Movecorp were the major factor in making our recent move a very pleasant and stress free event. The excellent communication we had throughout along with the service provided by the two removal lads contributed greatly to an easy move. The move was 114 miles with collecting some furniture from storage and I was amazed when we arrived to see the van there and the unpacking had begun. The speediness from packing at one end, the journey, and the unpacking at the delivery end was astounding with everything delivered safely. I would highly recommend Movecorp for value for money and a quality service.

Let down tremendously by the inefficiency and incompetence of coordinator. The behaviour was patronising throughout.
Because of poor scheduling our coordinator did not assign tools for the movers to fix our furniture which led us to having to sleep at our friend's House, because of furniture was not fixed -this in spite of the fact that they were emailed 3 months in advance of the move date and that we were moving from abroad.
No amount of emails and telephone calls could snap the movecorp staff and coordinator out of their slumber.
Avoid at any costs!

Recently moved from Northampton to Birmingham for my husbands job and to be closer to family and about settled in now and  chance to do a requested review. Where do I start? The excellent service from start to finish, the friendly office staff, the hardworking and polite removal guys or the great price. Everything went as planned and I could not fault any part of the move. Communication was spot on, the guys were on time and worked hard throughout and the price was around the same as what I had been quoted by two other companies. Lovely job and nothing broken.

The saying "everyone to their own" could not ring truer than when it comes to moving a house full of belongings half way around the world and I am glad to say that after choosing Movecorp we now know that we chose a top company. Moving stuff from one country to another is inevitably going to be complicated and stressful but thankfully you made it all happen so smoothly and kept me well informed of progress. The packing service was excellent, reasonably priced and well worth the extra as every item arrived safely. Overall a great service at a great price, thank you.

I have shipped two motorbikes from Italy to UK with them. I have specifically asked them to deliver before the 5th of September, when both I and my wife come back to work and given that they collected the goods the first decade of August, I felt quite confortable with time. The delivery was infact confirmed for the 30th of August, between 9-11 am. At 12 I have called my contact at Movecorp, who candidly confessed that the they haven't been loaded on the lorry. 4 hours waiting in vain. The delivery has been postponee to the 5th, early in the morning, between 7.30 and 8.30 am. Than it was moved to 9 am, so that my 14 year old son would have been signing off, but of course they have not come again, and again without even taking the courtesy of notifying us. The goods have been delivered today, received by my children, at the third attempt. They do not care about your time, if it had been my fault they would have charged me for the inconvenience, but of course because it's them, and it's your time, they could not care less. Avoid if you can.

A copy of an email sent to Movecorp. I would like to inform you that the container arrived safely and I would like to express my sincere thanks in the way that you handled the shipping. As you were aware, some of the contents belonged to my late parents and although they were not  extraordinarilyexpensive items they do mean so much to me that it was such a relief when I could physically see and touch them again. I would like you to pass on my sincere thanks to your employees who made such a wonderful job of protecting the items and please accept my best regards for all of the work and effort you put into carrying out the delivery. .
