Good service but they don’t transport live plants

We had an onsite estimate done by this company prior to us hiring them. Their bid was median and we hired them since one of our friend’s had hired them back in 2019. Unfortunately we had a surprise on the moving day that they won’t be able to assist us with our live plants due to California restrictions. Overall they were great but they should’ve informed us about this during onsite estimate, since we though they transport everything.

They were super careful with my furniture and boxes, and went out of their way to help me as I was finishing up cleaning up the leftover items in my apartment. The Moving team was so professional, punctual and responsive to my messages. They arrived 10 mins early, packed and loaded all our furniture with utmost care. Each piece of furniture was wrapped with protective blankets and film. They disassembled and assembled everything super quickly and their rates were very reasonable. I highly recommend them as they made the toughest part of moving as stress free as possible.

They were worked efficiently and quickly. They handled my items with care by wrapping them in moving blankets or shrink wrap. As well as dissembling and assembling my furniture. I highly recommend them!!

This was absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with a moving company. He made sure to expertly wrap my appliances protecting them from all scratches and dents. He handled everything with care and is sooo accommodating. He made sure that everything was in its place and I couldn’t be happier. There were professional, fast and efficient. They made my move for easy. While moving my furniture anything that needed to be adjusted and tighten was taken care for me. They also delivered and set-up my furniture. Very accommodating when I asked them to move my furniture around after set-up. I would definitely use them again. For your moving needs contact them.

This was the best moving experience I have ever had, and I've moved a lot. Crew were efficient and quick while being careful with our items. I had a really large sofa that was difficult to move and Jet Moving And Storage sent a great team to move the couch. They ended up needing to move the couch out from the balcony.

My estimate increased but I can understand that since I added a lot more items. One of my chairs broke and I’m happy that they will replace it for me. The foreman Joseph made sure all my items are well packed.

He and the guys were great. Their previous move ran a little long so they got to my place later than expected. They called in another guy to help so that they could get the move finished and didn't charge extra for the extra set of hands. Great value as well.

The team did a phenomenal job! They loaded a pod at one location, packed a house at another location and then moved both into a new home. They were responsive, efficient, funny as heck and professional! You can tell these guys have been working together for quite some time! I would highly recommend them for your move!

I hired them for a move from Vegas to Wildomar, it was a referral from a family member that moved to Arizona. They were very professional and completed my delivery the next day. Nothing was damaged and they completed delivery under 4 hours

I hired this moving company when I saw one of their trucks on our street. Their estimate was reasonable compared to many companies that I called. I needed 45 days storage which they included in their estimate as complimentary.
