Exceptional teamwork, and genuine care for their clients

We moved our family of five into a bigger home, and I honestly don't know how we would've done it without help. Between all the furniture, toys, kitchen items, and the garage, it was a lot. The movers kept things moving without rushing. They asked questions, stayed organized, and handled everything with care. It felt like everything was under control the whole time.

Don't trust them

First the movers showed up with no boxes. Then, they asked my housekeeper to go get some from home Depot. Then my contract clearly said to pack for me due to being disabled. Which means BRING BOXES! Then I was told my estimate was wrong and they needed $1500 more! Then they ran out of room and I was told they couldn't pack what was left and told me to put it in my car, (this was my entire kitchen among other items)! All this occurred on March 28. I was promised 30 free days of storage which I got, after that I would be charged $175 a month. On April 16 I called them with an address to move it to and the move date would be April 23. My contract clearly stated my move would proceed on April 29. It is now May 3, they still have my belongings, and each time I call customer for a status update I'm given the same story, a promise of delivery in 10-15 more days. At this point they have breached their contract, DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY! IT IS NOW MAY 4TH, THEY STILL HAVE MY BELONGINGS, AND IM CONSTANTLY GETTING LIED TO AND PUT OFF, AND GIVEN THE RUN AROUND ABOUT WHEN I WILL TRULY GET MY BELONGINGS! AS WE SPEAK, I STILL DONT HAVE MY BELONGINGS, BUT THEY DO!! And as of right now. I still have no clue of when I will get my belongings. This is in real time, it didn't just happen, it's still happening! If you use this company all I can offer you is my shared experience and my condolences and pity because you were warned. Good luck with your chosen movers and please be careful what you say and do , pay attention and do not use Hercules moving Solutions

This company is a SCAM!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO MOVE! They have been moving the goal posts every day since pickup. Hiring a seperate company to do it MLV Transport (they only take venmo and zelle so should have know it was a scam), and charging more, while not giving updates on where my stuff is or when it will arrive. Nashville to Denver is in the 5-14 day range but as of today we are on day 9 and it hasn't left their place in Atlanta. They are a scam and will end up just filing insurance claims for my furniture and reporting them since the date has moved 4 times now with no end in sight.

Worst Moving Experience Ever – Unprofessional and Dishonest Company

I had a terrible experience with this moving company. The movers arrived late and were unprofessional throughout the process. Several of my items were damaged, and they didn’t take responsibility or offer any compensation. Communication was poor, and it was nearly impossible to reach anyone for updates. The final cost was much higher than the original estimate, with hidden fees added at the last minute. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable move.

Moving a few pieces of vintage furniture made me anxious. As evidence of their careful handling, the crew draped many blankets over each piece and secured them with straps. For my delicate items, including the China set and antique lamps, they utilized specialized boxes with foam inserts. And they were pros when it came to taking apart and putting back together my massive bed frame.

TERRIBLE SERVICE/DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

This has been the most horrific experience I have ever had. We had a contract with Hercules Moving Solutions (broker) and then a second party, American Home Relocation based out of Atlanta. Not only did we have to wait over a month for our items, along with ignored phones calls, excuses etc. We now have our things and our TV is shattered, beds missing pieces, items stolen, boxes clearly opened and more!! Again, no one is picking up our calls to address these issues. (This is making a long story short) To summarize this was a terrible experience, we have damaged property and now no one is returning or picking up our calls.

Best moving company!

Amazing service!!! I cannot tell you how hectic it was to find the right moving service. Before moving I have heard some terrible stories of furniture missing. Old family China broken. Even as horrible as gone missing and nowhere to be found with someone’s belongings. After hearing from a friend about a new moving company that has great service and everything perfectly moved and delivered without any complications, I knew I was in the right hands. From the beginning Hercules Moving Solutions listened very carefully to my instructions, assured me that all my belongings will be moved safely, and they did move everything with extreme care and perfect service! I am happy to have found the best movers!!! Could not thank them more!

This is not an exaggeration...this is the worst and most unethical company I have ever dealt with. The movers showed up two days late, they charged me $800 more than the original price, and they are not returning my phone calls. They literally are still holding my belongings in storage and I can't get anyone to call me back for delivery. I will have to call law enforcement. This is a huge scam!

