Enterprise Moving

BE WARNED. This company GHOSTED us on the day of our move. We had everything schedule and followed up two days before, we were assured everything was booked and ready. Two hours before they were to show up, I called to confirm and they CANCELLED OUR BOOKING. They gave a horrible excuse that it was cancelled in the system. My husband called back and they said the truck broke down, however NO one decided to call us to let us know? Apologize? Offer a solution? NOTHING! Do not recommend at all. We are STILL WAITING FOR OUR DEPOSIT.

DO NOT, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, use this company to move your belongings.

We contracted this company in March (with $200 security deposit) to move us from Quebec to Ontario, and they cancelled less than 24 hours before our move date (June 30th). We had to be out of our apartment in two days. When we phoned them they offered no help or solutions, and basically told us to start googling/calling moving companies. The *very* least you could have done as a company was try to help us find alternative movers, Lucas, given that you were the ones who cancelled the contract last minute. After a few more calls they told us to contact lawyers and/or the government if we have any further complaints. We had to contract last-minute movers on June 30th (no easy and cheap feat, July 1st is 'moving day' where we were moving from) to move our stuff into storage, incurring thousands of dollars of additional costs.

Believe all of the other bad reviews - if you hire this company, there is a very good chance your move won't go well (or won't happen at all)!

DO NOT USE!!!!! Used this company to move AB to ON. First, they texted saying they were coming a day early, then I'm pretty sure movers in AB stole my passport. I was told things would arrive in one week, now approaching two weeks, they won't tell me where my things are or give me a delivery date or weight I'll be charged for. Keep getting hung up on/disconnected/shuffled around and guy named Bruno then answered said I was lying to him, I wasn't hung up on and that I already got my answer, which was no answer on when my things might be delivered. He was extremely rude and aggressive on the phone.

I've filed with BBB, I'll be filing a police report next, looks like there's a history of this now that I see other reviews on here. Looks like Consumer Protection Ontario is also somewhere to file.

Please please do not use this company. We have moved to a new province with promise of our belongings arriving June 28. I have had to call them over and over daily as they recognize my number and send me to a full mail box. The drivers who picked up and delivered(finally) our belonging were curtious and professional BUT..the staff at Enterprise are the rudest lying people I have ever dealt with in my life. We were given definate date of arrival 4 more time...nothing..only after filing with BBB and telling them I was teporting our belongs stolen did it show up! DON'T GO NEAR THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER!

If you want peace of mind and your goods delivered with no hassles, then this is definitely not the movers to use. Do not be deceived by their low rate, their service is poor, they make no apologies for that too. My goods were moved for over a month now, and I still have not received them at the destination.They keep postponing by a week everytime I call. I dont understand how they are still in business with their really bad service. I could have given a zero star if that option was available.

They are extremely shady they don't even use their real names or provide an address on their website ( https://enterprisemoving.ca/ ) or invoice! So just be aware of any moving company with the address 1670 Enterprise Rd, Mississauga. Lucas is the nicest guy when you call to get a quote (which is deliberately and inaccurately low to hook you, until they take your stuff and update with the "actual weight" to find your final price between X2 and X3 of their original quote), they never provide you with their certified/ "government-regulated scale" reading. A lot of items are broken and others are missing altogether (including big items).

When asking for an estimated time of arrival for my items, Lucas said "we are a consolidated shipping company and that's why we are affordable" so just sit tight and weight until we have a full truckload coming your way. Thinking about the ~ $3,600 I had to pay (compared to $1,350 initial quote) and the fact that they weren't cheaper, or more affordable, than others, I replied with "you are doing not charity work here" because even if this is a consolidated shipping company, they still cannot leave it open-ended. It is not the customer's problem if you don't have enough business, sometimes you have to take a loss in business. He then replied with "this is the stupidest comment I have heard in my life," "your comment was stupid and insulting and I had to put you in your place." lol

Just like others have said, they wouldn't answer your call, they would put you on hold until you hang up, block your number, send you to a full voicemail box and not respond to your emails. Just get someone else to call or email them, and you will see how those scammers will be thirsty to pick up and provide a quote for "new business."

You wouldn't believe what I had to do to have them ship my belongings to me in a timely manner! And to finally get them to answer the phone and tell them how horrible their service has been (not that it would make a difference, but sometimes you just have to tell someone "**** you") just set your e-transfer password as something other than what they ask you to provide so that they have to talk to you to get their money.

Do yourself a favor, and find others to move your items.

I had my stuff picked up from Manitoba (to Toronto) last June 22nd, exactly a month ago. Hoping that my stuff be delivered after 2 weeks as Lucas promised. July 8, I called the office, and was told to wait for another 2 weeks. Tuesday, July 20, I followed up and was told that container van just arrived so they need to sort out stuff and deliver by Thursday. Today (July 22nd), I phoned the office to ask of the time of delivery as promised. But now, this worker Mark,who is so unprofessional just informed me that my stuff are still in Manitoba. When I said that someone from their office told me that shipment just arrived Tuesday, “he was not the one I talked to, so I just accept this fact,” he said.(Arrogant!). The reason given now is lack of driver. (What???)

As of now, I’m not certain when my stuff be delivered after reading previous comments and how much should I pay for a 1 room apartment.
