Completely professional. The dispatcher Jacob was very kind and informative. He set my move up in a matter of minutes at a great low rate and the movers were extremely helpful. They made this a lot less stressful than it needed to be and I would recommend them to anyone! I also got a referral discount since my friend pointed me in their direction!

They did a fantastic job on my move! Super simple, fast, and efficient. Got a discount for a referral, which was a nice treat as well.

Fantastic movers. They did everything for me! Packing, loading and unloading, and even staging of my furniture. Recommend to anyone that needs a full service move.

Movesafe Relocation did a very good job for me and my family. We Had another company not show up on  the day of pick up, and we asked MoveSafe if they could possibly pick us up on a really short notice. They were there in a matter of hours! The price was well worth the service, the movers were very friendly, and they took great care of our items. They helped us out of a nightmare situation and we are definitely going to use them again if we move in the future. Overall a great experience! :)

Thanks to this crew who were punctual and professional throughout our moving process. Recently moved to Lantana with my family for work and these guys made the process very easy since I had a lot going on with work. They were able to get everything done without having to go over things constantly and moved our things into every room correctly with no damages to the furniture. I was also quoted a price and the price then tripled 2 days prior to pick up when I had no other options. My move went from $1900 to $7000.

They don’t tell you a completely different company will actually be delivering the furniture and it could take up to 30 days for your things to arrive if moving long distance. I sat in an empty apartment for almost two weeks waiting for them to have an another customer in VA (my destination). DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE TOUCH YOUR THINGS!!

- Let’s get to the point quickly DO NOT USE MoveSafe Relocation under any circumstances.

They got one star because no stars was not an option we could select.

- This is very fresh in our minds since it happened hours ago and it has been both a painful and horrible experience

- This is the worst experience we have had with any vendor EVER and ultimately we didn’t let them move our furniture although they threatened us with not returning our deposit.

- It is important that you know this, They are a BROKERS! THEY ARE NOT MOVERS. They will make promises that the real movers will not keep.

- They will low ball your quote and raise it. They will hold you for ransom on the day of your move.

- We started at ~$12K, then it was ~$17K. When the real movers show up and did an actual inspection on our move day it was ~$25K. Somehow they underquoted the move by $13K?

- We did a walk through (my memory is a video walk through) that they promised was a very accurate method to get a quote. They said they have been doing this since Covid but our quote more than doubled from ~$12K to ~25K

- On the second walkthrough when they raised the price from ~$12K to ~17K this shoudl have been enough of an example that they have no idea how to create an accurate quote.

- Our understanding of brokers now is that they are a middle man to get the real movers engaged. Brokers do not have vehicles, they do not take possession of the goods, they do not assume responsibility for their quotes. It's now obvious that they purposely misled and low ball the quote since they don't have to live with it.

- It truly is bait and switch with them changing the price TWICE.

- MoveSafe (and others) told us in the beginning to make sure we used our credit cards. Disputing the charges was the only way to get your money back. Now they are threatening us that we cannot get a refund.

- We were told by MoveSafe the movers could use the boxes we had. This is completely false. Do not believe them. They are not the real movers.

- They initially said we needed 1 x 26-foot truck plus room in another 26-foot truck, then they said we needed a semi. With a semi truck everything would be loaded into one truck and quickly delivered to our home. This is when they raised the price from ~$12K to ~$17K. Ultimately, they sent two 26 ft trucks on the move day with the plan to fill one truck and partially fill the other.

- Ultimately, we cancelled the move. This has been very stressful, painful and difficult.

- My wife timed the resignation from her job for this move. Now we have the cost of the move plus the lost wages.

- Bottom line… DO NOT USE MoveSafe Relocation!! MoveSafe Relocation is a BIG SCAM. They will steal your money and you will regret it!!!

- We are not the only people that had problems MoveSafe Relocation increasing the cost of moving.

- We are not the only people that they mislead on the trucks that would move our home.
