These guys are AWESOME. Showed up on time, all workers were clean and ready to work. I use moving companies all the time as I work for a real estate management company and we move tenants in and out frequently. We have small jobs and whole building jobs. I was COMPLETELY impressed with this crew. They had all the right tools; they knew exactly what items to disassemble and how to fit large items through doorways without damaging the doors or the items. I highly recommend this company. I will be using them again.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6585

Below is a list of services that were promised to me in a legally binding verbal agreement and/or in a written contract and were not delivered:

1. The most basic service of having our stuff moved from one place to another was not fulfilled. Over half of our furniture was left in our apartment due to a lack of space in the truck.

2. The inventory specialist we spoke to misquoted our cubic feet allotment by over 600 cubic feet. Not only were we charged an extra $3,000 for the “wiggle room” we were promised, but we also left over half of our furniture including a mattress, bed, several shelves, bikes, and multiple boxes. There was also an additional “long carry” fee that was not quoted to us in our initial agreement. Our binding verbal agreement stated that “if you choose to use us as your moving company, you will not be faced with extra charges during your move.”

3. Upon our agreement in using this service we were promised a delivery date that was not fulfilled. I understand your written contract says something different, but we were assured verbally that even by law it would only take up to 5 moving days.

4. We were not connected to a reputable moving company. This company was hacked and all of our personal information was compromised. The weekend of our move there were a series of phone calls with misinformation regarding when our movers would be there and how to know if they were not impersonators. Once the movers arrived, they did not begin moving our things until three hours after arrival. They did not communicate to us what was happening while they were there. I reached out to the emergency customer service line multiple times and no one was available to tell me if this was safe.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $9000

Do not use this company! Contracted to move my daughter from Kansas to California. The company provided a 2 day window for pick up which they did not meet, nor provide adequate communication of a delay or provide a new schedule. Per the contract they would notify me of pick up ETA 24-48 hours prior to two day pick up window and communicate if there are any delays. No communication was received prior and when a delay occurred it was not communicated until late on the second day of pick up window. They could not provide a new pick up date with any certainty. I asked for a manager to call me that day with options, no one called. I made other arrangements and requested a refund. The refund was denied and I requested arbitration forms and to date have not received them. The company has not done anything to try to resolve the issue. I left 2 messages for the manager who has not called me back. . I sent texts and emails as well. Communication from Countrywide Relocation Services was/is virtually nonexistent. Countrywide did not perform the services for which I contracted due to no fault of my own. I was prepared to carry out the contract. I had no choice but to seek another method for moving my daughter when I had not received any response from Countrywide on what options were available. Their resolution is to block me from Facebook and writing reviews.

DO NOT…. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS COMPANY!

I contacted Countrywide Relocation on December 21st looking to get a quote. Based on my conversation with Nathan, we agreed on a pick-up and delivery date. Nathan was easy to talk with, REALLY pushed the “we move the military” angel, and said they could hit my target dates. He didn’t tell me in the conversation that this company is a BROKER!! Nathan promised a pick-up on December 29th and a delivery on January 5th. Because he promised delivery within my time frame, I chose to work with them. PLEASE UNDERSTAND.......they can’t control the delivery dates, they send the contract out for bidding, and an actual moving company handles the move. I had already submitted a deposit before I realized what I had done.

Countrywide Relocation Services had horrendous customer service. Heather, Carlos, and Tiffany pretty much said what I wanted to hear. They lied and never followed through with what they said they would do. I’m still waiting on the email Carlos said was going to send and copy me on. And Tiffany still owes me a couple of callbacks. I couldn’t count on them to provide any services requested.

The actual movers, Hello Moving USA, called and communicated to us a scheduled pickup date and time of December 31st between 2:00 and 6:00. They never showed up, and there was no one available to take calls or explain why they didn’t show up. With the New Year's Holiday, we had to sit by and wait until January 2nd before we heard from anyone. Finally, around 2:00 on January 2nd Ashley called, stating someone would be at my location at 8:00 am on January 3rd. They showed up to pick up our stuff, but that’s when the waiting started. Customer service at Hello Moving was rude and aggressive when I first started calling asking for a delivery date. Once I resigned myself to the fact they “had all control” of the situation, I just had to deal with it. We finally received delivery of our items on Friday, January 27th!!! Yes, 25 DAYS after pick-up. Their contract says they have 21 business days to deliver. Add to it the long MLK weekend when they were off. They pushed it close to that deadline. Finally, I ended up having to pay an extra $1,000 than what was quoted because the movers had to go up an elevator 6 floors.

