Liers, Crooks, Thieves, Take Advantage of hard working people!

I just placed a complaint to the BBB in CT and NYC TWICE!! LRDM has over charged me , lied, and I recently slipped and fell in their office!! This company dosent allow anyone to speak they are unfare in pricing in Shipping-Moving and their storage facility! To much to explain in cetails but I am in a dispute with them NOW as we speak!

Long-distance move from Florida to New York

Good Service!! Recomendable.

Really good packing and professionalism, when I spoke to the sales man he knew what he was talking about and the price was according to the service offered. The crews on the pick up as well as on the deliveries were courteous and helpful specially because they helped my wife who was pregnant at the time we moved. I totally recommend their service.

Never received part of my moving.

I moved from NYC to São Paulo. It took 4 months to receive a few boxes. Never received most of my move. Leather coats, electronic devices, most of my clothes and shoes, a bike and much more. According to the manager, they can't do anything because it probably "disappeared" in Brazil.

La Rosa Del Monte, Bad Service.

La Rosa Del Monte is not trustworthy or knowledgeable when moving a car. They will not give you the correct tax value and of course the car will be late on arrival but that might be all moving companies. I moved my car to Puerto Rico and they told me repeatedly the tax would be around $800. It was $2200. I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
