A very prompt, efficient and cost effective choice. I have used France Removals part load Switzerland London/UK service twice in the last 6 months and have been extremely happy with the service Leo's team deliver. Both services cost 300 GBP (a reasonable price for Switzerland.) Both services were timely, friendly and helpful, particularly back in England where I had arranged a friend to meet the teams arrrival. The teams were respectful and honest. All times and locations of the van were communicated throughout the journey. I was always informed of any changes in advance. I would definately recommed France Removals.

We had an excellent experience with Leo and his team for moving from Geneva to the UK. France Removals was the quickest in returning the estimate and the best value for service while there were other companies' that took over a week to get back. We sent 25 boxes, 15 items including king size mattress, flat screen TV, and skis. The loading team arrived on time, assessed the order of loading the goods, and promptly got on the job which took little short of 40min. Offloading in the UK took less than 25min. They were happy to hold the items for an extra day without extra charges until we physically got back to the UK. Both the pick up and drop off teams were professional, pleasant and sincere pairs. I would happily request their service again, and would recommend their company to you.

From the moment I first contacted the company back in Geneva to the arrival of my belongings in London, Leo and his team were incredible. Professional, punctual, efficient, they handled everything with care, including antique furniture and glass tops. Upon arrival in London, the beds couldn't fit through the staircase, but they were quick to find a solution and had the necessary tools with them to fit them through the windows on the spot. I am extremely pleased with their service, and I would definitely recommend them.

This company was really first class in our move back to the UK from Switzerland.  Leo and the team were honest, on time and clear in all of their communication.  They always kept me in the loop, and even kept my sofa for 10 extra days and re-delivered until I could get a professional company to get it into the flat. Proof they are professionals:  All dismantled furniture was put back together and the sofa had all of the parts with it when re-delivered. First class service, I highly recommend them.

We used France Removals to move our household from London to Geneva 2 years ago and were happy to use them again. We had a number of points to clarify and confirm (parking permits etc.) before the move and Leo was always helpful and responsive. Leo and Julien turned up exactly when they said they would on moving-day and were very efficient and careful when loading our items - friendly too!
The items arrived in Copenhagen just over 24 hours later and were unloaded just as carefully. I would happily recommend them for your next move.

I have used France removals now for two different moves. Most recently we moved a 2 bed fully furnished apartment from Aargau Switzerland to Wimbledon London. Not a single item was damaged, our things were handled with great care and the 4 men we dealt with were all gents. They also listened to us when we told them how we wanted it done and followed our instruction. Leo was always quick to respond and flexible. Regarding costs France removals are also very reasonable in comparison to the competition. 10/10.

France Removals did such an outstanding job that I felt compelled to write a review to recommend them to anyone looking for a good company in London that does cross-border moves in Europe. Leo provided stellar customer service, friendly and professional, extremely kind and responsive even on weekends / bank holidays. The movers who came to load the van as well as he driver Costi were all equally incredibly nice and impressively efficient. I've used France Removal's services 3 times in the past few years and each experience has been excellent. Always on time for pick up and delivering in the fastest possible time, often even by the next day. Leo has always been very helpful and keen to talk us through everything. They've always made the otherwise daunting task of moving items between the UK and Europe seem like a breeze. They would absolutely by go to removals company for any larger move!

I had a very poor experience with France Removals.

I instructed them to pack my belongings in the UK (as I was stuck abroad during the pandemic), store them and then send everything to Italy. They were quick to organise the packing and storage service but really did not take care of my things. I found irreplaceable pictures and cards with tape on, shoes on top of my bedsheets and even lingerie and socks mixed with balcony plants!

The reference person was rather unprofessional during the whole process which made it definitely more stressful. Before the packing service took place I provided an inventory of the items to take from the property which was blatantly ignored.

I also didn't receive some of my boxes, including a brand new PC (which thankfully they reimbursed) but I did lose some other items which were not replaceable.

If the need arises I will definitely use another company in the future.

We used them three times already in the last few years for furniture and bulky mattresses we bought in the UK to bring over to Switzerland.

Everything was always perfectly organised and very helpful with everything. From receiving the goods at their warehouse, the transport and delivery to our place in Switzerland, they always took great care and we always got informed and updated and all our questions were always answered quickly. Very trustworthy and professional and makes a project you have effortless for yourself. They are very helpful responsive and friendly with whatever needs you have to be taken care of and all that for a very fair price!

I moved from France to Scotland. The service provided was very professional. The contact person is available on WhatsApp and on the phone without any major delays. The removal itself was very efficient. I had my things packed by the staff. I opted for the temporary storage of my goods before the final delivery. I had some troubles with my bank clearing the transaction and the contact person helped me solve them: I appreciated it. Overall, I can highly recommend this company for timely removals and quality service!

Leo and his team are just AMAZING.. We had to shift our stuff from Paris to London and it was done within 4 days. I could have never imagined such a shorter time and the pricing was so economic compared to all other quotes I got. All the items were delivered in as it was condition.

Leo was so lenient with me regarding payment as well, gave me proper time to adjust the payments as I wanted to do and he was always very quick in reverting back.

I would definitely recommend to get in touch with these guys if you have any requirement. They will not let you down and definitely surprise you with their impeccable service.

Whilst my shipment was delivered as requested, I encountered very poor customer service and also a damage that hasn’t been remedied and in fact my claim was ignored by them. Ahead of the delivery I encountered a degree of sloppiness from this company which, on reflection, might’ve been intentional. I gave the exact shipment specifications but they put the wrong (less items) details on the invoice, even though I exactly specified the details of my shipment and the size and number of the boxes ahead of the pick up. Despite that, upon pick up, the person who picked up the boxes showed a lot of criticism of the size of my boxes and even anger to the point of making me feel uncomfortable and, to a degree, scared. They continued to heavily criticise the size of my boxes as well as their weight throughout the pick up process, even though they would’ve been aware of the details from the briefing document plus they didn’t have very far to go from my ground floor flat to their van parked 4 metres away. After the drop of I discovered a relatively minor damage to one of the items. I raised it with France Removals and asked that this is covered by their insurance as I’m gonna have to have this item custom made. The response was criticism of how I packed it (I packed it securely in a box) and obviously no remedy. On reflection, it was a rather expensive service and I would’ve preferred to pay someone who wouldn’t make me feel this uncomfortable and add to my stress. France Removals customer service is below poor. Very disappointed.
