Great experience with this company.

Great experience with this company. They are very responsive to mail and gave a quote quickly, far lower than the other two companies I compared.

On moving day I was notified the crew was en route and they showed up a few minutes early which was much appreciated.

The crew worked very quickly, but didn’t rush or cut any corners. They were all professional and polite while working almost nonstop.

I will definitely use Coast to Coast Relocations again and I highly recommend them.

I moved from Austin, TX to Tacoma, WA, and found this company to be very honest and genuinely caring (and had quotes from a few companies). I am totally satisfied with the job!

I am totally satisfied with the job these hard-working men did. I had two men pack up, complete kitchen and clothing. They did an excellent job. Then 3 men wrapped furniture etc. and loaded the truck. They worked so hard and were polite, kind and amiable throughout. I highly recommend this company. Even the office staff were kind and very helpful.

Would definitely hire again.

Had a miscommunication that resulted being left off the schedule but once I called their response was excellent. They managed to quickly send an entire 4 man crew over to load and unload, while only charging the 2 man crew rate. Very fast and friendly. Would definitely hire again.

The movers came today and the truck only had 315cubic feet available- I viewed the space (I regret not taking a picture of it) there was absolutely no way my quoted items were going to fit!!!! king size bed, loveseat, desk, vanity, curio cabinet, and boxes!!!!!! They offered to off load that truck and come back to make room for the quoted items and the additional boxes I have and that price was increased astronomically! Regardless of my additional items why wasn’t there room for my quoted items!!!! This is ridiculous. Is this a scam to get me to spend more money?

I have a time restriction and I’m a veteran and I feel very much taken advantage of. The rep from your office that called me today and the rep from the moving company that showed up were both extremely rude btw and hung up on me! I also regret not getting their names. I texted my coast to coast POC and she seemed unbothered! I have never ever been treated this way! This is hurtful and stressful on sooooooo many levels. I planned this move on 6/22 with this company and now here we are on 7/22 and I’m left completely disappointed and frustrated

Worst broker ever

This company charged me more every time I called them. Then when the actual moving company came (as they're just a sneaky broker), they tried to charge me even more. It's been a month since my stuff was picked up and hasn't left the original state. STAY FAR AWAY FROM COAST TO COAST AND BLACK BELT LOGISTICS!