I will bear some of the responsibility for this problem for not researching this company more, but what I will not handle is a salesperson not communicating what the company they represent does correctly. Nor, liars and mean customer service personnel who tell you something they will not do.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $3700

They will not answer calls, nor return voicemails. They will not return emails and management called "Bethany" never returns calls even after 20 voicemails! Carlos in Customer Service does not answer or return calls either. I called them multiple times a day for a month. Carlos kept saying upper management would call me. We were almost homeless with noone to pick up or put our stuff! Carlos finally called me and Infinity Movers-a Ramy Souliman called me less than 14 hours before picking up our stuff. He charged me $700 more than the sales guy Hugo and Joab the guy quoted on the final report after taking a final inventory. 12 days after they picked up our stuff a Driver, not from Infinity Movers who picked up our stuff shows at my door unannounced ar 7:41am on a Saturday morning. No Mover, just him the driver!! He had no knowledge of what they had put in the truck. Quickly realized he had no tools and no way to put anything and no knowledge to put anything together!! He said Infinity Movers called him and said it was a small load and one man could handle it. He said if he knew it was a piano, refrigerator, XL Vanity table, Grandfather clock, washing machine and King and Queen Size Bed with headboards and XL Exercise Bike, which is def a 2 man job, he would not have picked it up. He had to answer an ad to get help! He had 4 flat tires the night before, had to spend $1300 on tires and Infinity Movers refused to help him with it. He admitted he had not had sleep for 2 days!! No Mover, read that again, NO MOVER was sent to unload our very heavy/bulky furniture! Infinity Movers left the chord and plug to my $1299.00 XL Stationary Bike, and my Player Piano will not play and my Grandfather Clock Pendulum is broken so Clock does not work! Unfortunately, I had put an 893.00 downpayment down 8 months before the move so I would avoid inflationary prices so I would have lost that money if I had changed movers and Countrywide Relocation Services refused to refund it! Now Countrywide Relocators located in Alabama with manager Bethany and Quality Assurance and Contract giver Lindsay reps will not answer the phone nor return my phone calls like before and I cannot find paperwork to fill out to report damages!! Do not use this company nor Infinity Movers who they subcontract out to!!

We had a fantastic experience with Countrywide Relocations Inc.

Excellent communication from the outset--quick quote and they stayed true to it. They do not do a flat rate which proved to be CONSIDERABLY less expensive than the quotes from other companies. So the price was right.

But more importantly, the move was a breeze. I will say that we did 95% of our packing ourselves and had very little furniture to move. But the furniture items we did have were treated with great care, and the items they boxed were very secure.

The whole team of movers was friendly and helpful and Alex who led the team was excellent. They obviously had a plan and they moved quickly and efficiently on both ends of the move.

Cant say enough positive things. A hassle-free experience from beginning to end. Would use them again in a heartbeat and strongly recommend them to anyone else.

Countrywide Relocations Inc were by far the best value I could find short notice, and their service was nothing short of the service you get for twice the price. they were very careful with my belongings, and respected my buildings strict guidelines. Although they came a bit later than expected, they more than made up for it by offering me a ride and dealing with my new buildings broken elevator without any extra cost. Highly recommended, these guys are awesome. Thank you, Countrywide Relocations Inc!

This moving company was amazing! Reasonable price, great service, and very efficient. Moving is not fun and they made one potentially very big headache go away by hauling all our crazy amount of stuff from our old place to new home. It was so good not to have to deal with that along with the other stuff we needed to take care of like packing/unpacking/figuring out logistically where to put everything. I never felt like they were penny pinching us and we didn’t have to pay an arm and a leg. Worth every penny. We are so grateful they made our move so much easier!

We completed our move into storage with Countrywide Relocations Inc today. From the start they were courteous, responsive, professional, and patient. The men who came to move our apartment were stellar and efficient. We moved into storage, and the company was sure to send me a photo of our belongings in storage. As a female completing the move alone, I was very happy and comfortable with the service I received today. I definitely recommend moving with this Countrywide Relocations Inc. Thanks!

We used Countrywide Relocations Inc when we moved last week. My friend actually referred them to me as she moved from Countrywide Relocations Inc to the year prior. Countrywide Relocations Inc provided the best pricing, were very responsive when scheduling the move, and responded to any questions I had prior to the move immediately. On the day of the move, they arrived a few minutes early and packaged/wrapped/disassembled/moved out everything quickly. At the destination, they reassembled all the furniture and moved in all the boxes in less than the anticipated time frame. We were also very well prepared for the move, which made the move faster and easier, but the movers didn’t waste any time when they arrived. All the movers were professional and courteous and I would strongly recommend them.

This was my first move within Countrywide Relocations and I was really nervous about finding a moving company. Countrywide Relocations Inc was quick to respond with a quote and gave an excellent price compared to other places I looked at. On the day of the move, the team of 5 showed up and emptied my entire apartment really fast. They wrapped all my furniture to protect it and handled everything with care. They loaded all of the boxes quickly and then headed to my new apartment. Unloading was even faster and they placed all my furniture where I wanted and removed the protective wrapping. All of them were extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend these guys if you’re searching for a moving company, I will definitely be using them again in the future!
