Jackson Movers did a great job with easing the stress that comes with a cross country move, from the initial call with the sales agent to the support team to the wonderful and friendly drivers. All of my belongings were carefully packed up and during drop-off, the drivers turned into interior designers with the placement of all of my furniture! I'm grateful to say that I have no damaged items and the total price did not deviate from what I was originally quoted.

I had to move on super short notice due to a job transfer, and Jackson Movers worked magic to fit me in. They didn’t just show up—they showed up ready to tackle my messy, unorganized apartment. They provided extra boxes for my loose items and taped them up for me. They packed my mattress in a protective cover so it wouldn’t get dirty. My glass lamps? Wrapped in thick blankets and placed carefully on the truck. They managed to get my oversized couch through a narrow doorway without any damage. I can't thank them enough!

These movers thought of everything! They paid attention to even the small details, like making sure boxes weren't blocking any air vents or windows in my new house. They knew the kitchen is a room you use a lot, so they unpacked that first to make things easier on me. They were super observant and even noticed how I had my books arranged on the shelf in my old place, and they put them back in the same order in my new home! After they finished unpacking, they were very tidy. They folded up all the moving blankets neatly and stacked the empty boxes for recycling – what a lifesaver!

I got estimate over the phone and it really should have been done in person, because when I made the decision, I made it based on what was quoted over the phone and how the move from out of state typically worked. It cost more than was quote, though it was explained well, and when my things did not get delivered in the 2 day window they gave, but 48 hours after the window, I received email with explaination that it could have been even longer. The guys delivering my things were really nice, but he was concerned because his rig was too big to fit in apartment complex. Luckily he worked with me and only charged a small amount more because of extra leg work to get from truck to my door since he could not pull all the way in. Both guys delivering were really nice and worked quickly to get everything in and setup.

Jackson Movers showed up on time and wrapped my furniture in a professional manner. The foreman explained the entire situation to me and what to expect and when I would expect to see the delivery truck show up.

The delivery went well as expected. It was an older couple that delivered, and boy did they really do a great job, they placed floor protection down on the wood floors so the dolly wouldn't scratch the floor. They unwrapped and assembled everything and even helped haul some of the trash away.
