We had a really great experience with Coast to Coast Relocations Inc. First off, they were very patient with me when I had to change my move date twice! Then they called the night before to confirm everything, and phoned again in the morning when they were on their way. The move itself went really well. The movers were courteous and careful, and everything went smoothly. The quote I got from them was actually higher than what the cost turned out to be because the movers were so fast. I appreciate that, as I'd rather prepare to spend more money and be pleasantly surprised than vice versa. I will definitely use them again in the future!

This is the 2nd time we have used Coast to Coast Relocations Inc to move my daughter, and once again, they have proven they are the best!!! Mike is very responsive when called. He answers back quickly, and always finds a way to accommodate our moving date, even given short notice. The moving guys both times were professional, fast, efficient, and so very pleasant to work with. And moving to and from the 3rd floor in August heat is not much fun, but somehow, they made it just that, actually fun!

They go above and beyond, and make special accommodations when needed. The price is extremely reasonable especially for all that they do. I can't thank them enough for their help. This is a fantastic company. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

1) Reached out to Coast to Coast movers and compared a number of different companies. Coast to coast gave us the 2nd lowest estimate but at the time had higher ratings than the competitor. Alexandra, the broker, was extremely communicative, though at times aggressive in her criticism of other moving companies saying they were scams and 3rd party brokers and htat C2C was NOT a 3rd party broker - which it turned out to be.

2) I finally scheduled a move through them and it was an efficient signing process. At the time I gave a tentative move date but she informed me that I had the ability to lock one in at a later point and just give her at least a 3 day headsup. I was told, in writing, that she was my direct broker.

3) Received a call saying I had a new broker named Max. I reached out to Alexandra with concern over the transfer - she said not to worry and that she would continue to manage our move.

4) I grew concerned when I reached out to customer services with no response, I told Alenxandra I was considering withdrawing my service request, then I was contacted quickly and told that 3 days before the move I would be called with an inventory checklist as well as a locked-in move date. My husband also spoke to her to establish what needed to be done. A number of poor reviews had popped up on their page since my having originally put a deposit down on the move.

5) I did receive the call 4 days prior to the move and in speaking with the broker, NOT Alexandra, I was informed that there was a 2 day window. I explained, and also have written evidence, that September 1st was the 100% date we needed to move by and Alexandra wrote to me with an affirmative "yes" that we would be picked up on that date. The new broker stated that the 2 day window was exclusively as a backup in case of extreme emergency like natural disaster, snow storm, or truck breakdowns and that 90% of their moves happen on the first/preferred day because the other is simply contingency. I said if that were the case, then fine, otherwise we would have scheduled an August 31st/September 1st window because our tenant was moving in on the 2nd. At this time, my estimate also doubled as a result of added inventory and thus my deposit more than doubled. When I inquired about drop-off, I received confirmation that it would be that night or early the next morning because drivers are not allowed to work more than 10 hours a day for safety reasons.

6) On September 1st I reached out to Alexandra who told me to call dispatch. My husband and I both called dispatch several times and were told we would receive a callback with confirmation of our move. That did not happen. We eventually got directly connected with our scheduled driver who informed us that we were directly lied to and that he was given an option as to which day better suited HIM for pickup/drop off. We explained the urgent concern we had and he said he would wake up at 4am to do his drop off in the morning in Strausberg and then come directly to us at 8:30am and have us out of our house by 11am.

7) On the morning of the 2nd, we were told that drop-off at not yet happened at 9am which means he would not arrive to us until 11. Then 12. Then 1. Then 2. Then 3. Shafe and I contacted the dispatch office, customer care, and our broker upwards of 30 times with no response. We also have documented evidence that we reached out to security as well who sent us to an unmonitored line. Alexandra ghosted us completely and I have textual evidence of her negligence as I tried to engage with her over the crisis. Our mover kept saying he was "around the corner" but when we finally called it off, he had supposedly been working for outside the 10 hour window and therefore would not even have been able to pick up our belongings within that time-slot. There are at least 5 witnesses to his "not being around the corner" as everyone checked to see if there was indeed a moving truck in the vicinity.

8) I then went to access my contract to review details in order to challenge the fees, and found that i did not have access to it and that the "link had expired" and I had to contact customer services in order to view it - this being a problem given that customer services didn't respond to any of my inquiries from that day or the day prior.

9) We then incurred a number of additional fees: an extra uhaul and storage, hiring new movers, supporting our new tenant in his move in since all of our belongings were still there, hotel stays, etc. If we are not reiumbursed our roughly $2,000 by C2C, we will move towards small claims court and seek not only the full reimbursement but damages and additional fees incurred, amounting to upwards of $5,000.

