The service we received was outstanding from start to finish.All the people we spoke to and met were courteus and always willing to help.
The guys on the move day were so nice that the whole experience was relatively stress free.A pleasure to deal with all of them.
Even though I am pretty certain that they were eastern europeans their english was very good and they understood our instructions and knew what to do all the time.
The packers a day before were equally nice and to our surprize a young woman was part of the team.She was as proffesional and as strong as all the other men.
We had nothing danaged or missing.All our things were treated with the upmost care and attention.
We already gave them a call to pass our gratitude but thought that an online review was pretty well dezerved as well.
Top sevice and pretty much impressed.

This is how a move day should be for everyone.No stress,evrrything went along calmly and here we are writing a review about this company in our new house 
I guess like everyone we chose them based on their reviews.There is nothing more important than researching the company you want to use.With so manny cowboys out there this is of paramount importance.
They are more expensive than your average man and a van but cheaper than the big companies.
My opinion is their service deserved even more.
Everything was as it should be,on time,proffesional and with a smile.

City Removals provided us with a complete service.We took the packing option the removal and also the unpacking service.As we did not have a massive amount of stuff all was done in one day.A long day I must admit.They were with us for app. 12 hours,but it was worth it as we were back to our normal lifes in just one day.
Also as they unpacked they took away all the rubish and the boxes.
All of the guys were nice people and worked very hard.A 12 hour shift is not for everyone I guess.
All in all a very good and efficient service.

We used this company for our recent house move from W11 to SW6.
It was a rather complicated move as some pieces of furniture were to wide and they had to be hoisted through the window.Because of this we had a surveior who came and did a proper asesment.
On the day we had a 6 men crew.Using straps and blankets they safely took everything down.Not a single scratch and nothing damaged.Very impressed.Clearly they had the know how and this wasn t the first time they did this.
The rest of the move did not pose any problems and everything went along nicely and smooth.

We feel that this has been an outstanding experience in every aspect,from the lovely and very helpfull office people to the poor men that moved us.
The whole thing has been above and beyond our expectations.We did not know removal men can be so helpfull and approachable.Throughout the whole day we felt that they actually carred about what they were doing.
Also their attention to detail is present in all they do.For example being a long day the first thing they did at our new address was to assemble the cot and unload the boxes from the babys room.This was very helpfull as we wanted to put the baby to sleep.
Also they were very fast but without neglecting our furniture.All was wrapped and handled with care.
Nothing was damaged and everything was as before.
A very good service tgat we would certainly recommend to others and use again.

We used the services of this company to move from London N16 to SE9. We had a quite large 1/2 bedroom flat in a warehouse conversion, and quite a lot of stuff to move. I was very stressed about the removal, but the team handled everything with professionalism and great care. The team was very polite and very helpful, and the whole thing was above and beyond our expectations. We had already dismantled most of our furniture (control freaks!) and packed most of our stuff but left them to pack the fragile items. They wrapped every single small glass or plate in multiple sheets of paper so that nothing would be damaged, with great attention and care. And in such a short time! After going up and down two floors dozens of times with our boxes to load the van, they even offered to help us reassembling the furniture once at the new house, and did so with care and very quickly. I hope we will stay in this house for a long while now but if I ever needed to move again, I would definitely use their service! .

Over 30 years I ve moved 10 times and I dare say that the experirnce I had with City Removals was at the top in terms of quality,communication and flexibility.
They packed all of our belongings in one day where as other firms said they needed 2 to 3 days.Also the packing service was of a very good quality with boxes labelled and no materials spared.
The whole house was moved in one day and I must say I have never seen 5 men work so fast,being so carefull and so polite.They used 3 vans and they were on time.Sharp 7 they knocked on the door.
Highly recommended.

Our removal van arrived early but the crew wayted outside untill the designated time.
Sharp 8 they knocked on the door and we gave them a tour of the property.We showed them what is coming and what is staiyng behind.They followed our instructions precisely and worked very fast.
As we had a strict landlord we asked them to cover the floors,which they did.
They were also very carefull throughout the whole job and they did not scratch or  damaged anything.
Money very well spent as we had a quite move day with no incidents.Top service.

Where do I start?!The service we received from this company has been flawless.From the extra polite cheerfull and skilled men to the office personel,everyone was just right.
Like manny people here we had a home visit.Nicola was the nicest person you can meet.She was friendly proffessional and all without the ussual sales tehniques.She answerred our questions to the best of her knowledge and for some reason we already felt in safe hands.
The best bit of advice was to buy their packing service.When I look back it is incredible how much time and stress this saved us.The packers were very very fast,all our boxes were labelled and everything nicely packed and wrapped inside.Clearly this was out of our league.So..never pack yourself.
On the actual day again the men made feel at ease from the morning.The best thing about them is that of course they are proffesional and know what they are doing but they are also friendly and with a can do attitude.This is so important when you move.
