Well done

The three movers arrived ten minutes early and started working immediately. There were no breaks, no pauses, and no cell phone usage. These guys worked nonstop for four hours, and their prices were very reasonable. They were incredibly accommodating, very respectful, and compliant with the mask-wearing. They didn't break anything, placed. 100% recommended from my side!

Well done

The gentlemen who made a move were exceptional. They arrived on time, positioned the truck to be the most efficient apartment complex, and never wasted time. They were pleasant, professional, and efficient. Living in an apartment hard, there was no choice but to block other vehicles. Still, when another resident needed out, they could move the truck and reposition within 5 minutes. I will recommend and use this company for future use.

Nice Job

I decided to use them because of Charles thoroughness compared to the other companies who quoted the job. The unit, who led the loading was also beneficial and took good care of packing up our items (he had to unload at the warehouse), and the driver took special care of our belongings, we haven't unpacked any damaged or missing. He also had to reload in a box truck for final delivery. And movers did an exceptional job keeping me informed of the entire logistics. She was always reassuring, which eased my concerns throughout the process.

Nice Work

I used Mayzlin Relocation moving services for an across-VA move, and everything was completely seamless. Won't be the last time I use Mayzlin Relocation services! Mick was instrumental to the process and was friendly and professional in getting me started. He remained communicative and supportive throughout the entire process, and I have to say it was the easiest move I've ever done.

Good job

The move was stress-free. I moved from TX to FL. Salesperson William helped me go through the moving inventory. I had numerous items to move, including electronics and heavy furniture. The crews knew what they were doing. There was no incident. All kinds of stuff were delivered safely. I was very impressed and tipped them accordingly. I would highly recommend Mayzlin Relocation and use them again in a heartbeat.

They are careless

The pick up was ok, they showed up with a Penske truck, not a movers van. Loading was careful. However, I could not be there when the truck was unloaded. Furniture was upside down, boxes marked fragile were at the bottom of stacks. They broke my washer, numerous pictures, plastic bins, and in general was not professional. They insisted on delivering early, even though they knew I couldn't be there.

First, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience the customer has endured during the move. It is never our intention that customers will have a less than satisfying experience.
We require that customers are available an entire day for the arrival of the truck as its time of arrival is dependent on many elements such as road, weather and mechanical conditions which are beyond our control.
We understand that the delivery time can be very stressful and chaotic. However, when the movers are rushing to bring furniture and boxes into residence, they still need the customer to sign the documents which is when the control is given back to the customer. At that point, the customer can require the movers to help identify items by their stickers, and count for boxes. It may not be the easiest task to complete and that is why the customer has 9 months to file a claim. However, that does give the opportunity to check main items and at least count them to verify quantity. Damages can later be documented by supporting pictures. At all times, such movers behavior should and must be immediately reported to main office even if by leaving a message after hours.
No compensation can be offered for lost or damaged items unless a proper claim is filed in writing with CSI. You may contact CSI directly for further assistance 772-742-5246 or online at claims@CSIPros.org. We require that pictures showing the damages claimed as well as full view showing the entire item will be provided as support to your claim so that the adjusters can determine our legal liability. Please be sure to provide all required support directly to CSI for the proper investigation of your claim.
We regret the customer felt the need to post this review and trust they are now able to better understand our position in this matter.

Timing way off

This was the absolute worst moving experience we have ever had. I ask for a pick up and load for a certain day and they told us the day before that it would be the next day instead. When we booked they said they may need two days to load not that it may be two days before they show up. They showed up a day later than we wanted, and not until 1pm in the afternoon. They didn’t finish loading until 1:30am in the morning. We had to make a 7hr drive to our new city on 3hrs of sleep to make our appointment to pick up our keys. Told us that that we need to pay the balance on Zelle and get a money order at 1:30 in the morning before they would unload our stuff. You have to wait 24hrs after using Zelle in the first place. They terribly underestimated the total cost. And for 18,000 dollars I expect better service. I would not recommend this company they are very misleading and deceitful.

Per our Estimate and Bill of Lading governing this move, we have up to 30 business days from our first available date to deliver the shipment. Although we work very hard to meet our customer’s requested pick-up and delivery dates, sometimes it is not always an option for a variety of reasons which makes the logistics of the moving industry complicated and unpredictable.
A “Binding” estimate is an estimate which is binding on both the customers and the carriers whether based on cubic feet or weight. Both the customer and the carrier agree that for the services described in the estimate, the charges will be as disclosed. Binding estimates if based on weight do not require a weight ticket and will not change according to the weight of the shipment regardless of the result of the weighing. The only way to change a binding estimate is to write a revised binding estimate that automatically cancels out any previously given binding estimate. For example, if the original service order changes and more items and / or more services are requested to be shipped or performed by the movers, then a new Revised Binding Estimate must be issued to include the new charges resulting from the added items and services. The revising of an estimate must be due to a change of order which results in a change of charges. Weighing of shipments and adjustment of charges accordingly is only an option with a non- binding estimate.
Per federal regulations any additional items and services requested which were not included in the original estimate and may result in additional charges require that the movers provide a revised binding estimate which automatically cancels any previous estimates. The customer was provided a revised binding estimate which included all requested additional services prior to the loading of their goods to which their signature attests.
We regret the customer felt the need to post this review and trust they are now able to better understand our position in this matter.

Nelson and his team mates made a difficult day much easier and less stressful for me, and I couldn't have done it without them. They were so friendly

Moving is stressful and hectic, but I was pleased overall with Mayzlin Relocation. My move was not perfect, but Alex was coordinating the move. He was there to address everything that required follow-up and took on responsibilities that technically belonged to others on his Team. He is highly customer-oriented and a problem solver, which I needed for my cross-country move.
