These movers were fantastic!

These mover were fantastic! They arrived on time, packed everything carefully, and were very efficient. They helped disassemble some furniture and put it back together at the new place. Nothing was broken, and the whole move went smoothly. Absolutely recommend!

Broken agreements

I found a variety of strange trash among my belongings while I unpacked, including empty Coke cans, food wrappers, and even cigarette butts. It seems like they were making do with my boxes as makeshift garbage cans during the move. Their complete lack of care stunned me.

HORRIBLE

Unfortunately, half of my belongings were left in the truck when the crew suddenly announced they had another duty to attend to in the middle of the transfer. I tried calling their office, but no one answered. It took two days to get my items back, and they charged me extra for that.

They were fantastic from start to finish..

What impressed me most was their teamwork. Three movers worked together like they'd done it for years. They carried my large sectional sofa and tall dresser without bumping a single wall. Every piece of furniture was wrapped before it left my apartment. It was a short move, but done perfectly. I'd rate this experience 10/10 without hesitation.

I can’t reach anyone and late

I was guaranteed my belongings would arrive on time, and so far they are a full week late. No one is picking up any of my calls, and I have no idea when my belongings will actually arrive. When I try to get a refund, I’m referred to numbers that don’t work. In general, the customer service and communication has been poor. The cost estimate I was given at the beginning was completely wrong, and I was expected to tip large amounts of money to the actual movers because apparently they didn’t receive much of the money from the move. I also was not present, so I was expected to wire the money. I have no idea what is going on or where my belongings are.

This was my best move ever and the most reasonably priced! Also the most pleasant!! They could not have been more kind or patient. They were respectful of my property and took care with all items. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.

Hercules Moving Solutions was by far the best we have used. If I could, I would give this team Five stars. That's how wonderful they were. I highly recommend them!! Even moving the furniture into the bedrooms, they thought of setting it up and not just putting it somewhere.

If I could leave a negative review I would the two movers argued about moving my stuff all my stuff didn't make it to new apt some of my change stolen like fourty dollars my entertainment center ter broke my air conditioner unit not all the parts r at new alt so need that replaced my stuff just thrown in alt not all my stuff got moved after they charge me 750 dollars say on phone to talk to management for an hour n still couldn't get thru plus I have a medical marijuana card n some of my medicine bud was stolen my name is dilli I am filing a claim they will replace my stuff n maybe hire helpful movers nkt disgruntled employees

Perfect and smooth move!

Everything was great, the crew was quick and efficient and made sure we were kept in the loop with everything going on. They were curious and about 2 hours faster at finishing the job then we had originally expect. This was our first time with this business and after our excellent experience we won't be using any other movers going forward.
