Long-distance move from Farmerville, LA to Uhrichsville, OH

Keep away your valuables from this company.

Some of our fragile household belongings were packed without enough protection. The boxes were moved around during transportation, and the condition of the packaging was concerning when they arrived. We expected delicate items to receive more attention. The packing standards seemed inconsistent throughout the move.

Long-distance move from Nashville, KS to Fairfax, SC

More reliable updates would have made the situation easier.

The communication during the relocation was frustrating from the beginning. We received different information about the timing and were not always informed when plans changed. This left us unsure about when to expect the crew and when the move would actually finish. More reliable updates would have made the situation easier.

Long-distance move from Farmington, ID to Garland, UT

The movers were very rude and unprofessional;

The moving process took much longer than we had planned for. There were noticeable pauses between loading different groups of items, and the crew did not always seem coordinated. By the end of the day, the extended schedule had become quite tiring. The whole move could have benefited from better organization.

Unsatisfied customer SERVICE.

I had a terrible experience with this moving company. The crew worked incredibly slowly and seemed to waste a lot of time. A move that should have taken a couple of hours lasted almost all day. I definitely won't be using them again.

I wouldn't recommend this company.

The movers showed up on time, but that's about the only positive thing I can say. They spent more time talking than working and moved very little each trip. The entire process felt disorganized and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Super frustrating experience.

This was one of the worst moving experiences I've had. The crew had the right equipment but barely used it to save time. Everything moved at an incredibly slow pace, making a simple local move take much longer than expected.
