Moving across states

This “moving company” did not understand customer service. The cubic feet estimations were vague and not easily conveyed. They were a questionable contractor delegating work to other no name contractors. The entire ordeal was inconvenient, overpriced, and chaotic at best. They weren’t the all-in-one company to be trusted with your valuables.

SCAM-SCAM-SCAM - Worst Company Ever!

Worst company ever. Moved from Portland to Utah. I am missing $4500 worth of items with an additional $1500 worth of damages. Customer service is a sham. Its been weeks with no resolve. I can not earn money with my tools missing!!! Do not use them!!!

Good work

The movers were fast but still very careful and efficient and very courteous. Everything was wrapped in either blankets or plastic stretch film. They were reasonable compared to other companies that I received quotes from! Gaul called me the day before to confirm everything was still as planned and called me when they were on their way.

Scam terrible

Paid the deposit and then asked for more, retained an attorney. They are refusing to give my deposit back. I know this has happened to a lot better f people, contact me if you want to be included in the law suit. This company has done this way to many times.
