The team eventually finished the job, but the long waiting time made an already stressful day even harder. I believe the overall service needs improvement.

It was a remarkable team effort as the crew communicated effectively among themselves as they lifted, turned and lowered it onto a heavily padded dolly. Disgraceful. They estimate way over the amount needed, 8 hours in our case. Then they try to be nice and negotiate 6 hours. Job finishes in 4 hours like we had initially told them and they stick us for the 6 hour price. Absolute con. Don't ever fall for their nonsensical estimate.
