Very polite and professional

I was referred to you by Katie and Pat Miller. Dave and Eric showed up on time. They were very careful and wrapped all my

furniture. They were so polite, professional and really great guys. They worked diligently to get the truck loaded by a certain time. I followed them to the location that my furniture was being unloaded. Everything was unloaded and put in the house carefully. Nothing was broken or scraped. The two of them are great guys, very friendly and I felt very happy to have them moving my things. I would give them a ten if I could. Thank you Dave and Eric so much. It was great meeting you and I will recommend you to others.

The worst company to use

The most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with; they are merely brokers who pass themselves off as a moving company; I provided dimensions and they provide me with the incorrect quote; they know what they are doing to obtain the initial deposit; and if you try to cancel the day of pickup, because the price they give you is different from the quote  they will not refund your money; once the furniture is picked up, they wash their hands and pass it to the truck driver; they selected the cheapest option for trucking company beside they took over 40 days to deliver my furniture and now i am missing stuff and they want me to put the claim myself with the trucking company, this should be penalize by law, I will not recommend this company no nobody

Outstanding service

The crew that handled my relocation was professional, kind, and entertaining to be around. Their eagerness to complete any task, no matter how simple or difficult, and their positive "can do" attitude were both greatly appreciated. My old apartment was on the ground floor and convenient to the street, so the move went off without a hitch. In contrast, the apartment I was entering was towards the building's rear, and it featured both ground-level steps and an elevator. Despite our helplessness in the face of the elevators, the staff provided outstanding service.

Don't use MOVESAFE!!!!!

DO NOT USE MOVESAFE.

1. Straight up lying.

I spoke with Shawn, explicitly saying that I had a very specific timeline. I needed my belongings to arrive between 09/19-09/21. The belongings arrived on 09/25 - my first day of work. I wasn't even able to be there when my belongings arrived.

I called, emailed and texted Shawn MULTIPLE TIMES after he said he'd be there for anything that I need - no response. It's been MONTHS.

2. Under promising. Over charging.

MoveSafe asked for the number of boxes, chairs, etc. that I needed to move. They undershot my squarefootage, and on moving day, asked for an additional $800 - I had to decline and sell/giveaway many belongings over the course of 2-3 days.

I called customer service and was told that they'd call me back ASAP. It's 3 months later. Still nothing.

3. My belongings got lost.

I am missing at least one box of my belongings, but I have someone's ice cream/ yogurt maker in my house now, so that's something! By this point, I'm over calling, hoping for a refund. I paid almost $5000 to have anxiety attacks and less sleep. Get local movers. Get PODS. These big moving companies are NOT worth the hassle.

Moving experience

The whole experience was horrible, They underestimated my square footage and the price doubled, I also wanted the stuff delivered the same day but when movers showed up I was told that if I wanted same day delivery it have to be cash or post office certified check, after everything was said and done, the total cost was $2000, $850 for deposit to movesafe and $1150 cash on pick up and delivery and that was for 10 items. There web site says satisfaction guarenteed and stress free. This move was not stress free and I am very dissatisfied.

BAIT AND SWITCH FOR SURE!!

Read the reviews. The only positive ones I'm sure are paid to do so. Stole my money by charging for services that they did not render, and they don't care. This should be a civil lawsuit, using the "Read your contract" AFTER they verbally tell you things, I even said "I am trusting you that what you say is true". FRAUDULENT go where they have good reviews, NOT THIS ONE! Movers laughed as they cleaned out the glass of one of my paintings and handed it too me! Mover's said "They didn't get the same list I had "and would NOT move the majority of my things that were agreed too. Then this company called and offered me $1300 back! I've had to buy new clothes, jackets, no chairs with my dining room, and I start my new position in 4 days. I now have to find a REPUTABLE mover to do the job I already paid for! I was warned by 2 other companies that these people are crooked, and I WISHED I would've listened. The stress alone is unbelievable. They should NOT be allowed to keep stealing peoples monies because they can. This will, and should cost them new business. BUYER BEWARE!!

Worst company EVER

Lured me in with an $1830 quote forva 10x20 storage unit. An agent called last week to go over the details. Was told they didn't provide enough room on the truck. Decided to cancel and get my $886 deposit refunded. An agent calls to understand why I want to cancel and I told him. He assures me he fixes the situation but I will be charged $300 more as a bulking fee. Then today the actual movers called to give me a pick up time and tells me I was still sold only 5'x5' worth of space on the truck for the contents of a 10x20 storage unit. SMH. I go to cancel to get my deposit back. No call this time just an email saying I'm past the window of cancelation and they will only send $200 as a courtesy but the remaining $686 will be a credit toward my next move. Horrible business. I regret calling them. I'm not just renting a PENSKE truck and doing it myself. Movesafe Relocation is a SCAM!!

