City-Removals and Storage

We used City Removals to move less than two miles down the road from a two bedroom flat to a three bedroom house. We used the packing plus removal service and were hugely impressed throughout. All members of the team were smartly dressed and very polite, and the guys doing the work were very efficient workers who put in an almost 12 hour day to get everything completed. High quality packing materials were used throughout and all items put in the correct rooms and disassembled and reassembled as required. We used City Removals after a recommendation from a friend and we will now be recommending them to anyone we know who needs to move in future. Thanks very much to City Removals!

From the initial contact through to the last box taken out from their van everything about the service we received from this lot was superb.
You cannot meet 2 nicer removal men. They were polite, courteous and did their job extremely well. They spoke good English were smartly dressed and all in all did their company proud.
Nicola the office lady who we dealt with was also helpful and always tried her best to make things as smooth as possible. She also organized the parking with the local council.
Nothing was damaged or missing. All the furniture was properly wrapped and protected. bed and a wardrobe were taken apart and reassembled without any problems.
We were expecting a good service but this has surpassed our expectations in a good way.
All in all a very good service and would recommend.

No need to say that we were dreading our moving day.With 2 kids and 2 dogs it can never be easy.But we did our homework before choosing a company and this paid very good dividends.
City Removals provided us with an outstanding service.They did a visit to our home before providing us with a price offer.We had a 3 day service: packing moving and unpacking on the 3rd day.
If there was to be a text book with how to move home than this company should have written it.
We moved before but we never had this level of service.
Everyone we got in touch with was easygoing and willing to help.
The workers worked with lightning speed and also with great care.They were very communicative always asking questions to make sure they do not do anything wrong.They took very good care of everything and in the end our move finished without a single minor or major incident.

I moved from East Ham to Ilford and employed them for my relocation.
I am so impressed with their politeness and efficiency executing the task at hands. They patiently waited for the conclusion of house sale and purchase that happen on the same day. No damage occurred on any goods. In the new place, they placed them where I wanted and reassembled as needed for some furniture

I hardly have words to write my gratitude to make my relocation day with least hassle and worry

Not much to say.A quality service came to no surprize as based on their on line reputation this was to be expected.
Packing,wrapping,dismantelling,reassembeling they did it all without any problems.Also incredibly fast given how carefull they work.
I would say this was our best move.We moved two times before.All was ok but this time it was outstanding.I was left very impressed when they coverred our sofa and mattress with some zipped covers they had.Good and usefull stuff.

Booked last minute a day before, great service, competitive quote, friendly guys and everything was moved in time and undamaged. They came 20m early but would have waited if required. They also helped me bring up stuff that we brought ourselves in a zipvan. I helped out a bit just to speed things up and not feel helpless but they gave me the lighter stuff and I didn't feel like I had to do anything. The van is fully prepared with blankets, packaging bits and they gave me padding for frames we didn't have time to pack. Would highly recommend and use again, took all the stress out of moving.
