Nothing to complain about.We had two pick up adresses.One was mine and the other my girlfriend's.The men came on time.There was not too much to load from my place so they quickly went over to my girlfriend,where to be honest the bulk of the stuff was.They were very polite and easy going and very good people to have around.
They also helped pack my girlfriend s kitchen which they did in record time.
Being a rainy day they also took their shoes off when necessary and also placed carpet covers on the floor.
Also I have arranged with the office to dispose of some stuff on the day so at the end they took away all the rubish we had.
All in all a positive experience.

I am not an expert at judging removal companies as I have not used one before.However all my dealings with this particular company have been very good.I got all the answers I wanted from Nicola in the office.She was at all times availible to speak to and answered my emails in a speedy manner.She also dealt with the parking arrangements at the London address.
Their quote was simple and clear and very well presented.Also all the services were described very well and I knew what to expect on the day.
The guys came on time in the morning.I oferred them a cup of tea and biscuits and after this they did not stop untill all my stuff was loaded.
We then set off to Birmingham.I followed them in my car.
Everything was unloaded safely and placed where I wanted.They were really carefull with everything and all in all top proffesionals.Also they spoke very highly of their company and it seemed to me they get treated very well.
Price wise they were in the middle of all the quotes I got.

We moved recently and we have used this company to help us.
They completed their duties admirably.They came on time,worked flawlesly and timely and they did not brake anything.
Communication was also one of their strong points.The persons working in the office were lovely people to deal with and they always helped.
The 2 men that we had on the day worked very hard and they were experienced.
I especially loved the way they packed the truck.Pure lego science.
This was an honest service which was also reasonably priced.

We have used this company to relocate to our new house in Epsom.
It was a very straightforward move.Loads of stuff but nothing over-complicated.
We had our property surveyed by a number of companies but from all of them we liked Nicola the most.She is a real asset to the company and I hope she gets treated well.We have received the quote by email on the same day as the visit.The price was more than reasonable so we decided to book.
The move went very well.All the guys were on time on both days and true professionals.They did not panic when they saw the amount of stuff we had.Guess they seen it all before.
Overlipolite and willing to go out of their way to help at all times.
We had a very positive experience over two days and I would not hesitate to recommend them if they perform like this all the time.

I used City Removals to move me from my London 2 bedroom house to North Yorkshire. They turned up 10 minutes before our 6am agreed time and didn't stop working until everything was loaded on the van -which was before 7.30am . They were even kind enough to take my cat with them as I was travelling up by train. They arrived at the new place before myself, as I was delayed on the train, and worked incredibly well with my family who were waiting for them. Everything was put in the correct rooms and nothing was damaged at all. I cannot stress enough how quickly, calmly, and efficiently all 3 men worked. They made the whole moving experience as easy as possible.

They arrived 10mins before the 8am arrival time so great first impression.
They were focussed and hardworking and didn't stop until everything was on the van.
We had forgotten, so were relieved to see they had brought mattress and couch covers.
When they arrived at our new house, they were respectful of our carpets and put down a protective sheet all throughout. They didn't damage any walls or items, nothing was missing and they dissembled and reassembled our beds properly.
If they were unsure of anything, they always checked with us first.

We found this company while trolling the internet for reputable well reviewed company.We were kind of dreading our move as our new neighbor did not have a very good experience when he moved in our street and he used one of the big removal companies.
City Removals were responsive from the first point of contact.We got in touch on a Monday evening our estimator came around Tuesday morning and by noon we had the quote in our inbox.
The good start continued into our removal and packing and at the end we could not have been more pleased with how our move was completed.
The men came spot on time for the packing.They packed and packed and packed..I don't know how they do it everyday but they can.And they packed very well.
The next day the same men plus 2 more arrived with 2 trucks and moved us with lightning speed and quality.Nothing was damaged nothing was missing and it all got placed around the new house according to my wife's instructions.
