress-free. We thoroughly recommend him and his team and will definitely use his service again.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5724

I have never moved out of state before. I was very concerned about my baby grand piano and my heirlooms. I chose the white glove service and had all of items professionally packed. I could not have chosen a better option. All of my items arrived on time and in excellent condition. My estimate did not increase as promised. I highly recommend this company and will use your services again should need arise. Moving is so stressful. They are family owned so I didn't have to wait to have my questions answered at any time. From my first point of contact through delivery, the process couldn't have been easier. Cheryl, Jennifer and Manny went beyond my expectations through out my move. Thanks guys for a job well done!

I honestly can't give a poor enough review. They constantly gave me misleading or wrong information, questionable policies, and very clearly didn't care about me or my well-being. I had to sleep on the floor for a month because they couldn't give me accurate information or track their drivers appropriately. I feel completely taken advantage of. The only consolation was a $300 discount which for the price of my move in total was insulting. I want everyone to know how terrible this moving system is

I moved from NY to TX and the original estimate/quote was only HALF of what I paid. When they packed for you, they threw everything into boxes to increase the volume (they charged by cubic feet) so that they can charge you more. So it is better to pack by yourself. Also, I was told it will be delivered in 12 calendar days and after 12 calendar days, the customer service told me that they have 21 business day to deliver by law. Yep, when they are late, they decide to talk about laws and rules to their customers.

It has been over 14 calendar days and I have not received my stuff. They won’t call you to give you an update. You have to call them.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $8800

There's no "zero stars", or I would leave that as their rating. They lost a very critical piece of personal goods, and have done nothing to try and locate it and get it back to me. I have sent countless emails asking for status of finding the lost item, and have received absolutely zero feedback. Horrible company, that advertises themselves as a family owned business who takes personal care with your home goods to protect and deliver them. This couldn't be farther from the truth. Stay away from this company if you value your personal goods.

Moving Relocation Systems Quoted $6,440 and ended up charging $14,000. They were totally unresponsive to my requests for information to support their failures and would not send me documents. They were supposed to hold items for 30 days before delivery & delivered within 5 forcing me to rent 2 storage units. My salesman would not return calls or emails once things went bad. I had to hire others to move from my storage to my home within the 30 days. Using 5 other movers over the years they were the absolute worse. I would not recommend them. They made promises to get business and just did what they wanted after that.

This is my second time using Moving Relocation Systems for the rest of my items from New York. I am just so happy with the communication that I received from this company from start to finish. I am a nurse and I work a taxing schedule. I could always reach Cheryl with any questions or concerns no matter if it was 9:00 p.m. at night. My inventory kept changing as I had several items that I was trying to sell. In the end, my final quote stayed the same and I was not charged anymore at pick up. My furniture was delivered on time and I had no damages. Henry, the driver and his crew were wonderful to work with as well. I have absolutely no complaints about their services . I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a professional moving company. MY corporate company has added them to their list of top three movers to refer our employees to for interstate moves. I have referred three people to Cheryl and they have all had great experiences. Keep up the great work. You are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

If I could I'd give them 0 stars I would! Good companies don’t need reviews, people only leave reviews when a company doesn't hold up their side of the service. This company should NOT be considered a "TOP 5 RATED MOVING COMPANY". THEY ARE ALSO NOT BBB ACCREDITED. Israel, Mike, Jennifer, and Amir, I don’t know how you all sleep at night knowing you scam and steal from people! From the low initial quote - which by the way my husband walked through every room and told Israel EXACTLY what was coming (what it's really called is a bait and switch), to the lack of communication, to the showing up 24 hours unannounced, but as per Amir we didn't say the date we did (still waiting on those transcriptions, bud). I'm guessing we never got them because you're wrong. Whenever we tried reaching out when they did wrong no one answered & when they did, we would get the run around or a snotty attitude from Jennifer. OR they ghost you, but when they need payment they are nice and say "any resolutions will be deducted off the final price." WRONG. Not only were we charged close to 3 times the amount we were quoted because of a HORRIBLE quote from Israel who was also supposed to be our POC throughout our whole move if anything went wrong, HEY just so you know Israel left us out to dry-until this day we still haven't heard from him, although we have called, left voice mails, emailed, AND even texted his number he provided us with. Amir, who is the "dispatch supervisor" (not much of a supervisor and professional BTW) called my husband a liar and when my husband asked for transcripts since all the phone conversations are "recorded," as per Amir, he never sent those over either (we're still waiting on those if you care to send them over). Mike, who calls himself the "supervisor", didn't have time for us because he was waiting for a flight with his wife on a Friday afternoon while our whole move was a disaster - great supervising done on your end, pal. Jennifer, their secretary, is snotty, condescending, and apparently can not deal with hard situations as she told my husband and blamed my husband for their mistakes. She seems to be blind to the fact that her bosses put her in these situations, not the customers. If the customers were treated correctly they wouldn't be getting the phone calls they get. NOT a professional company at all. They lack empathy and ANY proper business etiquette, they make it sound like they care and are there for you in the beginning, BUT they aren't, they're only there for your money. It really is a shame. Again, not sure how people like this are still in business and not only that but how do they sleep at night? They haven't reached out to us with a "resolution", they probably think we forgot, but when you take food out of peoples mouths people don’t forget. They took advantage, they saw their opportunity and jumped right on it. Moving Relocation Systems, please know I will not stop posting and or reaching out to BBB, and FMCSA until YOU reach out to us and make this right and resolve this issue to a matter of our liking. If this doesn't happen, PLEASE understand our lawyers will be in-touch, and if I remember correctly, as per Mike, (who was waiting for a flight with his wife) didn't care to make that clear as we were having issues with the moving company he supervises and his phone call with my husband they are "ready for lawyers". To anyone looking to move, do your research. If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. This company likes to pull what they call a "bait and switch", and believe me when I tell you this review is missing a lot of things that SHOULD be in here. Like our missing and broken items, etc. ALSO make sure to read their low rated reviews, which they may try and block now so no one sees our review and any other reviews posted, like they did on their facebook page. The sales representative-Cheryl initially gave an estimate quite low and then on the day of moving the Movers asked for 3 times the money that was originally estimated. After arguing and negotiating with them for 2 hours, finally they took my items with 2x the price originally agreed.

I was promised a delivery in 3-5 days but after numerous phone calls when the 5 days passed, they stopped answering my phone and actually blocked my Phone number. I had to file a complaint to BBB to get my items delivered.

Bitter and bad experience with them!

They are just a broker company and not actually a logistics company. So be aware!