Don't hire these movers. Not only will they lie to you about their estimate and timeline, they have also written into their contract that they can drop your belongings off up to 21 days after pick-up and their pick-up date is also "flexible" meaning they say they'll come a certain day and then not show up. They will also ghost you and refuse to answer the phone when they know you are disgruntled with them. I'm currently pressing charges against them for fraud and welcome anyone else who has been scammed by them to do the same.

The initial phone call was professional. All questions were answered and the process was well explained ( much better than the other company I contacted for a second estimate). Communication via email after the initial calls was quick, professional, and easy to understand. I received a confirmation call just when they said I would prior to the move. The day of the move the two men were professional and took good care of my belongings and both homes during the move. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

This was the second time I have used Coast to Coast Relocations Inc. I had a great first experience and this time was even better(if that is possible).They moved the contents of my Moms apartment in Springfield to a storage unit in Fair Grove. It happened EXACTLY as outlined! They called the night before the move to confirm-they called the morning of the move to confirm- arrived exactly on time. Chas and Matt were the young men who were my team. Super pleasant and polite!!!! They made a quick run thru the apartment to assess what they were up against- Then the hustling began!!! It is possible to be quick and careful at the same time. These guys were obviously professionals. The apartment was emptied before I knew it- and we were off to load the storage unit. Matt and Chas are Tetris wizards. Everything fit and was secure. They were done in less time than was quoted and the cost reflected this. Mike has a first rate crew- you can be assured The Moving Co will do a great job for you!

Great experience from beginning to end, the initial calls and quote were fair and straightforward, they communicated with me till the day of moving. Dimitri and his team were efficient, skilled, and professional. They were kind and polite, and extremely helpful. They made sure we didn’t leave anything behind, they were nice and cooperative with the buildings staff, and made sure every box went into the right room. Not one broken dish/cup, and all boxes are in great shape. We had a great experience at a fair price, and we will definitely work with the company again in the future.

Two weeks ago I received a quote from Coast to Coast Relocations to move two storage units from Tacoma, WA to Sonoma, CA. The Quote was ~$10k. I gave them a $2,900 deposit that day. The Coast to Coast people I worked with seemed very thorough and we spent a lot of time on the phone talking about the process. We were very excited to get our things that have been stored for a year.

The next step was that someone would call me today (3 to 4 days before the pick-up of our things) to confirm everything. Today I got a call and was advised that I needed to pay ~$6k MORE because the cubic foot calculations they originally estimated was supposedly wrong. Here we are at the 11th hour and I am told if I go with the original Quote, they will not deliver all of our belongings AND, by the way, if I cancelled now, they will keep the $3k deposit I gave them two weeks ago. After the fact I checked BBB website, they have an 'F' rating and dozens of similar complaints!

I cancelled the move on the phone this morning. Now I need to get my deposit back.

These guys were awesome! I was able to get my moved rescheduled to a week earlier with only 48 hours’ notice (that god they were able to fit me in). the guys they were assigned to my move were great, respectful, FAST, and treated my things like their own. I couldn’t have asked for a better move. Ill be recommending them to anyone that’s in need, which is how I heard of them myself. Don’t think twice, don’t shop around. These guys are quality are you’ll be in great hands.

BEWARE! Coast to Coast Relocations, who is a broker, not a mover, subcontracted our move from Florida to Arizona to Hello Moving USA, who subcontracted the carrier to Premier Moving and Storage. They will cheat you! Our phone inventory, which we were assured was very accurate, went from 2100 cu ft to 3200 cu ft when Hello Moving USA showed up on site. The increase was arbitrary and false, and we have photos to show we did not use 3200 cu ft on the truck. Move cost more than $7000 over the original bid. The truck was loaded in a manner that caused severe damage to household goods and furniture, and we are missing several boxes. Coast to Coast nor Hello Moving USA would take our calls following the move. They blocked our calls and sent them to answering machine - they never returned calls. This has been an agonizing and expensive process for us. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!

Amazing and professional. Everything was moved on time quickly and efficiently. I was shocked how fast the 3 movers were able to have almost all of my stuff out of my apartment and I had a LOT of things. I went from a 1 bedroom to a 3 bedroom and I completely filled it up. As soon as they got there they were great at communicating and asking question. Throughout the process I felt great ?. Everything arrived in one piece and nothing was lost or anything. I am recommending to all my friends and family. Please use this company they are amazing and truly not expensive for all the work they do. Wow!!!

Great experience with this company. They are very responsive to mail and gave a quote quickly, far lower than the other two companies I compared.

On moving day I was notified the crew was en route and they showed up a few minutes early which was much appreciated.

The crew worked very quickly, but didn’t rush or cut any corners. They were all professional and polite while working almost nonstop.

I will definitely use Coast to Coast Relocations again and I highly recommend them.
