City-Removals and Storage

We just took delivery of our stuff from storage.They kept our goods for 5 months .
Everything seemes fine with nothing damaged or missing.Our furniture was still wrapped when they brought it back, just like when they took it away.
We have now unpacked most of the boxes.Everything was incredibly well packed inside and the boxes were marked.
We had a differrent team now but they were just as good.Always polite ,very helpfull and happy to follow instructions.
Our goods were kept at Big Yellow.It seems like they have an agreement with them.The price was very good also,in fact better than if we would have storred with Big Yellow directly.
Very good service.

I have been asked to review this company as we had used them recently and I can t fault any part of the service.
All the packing has been done a day before.The team worked together and they were organized.
Also communication was excellent and they were very polite and well mannerred.
On the move day itself they came on time, in fact a litle bit earlyer, we showed them around the house and this was all the instructions they needed.They worked as a team and were very efficient.
The whole experience took much of the stress out of the move and I would recommend them unreservedly.

We contacted this company after reading so manny good things about them on the internet.
We only had one item to move but this was a baby grand piano.
The first sign of proffessionalism was when they recommended a home survey so that they can check how the acces is and identify other potential issues.The surveyor explained the procedure to us and said the job nedeed a 4 men crew.The quote was with on the same day.
On the move day the men came on time and were fully prepared.The piano was very well wrapped and handled.They had piano skates,covers,tools and piano shoe.
The whole move finished nicely with our piano hopefully in it s final resting place.
A very well done job.

We have recently relocated to a newly refurbished flat in Romford coming from central London.
The service we received was exceptional.Mike and Silviu were the nicest and most proffessional guys we could have met.They were experinced, knowing what they were doing at all times.Also their vehicle was clean and new, and they were very well presented.
Apart from moving they also packed our pictures in furniguard.
I am happy to recommend them to anyone and I can only hope that their other employees are just as good.

We found this company on the internet and after reading so manny good reviews we decided to call them.They oferred to do a home survey and they said they canot quote over the phone for properties bigger than 2 bedrooms.This was fine by us.
After the home visit ,the following day we received the quote by email.The price was not the cheapest but we were more than happy to use them.
Our expectations were high.On the day the 4 men crew were right on time.They were clean smartly dressed and all of them spoke english.
They were organized and worked very efficient.One of them had an enormuos tool box with him amd he took apart various furniture.He was a very skilled individual.
The others were wrapping and taking furniture and boxes to the truck.
At our new place things were equally impressive.Everything was placed according to our instructions and the guy with the toolbox did the reassembeling.
A good service and my overall rating is 9/10.

This company provided us with a great services.
We filled in an online inventory on their website and they responded with a quote within an hour.We than called the number on the quote and spoke to a lady who answerred all our questions about parking and how they work on the day.Everything was explained clearly to us.They also took care of the parking issue by rezerving spaces outside the property with the local council.
On the day the team came on time and the men presented themselves.They worked very hard the whole day and they were fully equipped.Also I could tell they were experienced by the way they handled our things.
Also they were happy to follow instructions as to where to place things in our new home.
We were very happy with the service and we felt well looked after.Also the agreed price was the final price we paid with nothing added on.

This company moved us from 2 locations into storage for s short time.The move was quite small with mainly boxes from both locations.The only piece of furniture was a double wardrobe with sliding doors which we thought might be difficult but this proved no chellenge to them.They took it apart in less than 15 minutes.
The crew was punctual. I saw them from the window as they arrived 20 minutes earlyer but they wayted and onky knocked on the door when it was 8.
Both men were courteous and polite.Also dressed in company clothes with a very new and clean truck.

We had an amazing experience with this company.I mean a move is unpleasant no matter who you use but this company really did their best to ease the stress and made us feel confortable.Communication was top notch and the men who moved us were out of this world.The main thing we immediately noticed is how polite they were, and when I say polite I mean POLITE.They are clearly trained to be as nice and approachable as they can, which is a credit to the company.

On the first day they packed and moved about half of our possesions into storage and the following day they came and took the rest.
They use Big Yellow as a storage provider and this made us feel very safe.Also they provided a storage agreement and a detailed inventory so we can check everything when they come back.
Not much more to say.A really good company with extremely proffesional and approachable attitude.

We recently moved from  London to Birmingham.We had quotes from 5 different companies.We opted for this lot in the end as they responded the fastest and the quotation was clear and very well presented.
All went all on the day.
Altough it was a relatively small move they have done their part very well.The workers came on time,they worked very fast and took good care of all our things.
Everything was in our new flat by 4 PM which is nkt bad at all considering the distance.They cane in a Luton truck which in the end was 3/4 full.

Nicola came and surveyed our property 2 weeks before our move day.She came on time altough it was quite early on a Saturday morning.She did a very thorough survey opening all the cupboards and wardrobes etc.At the end she explained the service and answerred our questions.The whole visit took around 30 mins.The quote was send to us on Monday morning and because we found the price reasonable we decided to book.
All went very well from there on with our moving day being extremely stress free and without incidents.
As our new address was on a narrow road instead of sending a big truck they sent 3 smaller vehicles.All 5 men that moved us were true proffesionals and also very experienced.They were very well breefed in advance as well.Also they worked organized and kept to a plan all day with everyone kowing their role.Some were dismantelling some were wrapping and others were loading.
A top service that I am more than happy to endorse and recommend to others.
