Helpful service!

The office staff was extremely helpful and really made the difference in choosing this company. The moving crew worked a really huge, two day, job and got it done on time and with everything packaged nicely and no damage. The movers were on time each day and were professional and polite. Reliable relocation company

They were very professional and did an initial assessment of our move. They wrapped all the furniture to protect it. They did a good job protecting our piano and everything else. Everything arrived the way it left and nothing was broken. They were very quick getting everything loaded and unloaded. Their price was very very reasonable, the best we could find. Excellent!

The whole experience was great. From the time I called for an estimate and then booked them for the day I wanted, Mark was very helpful with that. The 2 guys that came the day of moving called ahead of time, did an awesome job moving everything out of the house and into my storage unit and did it in all within a great amount of time. Quick!

Booked the company one week ahead with a small deposit. They were able to estimate the cost, timing and labor required over the phone with a few questions. Mark was helpful all throughout the process, with a can-do attitude, even though we had to change move dates and plans a few times. The crew was kind, efficient, funny and professional. They worked well with us, even though we were furiously packing boxes of the kitchen at the end, they worked hard to fit everything in. The estimator did a great job figuring out how many trucks we would need - even though at first the crew thought they wouldn't fit everything in. Nothing was damaged. Highly recommend this service.

Best price from the three quotes I’ve got. Mark was great in coordinating with me, super easy, one phone call transaction and an email reminder with all the details and expectations. Professional and courteous!

Diamond relocation exceeded all of our expectations in this somewhat challenging move. The communication prior to the move was simple and easy and the quote (super reasonable) provided actually stuck which is rare. The staff was friendly and polite. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THE WORST!!!

I wish I had taken every negative review serious but Mark assured me that I’d get my items on January 10th. it’s January 18th and I haven’t received my items. I called Mark several times, no answer (according to him he was on vacation, but he answered when I called with a different number). Each time I spoke to the admin ladies, I’d hear different reasons as to why my items was still in Toronto 7 days after the date it should have left. One of the ladies told me that the reason the trailer hadn’t left was because they were waiting for the trailer to be full - how ridiculous is that?? Mark of course denied that was the case.

When I finally got the chance to speak with Mark to voice my frustration, he was VERY rude to my partner and I and hung up the call on us. I’m telling you, use them at your own risk, because once you’ve made a bulk of the payment and they have your things, they don’t care anymore! They don’t give you any updates, you are literally chasing them with calls, they are not apologetic about anything and they are extremely RUDE!

They have all my items as I moved across the province, and I’ve had to spend so much money buying clothes, air mattress, food items, pots/pans etc because we have to get by until we get our items.

They are the worst company ever. I’ve been told that my items will arrive on 22nd-23rd, I’ll be back here to give another review once I get my things. And I’ll be sure to take the legal route if my item isn’t here by the 24th latest and in good condition!!

The worst company!! Don’t fall into their trap unless you want to spend more money than you accounted for.

They don’t even deserve the 1 star. Mark is a misogynist that speaks to ladies in a very rude manner.

We definitely had a five-star move today, with multiple destinations for the furnishings and belongings being transported. Moving experience

The moving team was amazing. They worked hard, quick and efficiently. While we packed our own boxes, we had them disassemble and reassemble furniture, which they did with amazing care and professionalism. We were extremely pleased with the team that took care of us for our move. They were friendly, engaging and kept it moving. WARNING

I do not recommend this company. Used their services to move from Moncton NB to Quebec city. Late by one day for pick up. Was supposed to deliver on December 4, only got partial delivery-December 20th the rest -January 4. Some of my legged furniture got broken. Lost some articles, received one box that wasn't mine. Don't refund based on weight rule. They overcharged for deliver claiming it was over 100ft in fact no more than 40ft.

Very poor and disappointing and unprofessional

I booked for your services since March 3rd with mark for moving on Friday 29th and made a deposit but on Monday 25th morning , a very rude and unprofessional called me and ask that it’s either I move today or the next 3 weeks or they refund me. She sounded unapologetic and so rude , I couldn’t believe it . A far cry from when mark called me to sell the services of the company.

Expert movers!

I used this team to move, and their attentiveness and care was stellar. Most times, movers could care less since the items they are moving aren't their belongings. However, this company had the proper sensitivity for all of our belongings. They also moved very fast and communicated with us throughout the move. I will more than likely use them again once I'm heading into retirement. I would recommend them to anyone moving.
