La Rosa Del Monte Moving Company

From beginning to end this has been the worst experience for my move from NY to PR. A drunk delivery person arrived on the day of my delivery behaving recklessly and being so careless with my things I wants to cry. They do not tell you if you pack your own stuff they are not responsible for anything even if they “lose it.” They tell after the fact. You’ll never speak to a manager and the receptionist basically doesn’t care about your case whatsoever. I dislike writing bad reviews but honestly this is one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered with a business. Hope to save someone else from heartache and a headache.

I have called both offices in Orlando as well as the Bronx twice today regarding my belongings that were picked up on November 25th. My husband and I were told it would take 2-3 weeks for our stuff to arrive. A supervisor told me 3-4 weeks. It is now January 4th and not only is our stuff not here but no one can give any update as to WHERE it is. I did not want to take legal action regarding the valuables with our belongings including my infant son's seizure medication but NO ONE can give me any idea as to what state my stuff is in other than it being "in transit."

If I could give this company less than a 1 star I would, the only good thing I can say about this company is Carolina who really tried helping the situation but her manager had no time to speak to me about my parents move. My parents moved from Fl to Tx and were told their furniture would be there on the 26th of June, keep in mind the furniture was packed in May. Now my parents who are 78 and 81 and sleeping on air matress are told that they would get their furniture on the 2nd of July but now the story changed and they are leaving Fl on the 2nd to deliver by the 8th of July to my parents. More than 12000.00 dollars were paid to this company and they don't have the oddacity to try and help their customer. Thank you Carolina for showing empathy and trying to help. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Buyer beware! I don't know why Puerto Ricans continue to get suckered into using this company! This company has the worst track record for moving I have ever seen! Yet we continue to give them our hard earned money

If something is stolen, lost or broken the claims department will do everything it can to either low ball you or give you nothing at all.

Here are some of the things I have experienced:

-They lost one of my boxes

-They will forge documents just to avoid taking responsibility.

-Turn in claims after the 3 day claims window so they don't have to pay.

-Your hard work in packing your boxes, forget about it! The boxes will come in the worst condition ever!!!

My suggestion boycott this company until they do better or we put them out of business!

This company is full of arrogant, unprofessional, lacking training. I called to make a Quote from PR to FL, I wanted to pay the entirety that was nine hundred dollars, the girl who attended me told me that I did not have to pay until the move arrived at my house in FL, they gave me a pick-up date and when I arrived the day; After 2 weeks of waiting they did not take the move because I never paid, I explained to the delivery boy and he told me to call the secretary. That's where my headache started! I called the company and they gave me other much more expensive prices and different information, the secretary called me a liar and of not having understood anything, when the employee who attended me told me that I would not pay. I had a strong argument with the secretary and they never got anywhere. They neither apologized for the misunderstanding nor did they attend to me anymore, they hung up the phone and now they don't even answer my calls. They are irresponsible, ill-mannered and this company should be shut down and all employees fired. They do not serve!
