ARE LIERS.... The mover delivery driver was informed when the wall was deep scratched and the wooden stair step broken in my new home , and he only took a sponge and brought some cleaning supplies and realized his mistake. Additionally, "his crew" was bringing them from anywhere. When I negotiated with Illinois Movers Inc (Mr. Ricardo)., they told me they had their own crew, and it was a total lie. The men who came to my house told us they were found on Craigslist, they were complete strangers, had no moving experience. The complex asked me to provide $1 million in insurance for damages, so they have to be responsible for any damage to the house.

Additionally, I removed some items a few days ago and informed them, their response was that the supervisor would remove or discount them when they collected the items... TOTAL LIE... they charged me practically the same even though I removed heavy and large items.

Don't have crew members.

They don't answer calls or complaints after you move in.

I do my claim 3 times and don't answer me.

This has been a complete disappointment, I feel scammed and upset, no one from the company answers me

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3200

From beginning to end I can’t say enough about them. They made the process super easy, answering any questions I had and the actually move went SO smooth. Chris and Jake were professional, hardworking and very efficient. They were well organized and made sure everything was where it needed to be with very few questions to me. They even helped get my cat in the crate to be transported. Thank you SO much guys! I highly highly recommend Illinois Movers to anyone wanting to make the moving process less stressful and exhausting!

I didn't have a choice of movers when I booked a move with Amerisafe Van Lines, they brokered the move to these people, and it's been a nightmare ever since. When they showed up to deliver, it was just the driver and no helpers. So the next day the price had gone up 2K and they demanded cash. I didn't have enough money to pay them so I was told that it would cost me $10,000 for them to return. Now they're asking for $12,000 because I gave them a poor review.

BTW, I already paid them $10,000 for a move from NW Indiana to South Central Pennsylvania. The bill of lading that I signed, says that I was supposed to pay them $4,064.89 upon delivery, but that went out the window when they were here. Granted, I live in a 2nd floor apartment, and added a stop at a local U-lock less than 5 miles away, and agree with an extra charge for that. But $2,000? Now they're holding my belongings hostage because I didn't have funds to pay the up-charge, which after reviewing the laws, is a clear violation of the applicable statute.

These people are sneaky, rude, arrogant, and hide behind a keyboard using pseudonyms for names. Please note that you won't find an owner listed for this company. Again, I didn't have a choice as to who would handle my move, but if I did it certainly wouldn't have been these "people".

Horrible movers run by horrible people.

If I could give them a 10 star review I would! These guys disassembled my furniture, wrapped it and moved my apt so quickly, made a stop to empty out a packed full storage building. Their huge truck was packed full I don't know how they made it fit but they did! They then unloaded at my house then went to another location to pick up a living room set for me. They work quickly and are so courteous. I would definitely use them again and I will highly recommend using them! Good Job and thank you for making my move less stressful.

The entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. Crew were absolutely incredible — hardworking, friendly, and extremely careful with all of our belongings.

They paid great attention to detail, handled everything with care, and worked nonstop to make sure the move went smoothly and on time. You could tell they genuinely took pride in their work.

I had an amazing experience with this moving company! The team was highly professional, incredibly nice, and handled every piece of my furniture with great care--wrapping everything in blankets like it was a work of art. I called 10 different companies, and they gave me the best price. They arrived on time and worked super fast!

These movers did an outstanding job with my move! They came exactly on time, were very professional, and had everything organized from the start. Hi, I'm Swati, and I've never left a review for anything before, but I cannot sing these guys' praises enough! They saved us when another moving company left us hanging last minute, and they came after having done several other jobs that day to accommodate our problem. They moved us in so quickly, professionally, and with a lot of organization/expertise to make sure everything was packed and moved as fast and as carefully as possible. Outstanding service. We had a couple of items of furniture to move down one floor; it looked like an easy job but in fact both items proved near-impossible to manoeuvre round the tight turns on the stairs. Our movers never gave up; after eventually removing assorted doors, and trying various orientations, they finally succeeded with both items. They remained friendly, good-humoured and infinitely patient throughout, models of customer service.

They arrived punctually, were respectful our property, and their charges were very reasonable. We would recommend them to anyone that needs furniture moved around their property.

My entire experience with them has been good. I did a move out of New York City and then used their service and then had them move stuff to New Jersey. The movers were professional they were careful and I had absolutely no complaints. I had gotten quotes from several companies for my move and theirs was not the cheapest, but it was definitely worth it to pay a bit more- and it was not all that much more expensive. On the day I moved out of New York City, I noticed that they wrapped absolutely everything so that there was going to be no potential damage. There were some movers later on that day from another company moving a different apartment and I felt sorry for that individual because their stuff was not wrapped nearly as as well as mine had been.
