Long Distance did an excellent job for us. No headaches or nonsense. It was really simple. We gave the guys a list of the furniture we were bringing. They quoted us in cubic feet. Our shipment came out to an estimated 1021 cubic feet. On the day of the move 3 lovely young men came to load everything. I was impressed at how fast they were. It only took those 4 hours to load EVERYTHING. Once it got in the truck the foreman showed me it actually took up less space than Sammy estimated. They prorated the cost and I had to pay 125$ under estimate. Needless to say I gave that and then some in the form of a tip to the crew. They were amazing!

We all know that moving is the absolute worst. I didn't even know where to begin or how to get it started. I've lived in the same home for 20 years and I've never made an interstate move before. Sammy was really good about walking me through everything. They had an incredible value where I pack the boxes and they do the rest. Sammy told me how to pack some of my items properly and they made it to my new home with no issues or breakage. Alex and Anthony were great on pick up too. They double blanket wrapped everything and smiled the entire time. Very funny guys. couldn't have been happier with the service I received from LDRGs.

The company gave me a quote of $2000 and a window 1-4pm. The movers arrived at 12pm and still took till 4pm to finish everything. The quote that was $2000 shot up to $8145 at the end. I booked the company thinking it was going to be a great company from reading all the reviews. Turned out they’re just a company who use independent contractors who aren’t necessarily kept in the looped about the moves. That is why you see plenty of reviews where the price tripled during move day. During the setting up of the pickup, the person handling my case said 7-14 days delivery after pickup, but the confirmation person told me it was going to be 3-7 days instead, which messed with my schedule. IF THEY CALL YOU PLEASE RUN AWAY AND DONT USE THEM, THEYRE SCAM ARTIST STRINGING YOU ALONG WITH LOW QUOTES AND HITTING YOU WITH THE TRIPLED OVERALL AT THE END.

I've used three different moving companies in the past. Two local moving companies and then a broker out of Boca Raton Florida. I WILL NEVER USE A MOVING BROER AGAIN. So it was such a relief when I found a CARRIER like LDRGS. they did it all. I learned from my last move to not listen to just anybody estimate so I had Long Distance come out and do an in home just in case. They gave me a solid price and I agreed to it. They came and did everything from start to finish. It was a real breath of fresh air to find a mover that wasn't out to nickel and dime. Learn from me, use LDRGs.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6200

We used Long Distance three times in the past two years for various shipments. My wife is a power seller on eBay and sometimes large items require home goods transportation that UPS or FEDEX can’t handle. For those we've consistently used LDRGs. I think he found them through group on or something and the service was so good we've always used them since. They make things really simple and easy to understand. They also follow through on their promises. great company to work with.

We booked our long distance moving with them they gave us the quote of $ 1890
They came on time, loaded efficiently.

We estimated 35 boxes, our total turned out to be 45 boxes, after loading our stuff they told us the total move cost now is $ 4517
Which was 250% of the estimate
We have moved before and we knew the final cost can be more. But never knew could increase so much.
Their reasoning was the number of boxes are increased so cost went up.

We were ready to cancel but they told us we will lose our deposit (400) and will have to pay cancelation fee on top (800)
WORST EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Finally negotiated the cost to 3500.
