Overall great service!

They responded to my estimate request very quickly and I was able to get them booked for the following week. They showed up right on time and actually got my move done quicker than expected! Everyone was so friendly and truly made the process so easy for me. This was the first moving company I've ever used, and I definitely recommend them to everyone. Five stars!

Overall great experience!

Overall, the experience was great. From getting a quote to getting everything moved in. They arrived a little earlier than the set time, were very professional, efficient, and did everything to our standards. They loaded and unloaded everything to where we wanted with no issues whatsoever. Would definitely recommend them and definitely would use again in the future.

Excellent moving service!

From the beginning of requesting an estimate on moving costs to the completion of the job everything was handled with the customer in mind. Excellent customer service and hard working employees. When the movers came on the day of our move they showed respect for my belongings as well as my home. The three gentlemen that came to help us move were hard workers and very courteous. It was obvious that they were qualified to do the job and did it well. They never stopped working from the time they loaded our stuff on the truck until they had unloaded it at the new house. From my first call to inquire, to getting an estimate, the whole move (loading the truck to placement of furniture in the rooms) , to payment- the entire process was efficient, respectful and customer centered. My Experience

The experience with Enterprise Moving was seamless. They arrived on time, packed up my entire apartment and unloaded/ set up everything in my new apartment in a few hours. I didn't even have to lift a finger. The men were extremely respectful and worked so hard to make it all go smoothly. Moving is always stressful but they made it 10x easier for me and my roommate!

Excellent!

I couldn't recommend these guys more! I spoke with Jennifer and she helped coordinate the move. They were on time, fast with packing, wrapped all of my mirrors and wood furniture and delivered them to my storage unit all without a single scratch. The guys were very polite and worked quickly. I was nervous about moving things since I have a lot of antique furniture and these guys handled everything with care. Will be using them to move into my new place, and will be recommending them to friends!

Professional movers!

Movers were incredibly efficient, took great care of my stuff and were really helpful and friendly. I had an old dresser that started falling apart when they tried moving it, so one of them drilled in some screws. I also had an expensive bed that required extra care, but they handled it very well. For the price they charged, it was a great value that made my move far less stressful than I expected!

We received an excellent service from Enterprise Moving. The manager kept in close contact prior to the move, making sure the necessary arrangements were in place. Easy move

I moved from downtown Toronto to York and Enterprise moving made everything so seamless and easy!! The two movers were so friendly and smiley, it made everything so much more enjoyable! One thing I was very worried about was moving my big ficus tree and when it arrived there was not one leaf that fell, that is a testament to how good they handle their client’s valuable. Highly recommend!

Recently moved and called up Enterprise moving, who I had used for a previous move several years ago. They were super responsive and got my move scheduled for when I wanted. No issue!

I can’t say enough good things about this company! We used a different company on our last move and had a terrible experience. I was hesitant to hire another company this time around but after lots of research we decided to hire Enterprise Moving and they did not disappoint! They laid down mats on our floors, covered our front door, they wrapped everything before they moved things out. Highly recommend them and would definitely call them again for future moves.

Super service!

From the first phone call to the last box unloaded, the team at Enterprise Moving were outstanding! HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE

I recently had the misfortune of using Enterprise Moving Company for my move from Ottawa to Calgary, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Where do I even begin?

First and foremost, their attitude was nothing short of a disaster. Instead of professionalism, I was met with shouting and disrespect from the so-called "team." It seemed like they had no regard for customer satisfaction or basic decency.

Promises? Forget about it. They made plenty of promises they had no intention of keeping. One of the biggest promises they failed to uphold was to pick up my wardrobe. Not only did they leave it behind without so much as a word of explanation, but when I confronted them about it, they had the audacity to tell me they didn't have time to reassemble it because they had another client waiting. How's that for prioritizing customers?

As a result, I was forced to abandon my $1500 wardrobe in Ottawa, all because Enterprise Moving Company couldn't be bothered to fulfill their obligations. And to add insult to injury, they offered zero solutions or compensation for their monumental screw-up.

Customer service? Ha! More like customer disservice. The only interaction I had with their staff involved one guy incessantly screaming into his phone while I tried to get some answers about my missing belongings. It was beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional.

Save yourself the headache and avoid Enterprise Moving Company at all costs. Trust me, you'll thank yourself later. They're unreliable, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful. Consider yourself warned.

My experience with Enterprise moving was probably one of the best I’ve ever had moving and I move very often. Called them to get a quote for my upcoming move. Jennifer was very patient and knowledgeable to over every single detail and offered me reasonable quote. Two days later the 3 men moving crew showed up on time and started the job right away. They worked very hard, fast and efficient. It took a little over 5 hours for my 3 bedroom place which is way less than I expected. I will definitely use them again and recommend to all my friends!

Seamless service

I've had to move frequently over the past 4 years, trying different moving companies each time and these guys are the best I've found so far. They were polite, professional and efficient. Good experience!

The movers were efficient, helpful, friendly, and did good work. Plan the move-out to take a bit longer than you would expect because they carefully wrap the furniture, which is worth the extra time. Everything arrived in great shape. I also utilized their storage option for three weeks before move-in and it was a great option. Smooth and Stress-Free

We used Enterprise Moving for our move from Ottawa to Oakville recently. We had a lot of stuff and it took 4 movers 6 hours to pack, working so much faster than we ever could have. Move day was the next day. All of our items were treated with care. The movers were all very helpful and communicative and asked questions to help make sure they got everything in the right place. We have a young child and an anxious dog and I know we could not have done this without them, it was very worth the money.

Amazing!

The people in the office were very accommodating to my needs. I switched days and canceled and rescheduled, and they were willing to remain patient and helpful. Fast and efficient

We moved from a 4 story apartment with out an elevator to a second story building without an elevator. We were worried it would take all day but three professional young men got everything done within 4- 5 hours. We were impressed with the hard work and professionalism they brought to the job.
