ARE LIERS.... The mover delivery driver was informed when the wall was deep scratched and the wooden stair step broken in my new home , and he only took a sponge and brought some cleaning supplies and realized his mistake. Additionally, "his crew" was bringing them from anywhere. When I negotiated with Illinois Movers Inc (Mr. Ricardo)., they told me they had their own crew, and it was a total lie. The men who came to my house told us they were found on Craigslist, they were complete strangers, had no moving experience. The complex asked me to provide $1 million in insurance for damages, so they have to be responsible for any damage to the house.

Additionally, I removed some items a few days ago and informed them, their response was that the supervisor would remove or discount them when they collected the items... TOTAL LIE... they charged me practically the same even though I removed heavy and large items.

Don't have crew members.

They don't answer calls or complaints after you move in.

I do my claim 3 times and don't answer me.

This has been a complete disappointment, I feel scammed and upset, no one from the company answers me

We recently moved from Kansas City to Connecticut and had a great experience with Illinois Movers Inc. Their team was professional, friendly, and handled the entire moving process very smoothly. They packed our belongings carefully and made sure everything was secured properly for the long-distance trip.

My entire experience with them has been good. I did a move out of New York City and then used their service and then had them move stuff to New Jersey. The movers were professional they were careful and I had absolutely no complaints. I had gotten quotes from several companies for my move and theirs was not the cheapest, but it was definitely worth it to pay a bit more- and it was not all that much more expensive. On the day I moved out of New York City, I noticed that they wrapped absolutely everything so that there was going to be no potential damage. There were some movers later on that day from another company moving a different apartment and I felt sorry for that individual because their stuff was not wrapped nearly as as well as mine had been.

So so good! They moved me in and out super seamlessly and had everything wrapped up and done within 2 hours (probably less). They were also very nice and gentle with my stuff, had no issues with any breakage etc. Everything was clean and organized properly. The one thing to mention is that they don't see things up like drilling into the wall, etc., but they did assemble my couch and bed which was quick and made my move hassle-free. Overall, I couldn't recommend them enough!

From beginning to end I can’t say enough about them. They made the process super easy, answering any questions I had and the actually move went SO smooth. Chris and Jake were professional, hardworking and very efficient. They were well organized and made sure everything was where it needed to be with very few questions to me. They even helped get my cat in the crate to be transported. Thank you SO much guys! I highly highly recommend Illinois Movers to anyone wanting to make the moving process less stressful and exhausting!

If I could give them a 10 star review I would! These guys disassembled my furniture, wrapped it and moved my apt so quickly, made a stop to empty out a packed full storage building. Their huge truck was packed full I don't know how they made it fit but they did! They then unloaded at my house then went to another location to pick up a living room set for me. They work quickly and are so courteous. I would definitely use them again and I will highly recommend using them! Good Job and thank you for making my move less stressful.

The entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. Crew were absolutely incredible — hardworking, friendly, and extremely careful with all of our belongings.

They paid great attention to detail, handled everything with care, and worked nonstop to make sure the move went smoothly and on time. You could tell they genuinely took pride in their work.
