Enterprise Moving

Run, run as far as possible and dont except a quote, worst moving company in Canada, was told by Lucas, who has now disappeared completely, that my move will arrive between 16 to 18 July, never happened, then was told by the rude accountant it will be the following weekend, didnt happen, eventually got hold of Mark, who assured us it will be between 28 and 30 July, guess what?? Its not being delivered, now Mark is not taking my calls, Lucas is not taking my calls and the rude accountant just keeps yelling over me that its a delay and not their problem and that the driver will call me sometime next week, I am sure, my move will again not be delivered. I have paid them in full on 12 July already, so in all fairness, they have stolen my money and my move. This is a direct quote from Lucas "And deliver them 16th-18th (no Guarantee, this is transportation , anything can happen on the road, unless there is nothing extra ordinary ,there is no delays )"

Today I was told that other people had bigger moves than anticipated, therefor my move was not send, a week ago I was told its because its SUMMER that my move is delayed.

Please, for the love of God, do not waste your time or money not worth it!!!!

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1654

The guy from sales will smooth talk before getting your stuffs but once they get them, it becomes a nightmare. Moved from Manitoba to Ontario which took them one month and a half to finish the delivery. I asked whether I should wrap the furnitures but they said that they will do it and take good care. Now I have multiple scratches and broken drawers! The worst part of the experience is they make fun of your accent when we call for the status and reschedule every other week for delivery. Price is cheaper but the service and the anxiety over your stuffs are not worth it!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1700

This mover is the poorest one in every aspect. I request please do not hire this mover otherwise you will suffer miserably. The one named Lucas said they deliver in a week. I asked him I need my items in Edmonton by August 15 and when you will pick them from Winnipeg. He said we will pick on August 10 and they picked. I rented the apartment accordingly and moved to Edmonton with my family by car. On August 16, I called them that I didn't received my items. They said earliest they can deliver is on September 02. Just imagine now I had to live without any household items and with two little kids. When I hired them I wrote everything clearly in each email regarding delivery date. Now I knew only I can do is wait. They never bothered to reply my emails afterwards. On September 02, I did not get the delivery. Then they gave me a new date September 07. Even on September 07, I didn't get my items. They gave new date September 10. I didn't get my items. They gave another date September 12. On September 11, I got the call and lady asked me to pay as invoice was sent through email. I sent the money on September 11 but did not received my items on September 12. They gave me another date September 15. I didn't get my items. Finally, I got my household items in evening of September 17, 2021. The delivery that I was supposed to get on August 15, 2021, I got it on September 17, 2021. Guys, imagine how much my family suffered and the additional money I spent in this period without any household item. I know they will reply this review by saying we are consolidator movers. As a customer what I have to do with it when I cleared everything about delivery date in email and on phone they agreed to it. "SO PLEASE AVOID THIS MOVER IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE ANOTHER VICTIM".

You think saving $1000-$2000 is worth losing all your stuff? These guys should be in prison for what they do to people. I can't believe they're still in business with all the reviews they have. It took over a month longer than expected to get my stuff. Quoted 10 days and 12 days later they said another week, a week later they said it hadnt even left the province yet and would be another 3 weeks. 6 weeks without any furniture!? I could have bought a pack mule to deliver it faster than these guys. PLEASE do not waste your money on this inept company, they are by far the worst customer service experience I've ever received (if they even pick up their phone). I took the chance by reading the reviews and my god was I wrong, they're exactly what everyone else says they are. If I could give them less than 1 star I would.

I moved from Toronto to Kamloops and hired the company. They picked my stuff on Aug 20th and are supposed to deliver in the first week of Sept. I've not received it. No information, all their office phones stop receiving calls, cannot connect with any of them! I'm still sleeping on the floor with my 9 year old daughter, and the weather is getting cold! Still no update about when I'll receive!! I'm not sure whether I hired a ghost company! Will I receive my stuff?

I would give 0 stars if I could. We moved from Ontario to Alberta in July / August with them and it was a nightmare. Wait time way longer than expected and they changed the delivery date several times on us. We ended up living in an empty apartment with a toddler for weeks and had to buy things to be able to get through the time until delivery as our whole life was packed. They never informed us about the change of delivery, it was always us who called them the day prior, only to learn that it would be another week. No compensation and what was worse than the lack of communication was their customer service. I have never dealt with "professionals" this rude. Do not hire!

I called . No answer. My stuff was picked up Oct 8th. It is almost one month now and I am yet to receive a co firmed date of delivery after I was told 10-14 days by the driver. When I first initially contacted Lucas, I was told one week. All my necessary items are packed in and we are stuck waiting for an answer or a confirmation.

I am going to be reporting my items as stolen to the police, as you cannot tell me where they are, I am going to be taking legal action to retrieve any loss sustained and I will be reporting you to the BBB in every province or country in which you operate.

Speaking to Lucas on the phone is a waste of time. His conversations are like talking with a toddler, he says "ok" ...."ok"... he says no matter what you say response is "ok". He doesn't answer questions, he doesn't apologize. He is beyond unprofessional. He is uncouth, churlish, uncivil, impolite, discourteous, disrespectful, unmannerly, bad-mannered, ill-mannered, ill-bred, indecorous, ungallant, ungentlemanly, vulgar, crass, indelicate, offensive., unapologetic,lacks empathy, disgusting in attitude and a complete stranger to the truth.

Moving across country and for almost a month, no furniture.

I have no idea how you are still in business.

If you hear the name enterprise movers or the name LUCAS run in the opp direction. They don't expect you be a repeat customer so they don't care. Here the sequence of events.

The dreadful day:

The truck was supposed to arrive at 9:00 am, but did not show up.

9:30 AM: When I called, Lucas, he said in frustrating manner "I DONT KNOW. WHY ARE ASKING ME. HOW WILL I KNOW. THE DRIVER WILL CALL YOU". 10:30 AM: I called back their. Another guy answered (Mike??) and said they already left and must be stuck in traffic. They will show up anytime.

11:00 AM: I called the office again. This time a female answered and said the same thing. She finally reached out to the truck driver and gave me his number to contact. I was on my from this point of time.

11:30 AM: I called the truck driver and he finally answered. He said it will take another couple of hours because the company asked him to do another move in the morning. He said he only does what he is being told to do. Not his problem.

11:45 AM: Got hold of LUCAS and asked how can he do another move when I booked for 9:00 AM. LUCAS responded "S*ht happens man. Moves are not easy and straight forward".

I was totally stranded. I booked the elevator from 1 to 4 and the driver says he can't make it before 2:30 PM.

Meanwhile, I was left at the mercy of this company. If you argue, they will say they will cancel your move unless you apologize for "their mistake". They know you are stranded and will not be able to arrange another mover in a short span.

I had to apologize and also had to beg to the condo Management to allow me more time for the elevator.

If you still want to go ahead after reading this, then you surely deserve it. Good luck with your move!!!

Over value weight of any item claimed as this is how you will be evaluated even if they packed and destroyed antique items

Anyone working for enterprise should be Assamese to be working for shush a dishonest no regulated business in Ontario .

I’m Ontario movers are are not required to be licensed or regulated and enterprise is s group that takes full advantage of this poor regulation
