Serious warning!!! Do Not use this company for your relocation moving, they are completely unethical and fraudulent place to do business with. Here is the my experience story: before I finalized the contract with this company the sales representative would return my calls or texts for any questions/concerns I have within the minute, however, soon after I signed the contract with her and put the deposit down the sales rep disappeared immediately to completely ignore my numerous calls or text messages to her. I was also told by the same sales rep that someone from their company would contact me couple days before scheduled moving date to confirm, but I never got contacted by anyone from their side three days before the scheduled moving day, so I had to call/text to the same sales rep for more than 10 times but never heard back from her even once. The customer service person finally called me back one day prior to the moving. On the moving day the movers uploaded all the stuffs/items so loosely into truck between the spaces, then at the end of finishing the loading I was told the 800 square feet originally quoted was not enough to accommodate all of my items, so they charged me additional 460 square feet at total of extra $2228 (this is the easiest way they do the business to force the customers end up paying more with no or little choices). About one week later when my stuffs finally arrived from NJ to FL destination I found out the 18 wheeler moving truck is from a different company. Instead of leaving large space between the items like the movers did for uploading, this truck company has squeezed almost every single inch of the space to have items fit into his truck for multiple families. Because of the too tight between the spaces my bed-frame had been damaged with scratches, my excursive bench had been careless cut on the surface when the movers unpacking it. Overall it was horrible and shame experiences I have had with this so called Moving Relocation Systems company. Bottom line is do Never do the business with them to put your emotion and money at the high risk.

Moving Relocation Systems LLC out of Bellville, New Jersey (mailing address Wallington, NJ) is the worst, most incompetent company I have ever dealt with in my many moves. From start to finish they screwed up at every possible step in the process. From an extremely low quote (I filled out the inventory accurately, measuring everything, including box sizes) to an astronomical increase when arriving at my home, to not showing up on moving day!!! They lost multiple items, including a brand new unopened safe. How the heck do you lose a safe? Rude, incompetent and unresponsive employees. No one called to let me know that the truck wasn’t coming or picked up the phone when I called multiple times asking where the truck was when the time slot had passed on the day of the move. They rescheduled for the next night (not day) between 4-8pm. Guess when they showed up? 8pm pitch dark. The supervisor in charge was rude and arrogant. Telling me that my mirrors and pictures were absolutely going to be broken unless they added their own packaging. The packaging turned out to be a cardboard box. Over $300 for a mirror, $450 for a wall mounted jewelry cabinet. They even boxed 2 pictures together and charged me double. They won’t unload unless you pay them first, then they refused to pay for the lost items even though the driver called and reported it while he was still at our home. Unbelievable! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Overall, the moving company failed to respond in a timely manner to notifying me that they will not obtain the required umbrella liability insurance to enter my apartment building.

Since the Moving Relocation company could not honor the contract by providing my pick-up building with the required insurance (Umbrella Liability portion) to pick up our goods, we argue that the services should have been provided if the company obtained umbrella liability insurance in which they are responsible for obtaining.

#1: We initially attempted to contact Israel (employee of the Moving Relocation Company) regarding their company being required to send over the COI via email to us on 12/13/22, and multiple phone calls throughout the week to his direct line were unsuccessful and unreturned.

· On 12/19/22, to speak to someone from the moving company, I finally had to pretend to book a new move to talk to someone from the company, which happened to be Chris – another member of the Moving Company - Sales Manager. Chris then notified me that Israel had moved on from the company and that the company failed to forward any incoming calls to his phone line. If the moving company forwarded Israel's incoming calls correctly, we would not be in this current situation because we would have known the end outcome sooner and I would have cancelled the order then.

#2: On 12/19/22, after unnecessary delay from the company who was required to produce a copy of the COI from the moving company. It was brought to our attention from our building that the umbrella liability insurance portion of the COI needed to be obtained.

· The moving company then informed us via a text message from Chris that the final decision regarding the COI umbrella insurance would be made shortly after Christmas to give the company more time to evaluate if the company would in fact obtain the necessary insurance.

#3: On 12/27/22, I reached out to Chris from the moving company in the afternoon to finally notify me that your company will not get the umbrella coverage "because we simply don't have enough customers to justify the cost."

· In retrospect, the company bought yourself time to get us within the non-refundable "7 business days" before our move.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $8000

I do NOT recommend this company. It started out with a hard sell from Chris. They told me that I had a moving date and a fall-back date. Then, they insisted it was a 2-day window and changed the date. Chris berated me in a raised voice, telling me that I needed to stop focusing on my needs and needed to pay more attention to the company's needs. No one came to see what we needed to move. I gave furniture measurements, but they came in a truck they said was too small. They rented another truck at additional cost, although theirs was only 2/3full. They damaged several pieces of furniture. They came too late and did not set up bed or futon or place area rug on the floor in the living room. The final cost was twice the estimate.

