Very poor and disappointing and unprofessional

I booked for your services since March 3rd with mark for moving on Friday 29th and made a deposit but on Monday 25th morning , a very rude and unprofessional called me and ask that it’s either I move today or the next 3 weeks or they refund me. She sounded unapologetic and so rude , I couldn’t believe it . A far cry from when mark called me to sell the services of the company.

Packing, moving and storage

I used Diamond Relocation for packing, moving and storage. Normally I would wait until both were done to review, but after the packing alone, I had to share. The team was incredibly professional, clean, extremely fast, and made sure to take care of everything in a way where I knew my things were going to be safe and secure during the move. Expert movers!

I used this team to move, and their attentiveness and care was stellar. Most times, movers could care less since the items they are moving aren't their belongings. However, this company had the proper sensitivity for all of our belongings. They also moved very fast and communicated with us throughout the move. I will more than likely use them again once I'm heading into retirement. I would recommend them to anyone moving.

CRIMINALS. DO NOT HIRE

Criminals. Promised delivery in 7-10 days.They intentionally picked up all my things and held them hostage *before* giving me a contract so I would have no time to actually read and consent. They then disappeared with my things for 6+ weeks. Nonstop lies from this company. I was told my belongings wouldn’t switch companies along the journey and then they went behind my back and subcontracted this move out to multiple companies. When I called with questions, they would lie to me, insult me, or hang up on me. Grace asked me if I have mental issues, Mark told me to call the police if I don’t like what they’re doing. Mark began screening my calls and would only answer if I called from an alternative number. After 6 weeks of trauma, I engaged the police who helped me get my things back. Move also costed double what I was quoted and my desk arrived damaged. I recorded every phone call if anyone wants to hear the absurdity they’ll put up with if they hire this company. PS. The owner of this company has a history of dissolving companies due to insolvency… go figure. PPS. Notice how all the positive reviews are written in the exact same tone of voice with very similar verbiage… also interesting.

Professional and reasonably priced

I used this company twice to move out of my apartment to storage and then out of storage into my house. The movers were professional took their time to wrap everything and handle my furniture with care. They worked hard and completed my service in 7 hours and with a reasonable price. Mark was always quick to respond when I had questions and he was easy to get ahold of. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent moving experience, I'd recommend them to anyone! They arrived on time and moved quickly through the whole process. From loading to unloading, they were quick and handled everything with care. They wrapped and protected whatever I hadn't gotten to as well as being mindful enough to lay down blankets to protect the entrances and flooring. They were also as friendly as they were professional. Smooth process from beginning to end.

The three young men who arrived to move my furniture into a POD were very professional, responsive to my questions, and took great care to assure that everything was carefully wrapped and protected. My shipment was delayed by 8 days as promised by them and at the time of delivery the guys demanded $300 to bring my stuff to the door as they bring 52ft long vehicle for delivery which caused me too much stress ?

Excellent Service and Easy Booking

I recently used Diamond Relocation to move into a fourth-floor walk-up. Booking was easy, the price was reasonable but what really was the star was the amazing personnel. The guys were incredibly professional and amazing. I could not believe the speed in which they got everything out of my old apartment and into my new apartment. There were no hidden fees or surprises and everything went incredibly smoothly. The guys actually showed up 15 mins early but called first to make sure I was ready for them. I cannot recommend them enough!

My experience

Diamond Relocation were fantastic to work with. They were efficient, friendly and careful. The quoted price was very close to the actual price. I called on a Saturday evening and there was a truck at my house on Monday afternoon. They made our move less stressful than it could have been. I highly recommend them for your next move. Never ever book with this company

I think this is the worst company of the Canada.The behaviour of all staff members from top to bottom was awful.On the day of moving their team asked for 400$ extra because they said your stairs are narrow when we said this is not fair,they left the place without telling us and they didn’t take our staff they didn’t give us the service but when we ask for 200$ advance refund they said go to the court we are not gonna give you the money

Flawless moving service!

We are extremely satisfied with Diamond Relocation. They provided four movers and two trucks, giving us extra capacity and manpower. Impressed!

This was my first experience using a moving company. I am extremely impressed with my entire experience. Good customer service

Timely service, good customer service pre-move and good communication all the way through the process. Originally booked for 4 movers but only 3 showed up for the first half and movers were very transparent about them charging me less for that time which was nice to know ahead of time. Movers were still fast and took good care of our stuff through the move. Would definitely recommend!

Great job!

We have used them twice to move our stuff into a POD storage box in the driveway just before a renovation and a second time to bring things back and do miscellaneous moving within the house after the renovation. Both sets of crew members were on time, professional, gentle with our items and equipped to disassemble/ reassemble our bed, do the same with a door etc. The terms have always been clear, explicit and the prices reasonable. I would use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

The two employees that came to move furniture from one house to another, we’re respectful, kind, considerate. They were very careful about getting the furniture in and out of the houses.
