La Rosa Del Monte Moving Company

I have called both offices in Orlando as well as the Bronx twice today regarding my belongings that were picked up on November 25th. My husband and I were told it would take 2-3 weeks for our stuff to arrive. A supervisor told me 3-4 weeks. It is now January 4th and not only is our stuff not here but no one can give any update as to WHERE it is. I did not want to take legal action regarding the valuables with our belongings including my infant son's seizure medication but NO ONE can give me any idea as to what state my stuff is in other than it being "in transit."

Giving this company a 1 star is being generous, if I could put no stars I would. This company for one held my house hold goods for over a month and a half. They continued to give reason after reason as to why they held my delivery. I provided everything that was asked and still resulted in a delayed delivery. This company has in their possession today May 6th 2021 my motorcycle, and will not release it. I continued to ask the girl Iris why the delay and she continued to tell me that Hacienda would not respond to her emails. I have since been in touch with Hacienda and all they need is a Bill of Landing which La Rosa Del Monte has to provide but they won't respond to any of the emails that I copy them on. I called today, keep in mind that it's now been two months and 6 motorcycles later. Yes they have 6 servicemember motorcycles because they are not doing their parts to get them delivered. Makes you think that they just want to get a storage check $$$ at the end of the day. I called Iris today and her excuse is that her manager is always on vacation or never in the office. Then she went so far as to laugh at me in my frustration on the phone today May 6th 2021. I told her that the situation wasn't a laughing matter and she told me stop being so serious. Poor damn customer service at its best. Who laughs at a servicemember let alone a customer who just wants in belonging. This company should never be used for any servicemember for any PCS'ing matter anywhere in the world. Jennifer at Red Hard Ball in California you score very low for even giving this company the contract for my items. Before you PCS, make sure you find out who the shipping and receiving company's are, if its La Rosa Del Monte Express tell the broker HELL NO !!!! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY !!!! Tell your friends, and coworkers not to engage with La Rosa Del Monte Express anywhere in the world.

From beginning to end this has been the worst experience for my move from NY to PR. A drunk delivery person arrived on the day of my delivery behaving recklessly and being so careless with my things I wants to cry. They do not tell you if you pack your own stuff they are not responsible for anything even if they “lose it.” They tell after the fact. You’ll never speak to a manager and the receptionist basically doesn’t care about your case whatsoever. I dislike writing bad reviews but honestly this is one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered with a business. Hope to save someone else from heartache and a headache.

If I could give this company less than a 1 star I would, the only good thing I can say about this company is Carolina who really tried helping the situation but her manager had no time to speak to me about my parents move. My parents moved from Fl to Tx and were told their furniture would be there on the 26th of June, keep in mind the furniture was packed in May. Now my parents who are 78 and 81 and sleeping on air matress are told that they would get their furniture on the 2nd of July but now the story changed and they are leaving Fl on the 2nd to deliver by the 8th of July to my parents. More than 12000.00 dollars were paid to this company and they don't have the oddacity to try and help their customer. Thank you Carolina for showing empathy and trying to help. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Buyer beware! I don't know why Puerto Ricans continue to get suckered into using this company! This company has the worst track record for moving I have ever seen! Yet we continue to give them our hard earned money

If something is stolen, lost or broken the claims department will do everything it can to either low ball you or give you nothing at all.

Here are some of the things I have experienced:

-They lost one of my boxes

-They will forge documents just to avoid taking responsibility.

-Turn in claims after the 3 day claims window so they don't have to pay.

-Your hard work in packing your boxes, forget about it! The boxes will come in the worst condition ever!!!

My suggestion boycott this company until they do better or we put them out of business!

