Coast to Coast Relocations Inc

This is the 2nd time we have used Coast to Coast Relocations Inc to move my daughter, and once again, they have proven they are the best!!! Mike is very responsive when called. He answers back quickly, and always finds a way to accommodate our moving date, even given short notice. The moving guys both times were professional, fast, efficient, and so very pleasant to work with. And moving to and from the 3rd floor in August heat is not much fun, but somehow, they made it just that, actually fun!

They go above and beyond, and make special accommodations when needed. The price is extremely reasonable especially for all that they do. I can't thank them enough for their help. This is a fantastic company. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Coast to Coast Relocations Inc offers an invaluable service beyond the typical expectations of a moving company. Not only do they excel in facilitating traditional moves, but they also extend their assistance to help individuals, particularly senior citizens, with furniture placement within their homes. This unexpected service has proven to be a tremendous boon, especially for seniors residing in a town far from their children, like my own situation.

The first thing that struck me was the affordability of this service, which comes with a low flat fee. This pricing structure is not only budget-friendly but also a testament to their commitment to providing accessible assistance to those in need. It's heartening to know that such a thoughtful and considerate service is available at a reasonable cost.

The most significant aspect of my experience with Coast to Coast Relocations Inc was the quality of service they provided. From my initial contact with them, it was evident that they genuinely care about their clients. The level of trustworthiness they exhibited was crucial, especially when dealing with the well-being and comfort of loved ones, such as my mom. Their professionalism and respectful demeanor were truly comforting, and I knew I could rely on them to be around my mother.

What truly amazed me, and what prompted me to write this review, was their willingness to tackle even the most challenging tasks. In my case, they successfully moved a massive 500-pound table from the garage into my significant other's house. This level of dedication and strength demonstrates their commitment to going above and beyond for their clients, regardless of the size or complexity of the job.

In summary, I can't speak highly enough of Coast to Coast Relocations Inc. Their unique service, geared towards helping senior citizens and others in similar situations, is a testament to their compassionate approach to their work. The combination of affordability, trustworthiness, and a can-do attitude makes them a standout company in the industry. If you find yourself in a situation like mine or simply need reliable, caring movers, I wholeheartedly recommend Coast to Coast Relocations Inc. They are a great company with a big heart, and they have certainly earned my trust and gratitude.

Choosing Coast to Coast Relocations Inc for our move turned out to be an exceptionally wise decision. From the moment we initiated contact with Mike, it was evident that we were dealing with a company that takes pride in its attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Allow me to delve into the numerous reasons why our experience with Coast to Coast Relocations Inc deserves a glowing review.

First and foremost, Mike's responsiveness and professionalism during the estimation process were truly commendable. He not only provided a prompt estimate but also took the time to meticulously outline the specifics of our move. This level of transparency and dedication to clear communication immediately instilled confidence in us, knowing that we were dealing with a company that values its customers.

One of the standout features of our interaction with Mike was his friendly and personable demeanor. His approachability and willingness to address our questions and concerns made the entire process feel more like a collaboration than a transaction. It's always refreshing to work with individuals who not only excel in their roles but also make you feel valued as a customer.

Speaking of value, the price we received from Coast to Coast Relocations Inc was not only fair but also represented a remarkable value proposition. The affordability of their services, coupled with the exceptional quality of service they provide, sets them apart as a top-tier moving company.

The day of the move arrived, and we were met by the efficient and professional duo of Tim and his partner (whose name eludes me at the moment). These movers were not just prompt but also incredibly skilled in their craft. They approached their work with a sense of purpose and expertise that left no room for doubt. Each item they handled was treated with the utmost care, ensuring that our belongings were moved safely and swiftly to our new destination.

What pleasantly surprised us was that the final cost of the move ended up being less than the initial estimate provided by Mike. This level of transparency and honesty regarding pricing only reinforced our positive perception of Coast to Coast Relocations Inc.

From the initial estimate to the final delivery of our items, every aspect of their service exceeded our expectations. This is a company that understands the value of clear communication, professionalism, and customer-centricity. Don't hire these movers. Not only will they lie to you about their estimate and timeline, they have also written into their contract that they can drop your belongings off up to 21 days after pick-up and their pick-up date is also "flexible" meaning they say they'll come a certain day and then not show up. They will also ghost you and refuse to answer the phone when they know you are disgruntled with them. I'm currently pressing charges against them for fraud and welcome anyone else who has been scammed by them to do the same.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $4000

The initial phone call was professional. All questions were answered and the process was well explained ( much better than the other company I contacted for a second estimate). Communication via email after the initial calls was quick, professional, and easy to understand. I received a confirmation call just when they said I would prior to the move. The day of the move the two men were professional and took good care of my belongings and both homes during the move. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

This was the second time I have used Coast to Coast Relocations Inc. I had a great first experience and this time was even better(if that is possible). They moved the contents of my Moms apartment in Springfield to a storage unit in Fair Grove. It happened EXACTLY as outlined! They called the night before the move to confirm-they called the morning of the move to confirm- arrived exactly on time. Chas and Matt were the young men who were my team. Super pleasant and polite!!!! They made a quick run thru the apartment to assess what they were up against- Then the hustling began!!! It is possible to be quick and careful at the same time. These guys were obviously professionals. The apartment was emptied before I knew it- and we were off to load the storage unit. Matt and Chas are Tetris wizards. Everything fit and was secure. They were done in less time than was quoted and the cost reflected this. Mike has a first rate crew- you can be assured The Moving Co will do a great job for you!