Terrible Experience

Originally spoke to an employee named Nelson that quoted me $3,600 after going through my entire inventory of items that would be loaded. He stated that unlike other moving companies this quoted amount can never change. We agreed on a pick up date of May 24th, and a delivery date of June 7th.

Movers arrived on the 24th from a completely different company to load my stuff. They stated that the bill would be $6,700, not the $3,600 that was quoted to me. They also stated the earliest available delivery date would be the 14th of June. When I asked why this all changed from my original quote the movers stated they didn’t know why that information was given to me. I would’ve cancelled the entire process but of course I had already paid a non refundable deposit to book the service.

As of writing this it is now the 21st of June and my stuff still HAS NOT LEFT THE PICKUP LOCATION. I’ve tried calling customer service repeatedly to find out when my belongings will actually be shipped and have been lied to multiple times. Lana and Josh are the most disrespectful and unprofessional employees I have ever spoken with. First they told me my items were being loaded to ship on the 10th of June. When I called for an update 2 days later they said my things were never loaded. They then told me my things would be loaded and shipped on the 17th. When I called on the 17th they told me it would be the 20th. When I called on the 20th they told me it would definitely be the 21st. When I called today they told me it should be some time later this week.

I have no idea if I will ever receive my things, and my entire life is on hold due to repeated lies from this scam of a company.

All Around Good Service

I relocated for work and was pretty nervous about the entire situation. But the Staff at Hercules made it completely stress free. From Booking, to the pickup, transit was about 11 days and their customer service staff were so friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better Team to work with. Thank you so much so getting me to FL to start my new life in a new home with a new job !!!!! :)

Shady broker, fake reviews, do not trust

This company floods various platforms with fake reviews. No way this company can have this many satisfied customers. Extremely vague positive reviews always come flooding in after a negative one has been left. Every single time. Red flags: low estimate, high deposit required to book, and then want to charge you more once they finally decide to show up. Oh and they came in a rental truck!!!

If you've had negative and borderline scam dealings with this company, then contact the Florida Attorney General. Their business practices are ILLEGAL and the AG's office has gone after companies who have pulled similar stunts. If your move was across state lines you can contact the US Department of Transportation - the feds will surely come down on them hard.

Just to give you an idea of who you are dealing with, the title president is one "Rafael Ohanesyan" who operated a moving company in the Chicago area by the name of "Bulls Moving." Search for his name. Last year (2021) CBS Chicago ran a story on him which brought to light various complaints. At one point there was even an arrest warrant out for him from DeKalb County, Georgia on suspicion of "felony theft by conversion."

Terrible company

This was a terrible experience. It started wonderfully John ,Nathan everyone very cooperative, gave me quotes picked the date until the truck came to pick up the stuff then it all went downhill. The quote was increased by $8000. This driver doesn’t even work for Hercules . I didn’t understand why he had the right, or the permission to raise the price …my “stuff is in the truck didn’t have much choice …when it got to Massachusetts. It still wasn’t any better. They wanted two thousand dollars more to unpack the truck which we in the end help them unload the truck. Do not use this company under any circumstances I’ve called their customer service numerous times, never got a response ….

The team was absolutely great.

I'm so glad I chose these movers. There is no way I could have done it without them, nothing was too much trouble and they changed and adapted the plan as it needed to change and sent more hands to get us moved. Even with late keys and them waiting for hours, there was no complaints but boy did they move when the door was opened. Truly a stunning team effort. If I dare move again, I know who I'll be calling.

Long-distance move from Colorado to Illinois

Great Experience!!

These guys were efficient and effective. Their team of three got us from our 2bd rental to our new 3bd home in exactly 4 hours with no damage or drama. They were polite and stress free. After the initial walkthroughs at both locations I barely had to give any special instruction. They may not be giving the lowest quotes out there, but it's on par with the other reputable moving companies and worth the money for the hassle free experience. I'd recommend Hercules Moving Solutions to anyone without hesitation.

The whole experience was so pleasant

I dreaded moving, but these guys made it easy. They especially asked about my fragile furniture and other items to pack them properly. The movers arrived on time on moving day, which is rare for me. They had dolly bags, sturdy moving blankets, plastic wrap, and extra boxes. All my belongings were very well wrapped and packed.