They charged me $ 150.00 to bring a tv. 52 in. Total loss they offer me $ 50.00 as compensation because according to the Manager Jaime Teran as not adding insurance they are $ 00.60 per pound maximum of $ 50.00 per item and no more than $ 500.00 per good business contract they charge 150.00 for destroying a TV of more than 600.00 and they return 50.00. a wooden dining set that cost in sears 1150.00 they broke a leg of a chair for two parts $ 50.00 they pay for it, the table they broke the table to enlarge it 50.00 dollars, to a cabinet or old chest of wheels the metal pieces that they hold the mirror they disappeared 50.00 they charged for the move almost two thousand,, they damaged more than two thousand and above all they want the damaged items to be delivered for them to give the fifty per item so to collect them they cannot be used by making a provisional arrangement until the economic possibilities allow to replace them. I did not put an extra insurance because in August 2012 I received furniture that I brought from NJ I paid extra insurance they damaged a set of Italian lacquer quarters but trusting MONTI that it was the one that collected it in NJ whose claim has not been resolved even after a Year and at this point I have to find two companies that make an estimate of the arrangement for them to choose the one that suits them best and pay the estimated I. I damage three holes, one in the cabinet or dresser and two in the dresser. Monti belongs to the Rosa del Monte.lO EVALUATE WITH A STAR BECAUSE THERE IS NO WORSE. I FORGET WHEN I WENT TO THE OFFICE BECAUSE THEY LEFT ME HOOKED ON THE PHONE THE MANAGER (JAIME TERAN) DID NOT LET ME SHOW ME THE PHOTOS ON TV BECAUSE HE HAD SEEN IT BEFORE THE DELIVER LEAVED. ESA left it for potential clients to evaluate.

This company is full of arrogant, unprofessional, lacking training. I called to make a Quote from PR to FL, I wanted to pay the entirety that was nine hundred dollars, the girl who attended me told me that I did not have to pay until the move arrived at my house in FL, they gave me a pick-up date and when I arrived the day; After 2 weeks of waiting they did not take the move because I never paid, I explained to the delivery boy and he told me to call the secretary. That's where my headache started! I called the company and they gave me other much more expensive prices and different information, the secretary called me a liar and of not having understood anything, when the employee who attended me told me that I would not pay. I had a strong argument with the secretary and they never got anywhere. They neither apologized for the misunderstanding nor did they attend to me anymore, they hung up the phone and now they don't even answer my calls. They are irresponsible, ill-mannered and this company should be shut down and all employees fired. They do not serve!

Spanish / English This company is the worst of all, they are the complete opposite of what they claim to be. I leave you this comment, my people, because you unfortunately have to rave with them to make my move from Connecticut to Florida and among them those from NY and Miami were involved, but the main one where the process began was with those who are located in Bridgeport Connecticut . They gave me the worst treatment on Earth so much so that I never in my life saw anyone go through the worst of the services that me and my family had to go through. This company launched more than half of the moving from the third floor had the first still no consideration. They did not cover any of the furnitures at any time, the employees were the best in life, very Bulgarian, speaking many obscene words, desperately asking for tips and this list continues I have all the evidence and everything very well documented, Also in this same process I sent my vehicle with They and it took them almost 2 months to send my vehicle and they charged me additional money. They stole a box where I had all my memories, which was priceless.

This was the worst experience ever people don't use this company if you decide to do then you will regret for a very long time. They damaged every single piece of my furniture they scratch them they broked a screen monitor, they're asking for tips money no less than $ 100 they was cursing so many times not professional at all. I have never experienced so much unprofessionalism in earth unresponsive to phone calls no calls returns ever, every time I called it went straight to voice mail. No one in the company the entire process want it to be responsible for all the bad service provided to me and my family. They still have a package that belongs to me and no one is able to step up and tell me what happened. People please do not need to go through this hard time and stress in life all im going to say is don't wish no one to go through this is the most stressful process if you decide to use this company as a moving company.

This company is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to do business with. I told Carlos Figueroa who said he was the manager / manager and was not interested in my satisfaction as a client at all.

They take advantage of Hispanics / Latinos and then don't even have the courtesy to say "Thank you for letting us take your money without providing service and giving you a hard time. Come Again"

Choosing this company was one of the worst decisions I have ever made. They picked up my merchandise in Puerto Rico today, April 13, 2018 for South Carolina and they still haven't delivered it to me. They never have time to answer me on the phone because every time I called they tell me they call me back and they never do. They always have excuses for not seeing people on the phone. I spoke with a certain Patricia Pacheco and she indicated that she could not speak at the time. It is very irresponsible to tell your client that you cannot serve them. Better find another company and don't vote your money with Rosa del Monte.

Do not hire these these people to move anything personal or business they are a disaster. They do not meet the shipping time AND they lose the items without knowing where they have left them, they never reach your home. In addition, the insurance service is useless. I paid insurance to protect my property and right now they don't even want to pay me. Rosa Del Monte lost a very important box from my office and they still haven't found it. The scratched furniture was also delivered to me. IT IS THE WORST LATIN MOVING COMPANY. I am very sorry to have hired you. To collect they are very effective and to fulfill the service they are a disaster.
