On time and very professional

My experience with Enterprise Moving was great from the beginning. The office employee who helped me set up my move date was helpful, friendly, and responsive. We were given a 3 hour arrival window for our moving team, and an hour before the window, an office employee called to let us know the team would be arriving about an hour into that window. I appreciated the update so we weren't waiting on their arrival at the beginning of the window. Our moving team was professional, friendly, and efficient. They treated our items well and even moved a couch that we'd been storing in our new garage because we couldn't fit it through the door ourselves. I would use them again for sure!

Expert movers!

Three men showed up on time to handle our move. They carefully prepared our home for the move and proceeded to carefully wrap all the items we had scheduled them to move. Throughout the experience they were professional and friendly and did an excellent job. Because of our confidence in their work, we added a number of things that they could accommodate. Still, the work was done in the amount of time they had projected. We were delighted with their efforts and would use them again!

Amazing movers! Very organized with from booking, following up, and showing up on time. From initial contact, to completed move, best movers ever. I changed the appointment several times, they were courteous and accommodating. Movers were punctual, careful, courteous, and fast. Best moving experience!

The guys arrived on time, were friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. They wrapped up all our furniture really well and there wasn’t a scratch on any of our stuff. It was a stress free experience and took about 4 hours including drive time. Scheduling the move with Jennifer was also very easy. Moving is stressful but this part was painless! :) I’ve moved a few times now and this was by far the best experience I’ve had with movers.

Worst company ever

Our items were delivered and our 50 inch tv and work station desk was broken. Upon reaching out to them we were told that the tv was not weighed even though they ship per weight which means that everything was weighed before shipping. They then told us that we are not getting anything back even though the items shouod have been insured. And now they are not returning or answering our calls. This is worst service I have ever received.

The whole process from start to finish was flawless. This was the first time I splurged and went with the moving company. Let me tell you, 100% the best decision! We were recently involved in an unusual moving situation. The staff at Enterprise Moving handled the situation with professionalism, respect and understanding. We book this awful company 2 weeks in advance, they took our deposit, told us they would pick up our stuff between 6 am and 7 am, they did not show, absolutely devastating, we had to move for the next tenant, can you imagine, we were devastated , I am veteran, awful, awful companies, we are in tears.

Poor liability policy

They damaged my furniture, I claimed the value of the items, and they responded that I was not eligible for a payout as they only cover 60 cents per lbs and have a deductible of $350. They should review their policy. I do not recommend this company at all.