Move size: 4 Bedroom Home Service cost: $17420

I move frequently, so have had a lot of experience with movers. This company is mid-grade. I suggest reading the fine print on the quote. This simple step could have avoided a lot of complaints I've read.

I moved from NYC to KY, my items were picked up on Wednesday and delivered Sunday of the following week (10 days). Due to the distance of my move, they have up to 8 days from the day you can accept the delivery, and that's precisely how long they took. Given they had my stuff for so long, I was pleasantly surprised that nothing was damaged. The foreman at pick-up was very aggressive. From the get-go he wanted to tell me I was going to exceed my allotted space, which I found laughable considering I got rid of furniture (couch, dining tables, floor lamp) and had 8 boxes less than I had on the original quote. I made that clear, and he backed off because he saw I wouldn't budge. The movers were very friendly and packaged all my items very well. The office staff is ok; they are a little defensive when you're simply verifying information, which was a turn-off and made me distrustful. The day my stuff was delivered, they wanted to charge me for having to walk up a short walkway to my door; again, I stood my ground and even had to speak with the manager. Nobody's door is at the sidewalk, so charging to have to walk to the entrance is ridiculous. The delivery guys were friendly and they placed all the furniture where I asked, put the bed back together, and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, it was a decent experience but I wouldn't recommend them and doubt I'd reuse them due to the excessive attempts to upcharge.

I just want to comment on a job well done! This was not my first move and probably won't be my last. I was recommended to them by a friend who was very happy with her move. The customer service was far beyond anything I had ever experienced or expected. My representative, Cheryl, was fantastic . She stayed with me from the very first day we talked through delivery. She didn't tell me what I wanted to hear but what I needed to do for a smooth move. She got every bit of inventory that I was bringing down to the broom. My estimate was right on target for which I was very thankful. I think the thing that I liked the best is that the company is family owned and they did care about me. I could always reach Cheryl which was a blessing because I was very nervous . When it came time for my items to be picked up, Jennifer was so polite and explained everthing in laymen's terms so I could understand what the procedure was when the men came to load my items. That was extremely helpful. Carmelo and his crew were quick and efficient and really delightful people. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent moving company. Pick up was on time as well as delivery, my price didn't change and I had no damages to speak of. What more could a person ask for? Thank you guys for a great moving experience.

MOVING RELOCATION SERVICES bates you with an “estimate”. This price is reasonable based on a list you provide them of your belongings. My list was thoroughly vetted and included everything. The initial rep, Cheryl, was accommodating, then she disappeared once they defaulted. When I could reach her, she would never get back with me.

Our experience is exactly as other reviewers, the company has a scamming pattern. BAIT & SWITCH. The day of my move, the movers acted as if I had so much stuff. This is all part of their game. I only had things that were listed on the contract. The lead mover had the worst attitude and told me ON MY MOVE DATE it would cost an ADDED $4500 MORE than the initial price. I was defeated because I had to move on this date! When I called the office to get answers about when I would receive my things, EVERYONE YELLS AT YOU FROM THIS COMPANY!! JENNIFER HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST ATTITUDE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCE AT ANY COMPANY, EVER!! I asked her if she was okay the first time we spoke because I didn’t understand her tone. Cheryl’s alleged “supervisor” is awful too. I called to speak with Cheryl and he answered and YELLED AT ME AND CALLED ME A CHILD FOR WANTING TO KNOW WHEN I WOULD RECEIVE MY BELONGINGS. How is this okay that a company yells at customers for wanting information about their move?? They have no clue what they are doing. They should at least provide a ballpark on when, where, and how the move will be delivered. They know nothing once they have taken your money.

The last straw, when my movers showed up with less than 24 hours’ notice, they said their truck was too big to drive up and told me it would be another $600 ADDED!! THEY KNEW EXACTLY WHERE I WAS MOVING THE ENTIRE TIME!! I called Cheryl and Jennifer. Cheryl promised to call back and did not. Jennifer proceeded to yell at me, per company procedure, because they try to intimidate customers. I felt so taken advantage of. What was I to do? I needed my belongings. We had been paying for hotels and sleeping on air mattresses for weeks!! It took weeks for them to deliver my move!! The move was very late and cost over $5,000 more than they said it would. Beware of this company, they will rip you off and try to intimidate you!
