France Removals

We had items delivered from various suppliers in the UK, who had differing delivery times,  to France Removals depot, where Leo held the items for two weeks. From pick up to delivery in France, Leo was always in touch and even spoke with the suppliers' transport firms to confirm times. He went the extra mile when we had a problem with a delivery, as well as  to provide us with a solution.  On the day of delivery, his team  confirmed beforehand when they would arrive, were on time and all items arrived safely. I would not hesitate to use them again. Price was competitive for the load as I have used other removal firms in the past, both French and English and I found Leo to be well priced. Overall my experience was a good one.

Very matter-of-fact and professional. Moved all items quickly and safely with a minimum of fuss. Provided packing material beforehand. All round excellent and econonmoic service.
Took good care of delicate and fragile items.
Worked very efficiently at loading and unloading ends. Remained polite and helpful throughout.
Delivery end was 6-7 hours drive during bad weather but despite this, van arrived on time and unloading was quicly dealt with.
The guys remained polite and helpful.

This is to let you know that everything was safely delivered to my apartment yesterday, even the armchair!  You were right - they were able to get it up the stairs.  Nothing was damaged at all.  I want to thank you and all your colleagues for the very quick, good and efficient service you gave me.  I would certainly use you again and recommend you to others.  Thank you also to your personnel for being kind and cooperative.

We needed to find a removal company at short notice having been let down by another company, but luck was on our side when we found France Removals.  Leo's professionalism and 'can do' attitude made the whole process go like clockwork.  The team he sent to load our furniture are a credit to the company - they were punctual, hardworking, polite and arrived in France on time, with everything intact. We have no hesitation in recommending France Removals and will be using them again ourselves. .

I have just used France Removals for the third time over the last 4 years to take a part load of my household items from London to Antwerp, and I have always been very happy with the service they provide.  I find their prices very reasonable for part loads, and they are flexible regarding booking times.  I asked for a Sunday pickup, and that was no problem.
I have had no problems with anything going missing or anything being damaged.  Everything has always arrived in perfect condition.
I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others.

Great job, very hands on and helping to get the delivery done as quickly as possible. Delivery was a bed, which needed special instructions which were all carefully adhered to. Good drivers / movers, helped putting everything inside, very careful and considerate. They received the goods Friday late in the afternoon and delivered Tuesday morning. Very responsive and helpful over the email, you have a direct contact (Leo) who is very responsive and helps with solutions.

Would use them again for sure!

Everything was first rate, from their help with planning through provision of packing boxes to collection and delivery. So obliging and flexible with arrangements. The whole process was conducted courteously, efficiently, professionally and punctually. From their response to my iniotial inquiry through all my subsequent questions and changes to plans they were helpful and straightforward. No marketing nonsense and bluster; just clear and honest communications. There was no damage to anything and the boxes arrived in exactly the same condition as when they were collected. Collection and delivery exactly on time.

Leo and his team of removal men were very professional. I found them on the internet as other clients had recommended him. I was not disappointed. The move was very short notice from my 2 bedroom flat in Knightsbridge South west London to the South of France.  We packed  and, they supplied all the bubble wrap, boxes, Tape, etc. I would not hesitate to recommend Leo and his team to move my things . They pick up the phone and are all very helpful all along the move. Everything arrived in good order and on time, Excellent service.

This is the second time we have used France Removals - first was from Glasgow to London about 4 years ago, this time from central London to the South of France. They stored our things for a week to allow us time to drive down.  All of our belongings were safely delivered as planned and the delivery guys were brilliant - they kept us informed of journey progress, were a pleasure to meet when they arrived and then they really worked hard unloading and positioning the boxes and furniture.  Another excellent service from France Removals - I have recommended them to friends and colleagues.

The service has been fantastic, very professional. It was difficult to select a removal company initially, but France removals has been very responsive and answering our questions and providing a quote beforehand. We have been liaising with Craig and Leo.
We moved from our one bed flat in London to Paris without any issues, or broken items . Everything went smoothly and quickly.
We highly recommend France Removals to anyone wanting to move between the two countries.

You don't want to have anything to do with this company. This was my worst experience with removal companies. My furniture has been damaged, sent to a different address.
When I asked for cost repairs they refused and they started a battle which ended in them refusing to deliver back my furniture from the storage. After appointing a solicitor I had to hire a different company to go and pick my furniture up. The level of service was a nightmare.I have been threatened to go and pick up my stuff within a certain date or they would have thrown it in a bin. These guys should be banned to serve anyone in this country. Follow my advice: DO NOT USE.

We did lots of research as to which company to use to ship our furniture to France. We had much cheaper and much more expensive quotes. France Removals came in about middle. We chose them because of their good reviews, and they lived up to expectation. They visited our storage location to assess what they would need, we agreed a date and timings, they turned up on time, loaded the lorry like a 3D Tetris game, set off. We met them in France on time, all our stuff was unpacked and delivered as we agreed, nothing broken = Perfect!