DISHONEST SALESMAN

What was verbally agreed to by salesman Sonny could not be provided as I found out by the dispatcher the afternoon before my scheduled move so I cancelled. Now I have to go through legalities to get my deposit back from this dishonest moving company. DO NOT HIRE THEM...contact BBB and any other avenue to bring them to justice. TOTAL DISHONEST SCAMMERS.

Move from Cincinnati to Army base in Texas.

This was my first experience with a long distance move. I checked several companies and chose MoveSafe. The man who helped on the phone from Florida, was nice and I believed helpful as I had so many concerns and questions. He assured me that he would be there THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE MOVING EXPERIENCE! He also said I would be contacted by their main office in IL to verify all information. I had 12 bins all packed and ready to ship and the furniture was ready to go. The man in FL asked the size of the bins and I said they were not the small bins but definitely not the largest bins available. He recorded the size of the bins as medium size. PLEASE measure all bins and give specific sizes for all items and especially bins. Make sure the man in FL or whoever sets up the move gets the exact size of all boxes and bins. I was not experienced with this and was charged extra. When the movers came to pick up the items for the move, they said the bins were large and the price would change. Also, I repeated many times to the man on the initial phone call that there was an Ikea bed that was disassembled and told all the parts of the bed. I verified this again when I received a phone call from someone to go over the packing list. When the movers came, they charged extra for the

drawers that were part of the under-bed storage. I was initially quoted a price of $4487. But told if I signed on that day while on the phone, he would deduct $1000. So, the price would be $3487. Sounds good. I paid $1697 on the phone for the suggested down payment. When the movers arrived, looked at all items to be moved, the price went up $2300. The new price would be $5687. The bins and drawers were the main reason for the price change but there was fuel surcharges and a binding fee, whatever that is. I used my credit card to pay half of the final cost and a 10% fee added on for using the card. Then on delivery to final place, the charge would be $1995. They would accept cash or Zelle ONLY. But the guy in FL said they accept money orders. The movers said they don't accept money orders. I knew my son in the Army didn't use Zelle or would he have $2000 in cash to pay the second half of what was owed. They suggested I contact the main office so I could pay the entire bill before delivery so my son would not have to worry about payment. This is where the biggest problems occurred. The woman in the office was not helpful and told me that I could only pay with Zelle, which I don't have. So, I went to my bank, and they helped me get the Zelle app on my phone. (I'm not computer savvy nor do I have many apps on my phone.) When I called back to pay the bill, the woman told me I also needed a debit card associated with the checking acct. I don't have a debit card, nor do I use one. I was so aggravated, and I called the man in FL who set up the move and told him my issues. He transferred me back to IL and the same woman who was not nice. That was the ONLY conversation I had with the FL man the entire time. SO much for 'being there with me for the whole moving process'. What a joke. I finally was able to pay with Zelle after another trip to the bank to obtain a debit card. I asked for receipts for the payments I made and never received any from the moving company. The man in Florida lead me to believe he was the moving company, or part of the company. He is NOT. He is a broker who sets up the moves with moving companies that he has nothing to do with. Though the movers were nice, I will never use the MoveSafe company again or recommend them to anyone. That is a shame because my son in the Army will be making many moves around the country for several years and could use a good moving company. Advice to you, read between the lines and do your homework. Better yet: DON'T USE MOVESAFE RELOCATION!

Fraud Alert

I contacted them for a move to Oklahoma from Arizona. The first person I spoke to gave me a decent price. Every time I spoke to Move Safe x 3 conversions, the price of the move increased. In the end, I fired them within the 3 business days of the last time I spoke with them. They refused to refund my deposit and even took $370 more out of my account claiming they had a bill of Lading. I am still trying to get my deposit and the additional money back from them. The Bill of Lading was actually a estimate for the move. Their price went up from $2200 to over $3600. They knew that I was unable to do the move myself due to my physical condition and did not have tons of funds. They claimed I was getting discounts for being a Veteran and a Essential Employee (Nurse). And the size of space I was given was only 360 square feet. For those of you who want to know that is a 6X6 space to put my 2-bedroom apartment in. They start out sounding great and turn into something I am not allowed to say in this forum. I believe that this is FRAUD.
