Moving Home Company carried out my large house move & were absolutely fantastic! Best removal company I have ever used at a very reasonable cost. From the attentive & patient office staff, to the packers, to the crew members on the day of my move - I received a top first class service. They were very professional, kept me fully informed throughout the whole process & very careful and meticulous whilst carrying out my move! I had a few issues and needed to change my dates around last minute, which they handled so well & accommodated my last minute changes at no extra cost! I will most definitely be using them again in future and can't thank them enough for making my experience completely stress-free! Thank you to all at MHC!

I've used the Moving Home Company several times now for house moves and office moves. We always get friendly and helpful people and the flexibility they offer is great. Pricing is good too so I don't have a single complaint. Highly recommended. My tip is to ensure that you make sure their people know exactly what to do and how to do it before they start. That avoids any confusion or issues.

Furniture moved by hoist to the First Floor.

I contracted services of the Moving Home Company to move furniture from the ground floor of my house to the first floor via a bedroom window using a hoist.

I was completely satisfied by the removal crew that moved my furniture. The crew were punctual, friendly, professional and very quick. In fact, even the Double Glazier man who removed the window pane on the first floor to enable the furniture to enter the house noted their professionalism.

It was a pity I did not know of this firm prior to my original move to my new property in South Norwood. For your information, the removal company I contracted for my original move was Harradiines and I was dissatisfied with their services.

Delivery From Abroad.

Moving home tracked my shipment from Dubai cleared customs and delivered in good shape all of my belongings. Very helpful throughout and good communication up to delivery.

All good - they did their best to match other quotes I had, was easy enough to pay and the move itself went great - the guy packing the day before was super professional and careful and the three of them loaded up and unloaded for us with great care and attention the next day.

Will definitely use them again for my next move.

Déménagement international.

Excelent service, même si un peu de retard pour le ramassage en France mais le service sur la livraison au Canada a été impécable et parfait. Le prix pour un déménagement de la France au Canada était raisonnable (6200 euro) comprenant l'embalage des meubles, le remplissage du conteneur, l'inventaire, le transport maritime et la livraison, débalage des meubles et remontage. Pour un conteneur de 30 mètres cube.  .

Hassle free move.

I had a move from London to Mauritius with no problems at all. I was very happy with the price and the excellent customer service. Someone came to do a survey to give me an estimate on how much everything would cost. I was given a very competitive price with full service. The team who came to pack and collect my goods were very friendly and on time. When my goods arrived in Mauitius it was handled with care and nothing was damaged. Very pleased with the move overall and good communication all the way. I am now in Mauritius and loving the weather so I do not ever want to return back to London. However if I ever need to move again I will definetly be using this company :-).

Major Delays and poor service.

We moved from Paris, France to New York City, USA. The first exchange with the company was professional, with a fair price for the package and moving of a small volume of goods, essentially books and some china. We chose Moving Home Company for their fair quote as well as the quality and quick responses from the customer service at the time of the quoting. The delivery time was then estimated between 6 and 8 weeks, which seemed fine for unessential goods to cross the Atlantic ocean.

However, things started getting a bit worrisome when we had to call them at least a dozen times in order to get a pickup date. We finally got one a week before, right on time to be able to get a parking permit for the truck from the city services. However, 48 hours before the D day, we got a call saying that the pickup was put forward for the following day! Luckily we were ready. The pickup team from Moving Home was very professional and took good care of the goods.

10 weeks after, we hadn't heard from Moving Home and contacted them to have an update on the delivery date. We then learned that the goods were still in the UK and wouldn't be delivered before another month or so after it would be…