We've had the pleasure of using Coast to Coast Relocations Inc twice within a single year, and we wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need. Their team of employees is not only professional but also genuinely dedicated to delivering outstanding service. It's evident that the owners prioritize customer satisfaction and hold their employees in high regard.

Moreover, their pricing is highly competitive, even surpassing that of well-known companies, making the decision to choose them a no-brainer. We extend our gratitude to Coast to Coast Relocations Moving Company for providing us with exceptional service on two occasions and consistently going above and beyond. Moving is inevitably a stressful endeavor, but they truly alleviate much of the stress associated with the 'moving-the-stuff' part of the experience.

I recently hired Coast to Coast Relocations Inc for a long-distance move, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. The team was professional, efficient, and courteous from start to finish. They carefully packed all of my belongings, loaded them onto the truck, and delivered everything to my new home in perfect condition. The move itself was stress-free thanks to the team's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend the company to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality moving services. Thank you for making my move a breeze!

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5980

Great experience from beginning to end, the initial calls and quote were fair and straightforward, they communicated with me till the day of moving. Dimitri and his team were efficient, skilled, and professional. They were kind and polite, and extremely helpful. They made sure we didn’t leave anything behind, they were nice and cooperative with the buildings staff, and made sure every box went into the right room. Not one broken dish/cup, and all boxes are in great shape. We had a great experience at a fair price, and we will definitely work with the company again in the future.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5560

Two weeks ago I received a quote from Coast to Coast Relocations to move two storage units from Tacoma, WA to Sonoma, CA. The Quote was ~$10k. I gave them a $2,900 deposit that day. The Coast to Coast people I worked with seemed very thorough and we spent a lot of time on the phone talking about the process. We were very excited to get our things that have been stored for a year.

The next step was that someone would call me today (3 to 4 days before the pick-up of our things) to confirm everything. Today I got a call and was advised that I needed to pay ~$6k MORE because the cubic foot calculations they originally estimated was supposedly wrong. Here we are at the 11th hour and I am told if I go with the original Quote, they will not deliver all of our belongings AND, by the way, if I cancelled now, they will keep the $3k deposit I gave them two weeks ago. After the fact I checked BBB website, they have an 'F' rating and dozens of similar complaints!

I cancelled the move on the phone this morning. Now I need to get my deposit back.

These guys were awesome! I was able to get my moved rescheduled to a week earlier with only 48 hours’ notice (that god they were able to fit me in). the guys they were assigned to my move were great, respectful, FAST, and treated my things like their own. I couldn’t have asked for a better move. Ill be recommending them to anyone that’s in need, which is how I heard of them myself. Don’t think twice, don’t shop around. These guys are quality are you’ll be in great hands.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5660

BEWARE! Coast to Coast Relocations, who is a broker, not a mover, subcontracted our move from Florida to Arizona to Hello Moving USA, who subcontracted the carrier to Premier Moving and Storage. They will cheat you! Our phone inventory, which we were assured was very accurate, went from 2100 cu ft to 3200 cu ft when Hello Moving USA showed up on site. The increase was arbitrary and false, and we have photos to show we did not use 3200 cu ft on the truck. Move cost more than $7000 over the original bid. The truck was loaded in a manner that caused severe damage to household goods and furniture, and we are missing several boxes. Coast to Coast nor Hello Moving USA would take our calls following the move. They blocked our calls and sent them to answering machine - they never returned calls. This has been an agonizing and expensive process for us. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $24000

Amazing and professional. Everything was moved on time quickly and efficiently. I was shocked how fast the 3 movers were able to have almost all of my stuff out of my apartment and I had a LOT of things. I went from a 1 bedroom to a 3 bedroom and I completely filled it up. As soon as they got there they were great at communicating and asking question. Throughout the process I felt great ?. Everything arrived in one piece and nothing was lost or anything. I am recommending to all my friends and family. Please use this company they are amazing and truly not expensive for all the work they do. Wow!!!

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5658

Great experience with this company. They are very responsive to mail and gave a quote quickly, far lower than the other two companies I compared.

On moving day I was notified the crew was en route and they showed up a few minutes early which was much appreciated.

The crew worked very quickly, but didn’t rush or cut any corners. They were all professional and polite while working almost nonstop.

I will definitely use Coast to Coast Relocations again and I highly recommend them.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5785

This company told me everything I wanted to hear to get me to spend $500 on deposit. Once that was done they told me something completely different for moving. Told me I couldn’t pick my date of move etc. Then the Cs lady was extremely rude and unhelpful and told me my deposit was unrefundable and that I would not be getting my money back. This whole company is unprofessional and scamming people left and right! They need to be investigated for improper business dealings.
