Amazed that we even received our belongings after story after story, lie after lie. Hounding them over the course of five weeks, yes five weeks to the day, our items arrived damaged, scents of dog urine, dog food, the items must have been stored in a warehouse with pets. Luckily we did not have animal allergies, however, they were not worth the money spent and it is our prayer that they make the wrong move with the wrong person and their company collapses and disintegrates for the inconvenience, the chaos and deceit these characters exercised in our move - by the Forces of Nature may they be removed from our planet.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3200

The team at Diamond Relocation was amazing, both on the booking side of things and for the actual move itself. Mark did a great job getting me a quote over the phone that proved to be very accurate in coordinating moving from two apartments into one. On the day of the move, the team was running a bit behind their ETA, but they called to let me know, and Mark called reassuring me he'd send a second team if needed. All the movers were friendly, professional, and quick. Everything arrived safely and the whole process was super smooth.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $1800

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience I had with DIAMOND RELOCATION and would like to inform people to save yourself from these ONLINE SCAMMERS. My recent experience has left me feeling incredibly let down.

To provide some context, I booked them for my RELOCATION from Halifax to EDMONTON and below are the

1. Pickup date chaanged Twice - Giving reason on Driver delay, As i have planned the move so was not a issue but would have been for someone who had no buffer to extend the movement.

2. Before pick up there were several altercations made and as i was close to my pickup I Ignored all those which were against the commitments made verbally.

3. Damage on Delivery : My main concern was the damage done to my belonging on the way and now when i am asking for the LEGIT REFUND, first i was told about a policy with some calculations of the total weight and refund amount which itself was contradictory and when DIAMOND RELOCATION got caught in there wrong policy they FLIPPED another contract terms (stating NO REFUND as cartons were packed by me and not their team) to which again they got caught as the damage i am claiming is from the carton there Pickup guy packed himself and the major damage is done to my SECTIONAL SOFA (5 Seater) which was packed by them and not ME...

Now, when they are caught against there False CONTRACT guidlines and my claim in LEGIT to be paid they have stopped answering my EMAILS and CALLS.

I find it deeply troubling that your company would engage in such practices, where a customer's trust is exploited through a false contract and then denied a refund for a service that was never delivered as promised. This experience has left me questioning the integrity and credibility of DIAMON RELOCATIONS and it's operations.

My Only REQUEST to any potential customer would be NOT rely on them and explore other options for your safety and interest.

I really consider diamond mover the worst moving company i had ever deal with they stole almost all of my husband's collections of alcohol that he cherishes most of these alcohol were gifts from family and friends who knows that he collects alcohol my brother give my husband a limited edition of Coca-Cola with his name on it which he had for over ten years and that too is gone when we spoke to the lady from the company her attitude stinks she basically brushed us off we are yet to be compensated for lost even though it doesn't bring back my husband's collectables please be aware of this company i wouldn't ship with them even if my life depended on it there workers are a brunch of thieves becareful with you valuables

Move size: 4+ Bedroom Home Service cost: $6000

Company is the worst company I have every used. My son's very expensive brand new bike "never showed up". Likely stolen. Boxes were so damaged included irreplaceable items like my deceased grandmother's antique dishes. My sofas were not wrapped and filthy. When I tried to make a claim they were rude and would not process it saying I needed to know the weight of each item (how on earth would I know the weight of a sofa??? or a missing bike??). The arrival team also refused to move my exercise equipment(an elliptical) into my basement saying it was too heavy, and the team was just awful and rude. I'm currently taking them to small claims court as I have over $3000 in damages and missing items. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! When I told them I would take them to small claims I was told "if it makes you feel better go ahead".
