This move would have been stressful, but Moving Pros made the transition extremely easy. From start to finish, Mo and the entire team walked us through the process and kept us updated as to when they would pick up our household goods and when it would arrive in California awaiting delivery. We liked that we had an option to wait an additional 30 days after CA arrival to get our household goods delivered. Luckily, we did not have to wait that long. David and Rubyn were great in bringing the items up 14 flights of stairs. Both our vehicles were shipped at the same time and arrived at the same time in California. I would highly recommend Moving Pros for moving household and cars. Great customer service!

Aloha! I had a great experience with HMP. My initial contact was with Chris. He answered my request for a quote and was very helpful in determining an accurate price. He was patient and understanding as I had a lot to do with such a big move. Axel was the next contact who set up our pick up. The moving crew that was sent to our home were great! They were kind, respectful, helpful in packing up odd items like keyboard and other items. They worked hard and fast. After the pick up I received email updates of the location of our things. Once It arrived the mainland it was ready to be trucked. The delivery crew called and emailed an estimate date of arrival. I didn’t meet the crew that delivered our items, however my son and cousin were home and raved about how nice the men were. I have not unpacked all the boxes yet, but so far so good?. honestly, I have real expectations. Things might break or get delayed and I can understand. The communication from the business was superb and everyone from start to finish were wonderful to deal with. I am very pleased with the care I and my things received. Thank you, it can be difficult to find people who care to do a good job these days and I appreciate everyone of y’all❤️

Went smooth. Great communication. Boxed up a 2BR place minus a couch and a second mattress.

We were very diligent in packing everything before they got there besides the dressers and bed.

Everything arrived great and in tact that we personally didn’t pack to my surprise. (It’s a long way to think nothing will be damaged in a container out at sea, and a truck across the mainland).

Would recommend and use again, but understand how to properly prepare for a move like that. It’s not a 300mile moving van trip.

Our movers on Maui and in Florida, couldn’t of been nicer.

Hawaii Moving Pros made my move to Hawaii easy and without worry. It started from the moment they picked up the phone. Mo, the estimator, was always available to take my calls when I kept changing my mind. He was professional and courteous.He knew what needed to get done. The movers came and delicately loaded my belongings for the trip. They also stored my items till I found a place to live and the items arrived intact and was professionally unpacked with no damage. All the people I dealt with were very attentive to my needs and questions. They kept me informed all the way along, came on the day I requested to move and everything was like I wanted it to be. Very efficient and paid attention to detail. I got a copy of the list and pictures of everything that was moved. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free moving experience that did what they said they would and went beyond the expectations I had. Very reliable and professional

Booked with them to move a small load from La Mesa CA to Omao/Koloa Kauai Hawaii.

Booking was a breeze, as I had personally packed the entire load. With the exception of an antique dresser piece of furniture .

The boys did that for me and did a super job.

I had all items ready for pickup when they arrived at the storage facility.

It took time as the company is very thorough on labeling and documentation.

But probably a 2 hour overall process.

I was advised from the get, that it may take more than a month or two to get my goods to me. See it was picked up in a box Truck in La Mesa/San Diego. Taken to LA storage, then they coordinated with Matson Logistics to get us loaded and shipped.

Prices are competitive, but still everyone is super pricey nowadays.

I was kept in the loop about every 2-3 weeks on status of the move.

Then notification came we were under way and Westward Bound To da Islands.

Being that we are on an outer island,

Not Oahu thank goodness (haha)

It takes longer yet.

Goods go into Oahu, then have to be reloaded for Kauai.

We received notice when the Goods shipped (literally) from Oahu to Nawiliwili Harbor on Kauai.

Then again notified the day prior to delivery.

The delivery Braddahs we're right on time.

I assisted in the unloading, so it took about 20 minutes Total.

Only one box received any kind of damage, and turned out it was my fault. I did not brace the air gap in that box. However, not a single item was lost or destroyed.

Awesome considering it was handled/ loaded/unloaded six times.

I'd use them again, but I'm never leaving this place in paradise alive.

Therefore I would recommend them to anybody I know, or those if you who read reviews and are making up your decision on who to go with.

Outstanding! Ask for Mo! He was professional, responsive, thorough, and always very communicative and attentive to details. This was a complicated move, involving two destinations. No complications whatsoever. Everything happened on time, as promised. Damage was minimal. Mostly glass. Not surprising, considering that it had to be transported over land and over water. Mo had to coordinate with at least three subcontractors: one on the East Coast; one on the west coast; and one in Hawaii.
