FlatRate stuck by their promise of sticking to their original price quote. The guys who came had a clear plan, and everything went safely from point A to point B in a short amount of time. Amazing job

The Flat Rate movers did an amazing job with our stuff and rolled with some inconvenient moments with parking/construction (it’s NYC after all) in the most professional and kind way. They all worked well together and all our stuff arrived in tact and our furniture was re-assembled. I hope to never move again but if I do I’ll use this company.

Horrible customer service. Hired them to pack my house and received a lot of broken items. Refund policy was not clearly explained to me and ended up being ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and not use them.
