Long-distance move from Eagle Lake, FL to Athens, OH

Exceptional service

Due to work schedule we had to move on a weekend for Order #7816. The crew was ready to go and kept up a good speed all day. They respected our neighbors and kept common areas clean. We were able to relocate without any delays.

Long-distance move from Craftsbury Common, VT to Tillatoba, MS

Best Service!!

Delicate lamps, mirrors and decorative objects were among the items in Order #8754. The crew was extra careful when packing and transporting these pieces. They unpacked delicate items from heavier boxes and ensured that everything was nicely arranged. Once unpacked, we were pleased to note that the fragile ones were okay.

Long-distance move from Fairbanks, LA to Naperville, IL

Professional team and excellent customer service.

We moved house with Choice Vanline and were happy with the day's experience. The crew was professional and courteous, and they handled our boxes and furniture very well. They contacted us before moving the bigger items into the new home, which saved us from having to move again later.

Long-distance move from East Bank, WV to Silver Spring, MD

I’m impressed beyond measure at the service I got!

There were a few large items that were bothering me, particularly passing through the door. The Choice Vanline movers moved them with care and collaboration, not force. They made the move without adding stress.

Long-distance move from Vermont to California

Extremely professional gentlemen.

Our move with Choice Vanline went smoothly. The crew didn't treat everything like a race, as far as I am concerned. They were efficient but not with delicate or cumbersome items. That balanced approach made me feel a little more secure having them relocate our things.

Long-distance move from Dahlonega, GA to New York, NY

Upon unpacking, no chips or breaks were found. Well done!

I was afraid that some of my delicate glassware and breakable kitchenware will get damaged while I'm moving. Of course, luckily the movers took their time to make sure they wrapped it all securely, and even took the time to add a little extra padding for my most sensitive items. Upon unpacking, no chips or breaks were found. Well done!

Impressive Moving Team.

We needed to move out for a complete home makeover. The crew packed and loaded everything into their storage units flawlessly. They helped us a lot, because we wouldn't have done it without them! Impressive Moving Team.

Thank you for taking your word for it!

This was an interstate move, and I left the state for work. They packed, loaded and even unloaded the washer and fridge! They delivered as promised, and everything was in place where I wanted it. Thank you for taking your word for it!

Long-distance move from Evansville, WY to Long Branch, NJ

Well Done!

We had a few heavy furniture items in our home, such as the dresser made of solid wood and the large sectional sofa. They didn't rush the movers and allowed their time to get through the door. It was okay that there was no damage.

Long-distance move from Gallipolis Ferry, WV to High Point, NC

All things turned out as planned.

We were not only moving out more boxes than we thought we were, but the move was longer than expected. The movers didn't rush on the final part and ensured that they unloaded everything. Some boxes were dusty when they were delivered by truck but no boxes were broken.

It was a positive sample experience from start to finish.

The crew made a busy moving day feel much less stressful. They worked well together, handled the belongings carefully, and kept the unloading organized. It was a positive sample experience from start to finish.

Long-distance move from Deary, ID to Fairmount, MD

I wouldn't hire them again.

Customer support was friendly and helpful, but the moving crew was extremely slow. They had the proper equipment but still carried one box at a time. My move was only 17 minutes away, and it still took 4 hours. I've had larger moves completed much faster. I wouldn't hire them again.

Long-distance move from Canterbury, CT to Dakota City, NE

Very disappointing.

The office staff provided excellent service, but the movers did not. They worked at a very slow pace and didn't make good use of their dolly. My furniture and boxes should not have taken 4 hours to move such a short distance. Very disappointing.

Long-distance move from Fairfax, IA to Vernon, UT

Broken agreements.

Scheduling and customer service were great, but the actual moving team was inefficient. They seemed to waste a lot of time, and even my family had to step in to help. Despite a short drive, the move took much longer than expected.

I won't be using this company again.

I appreciated the customer service, but the movers lacked urgency. They moved extremely slowly and handled very little at a time. For such a small move and short distance, 4 hours was unacceptable. I won't be using this company again.

I wouldn't choose them again.

The customer service team deserves credit, but the moving crew does not. They moved at a very slow pace, making a simple local move take 4 hours. My family ended up helping just to speed things up. I wouldn't choose them again.

Beware Unprofessional Company.

The office staff was helpful from start to finish, but the moving crew ruined the experience. They worked far too slowly, and the job took much longer than it should have. I've had better experiences with other moving companies and won't be returning.

Long-distance move from Dade City, FL to Cadyville, NY

Communication about the delay was also limited.

The moving day started with an unexpected delay, and the crew arrived well after the agreed time. By then, our schedule was already affected and everything felt rushed. The loading itself was not very organized, and we had to wait several times for the team to finish different parts of the job. Communication about the delay was also limited.

100% SCAM!!

We were disappointed with the way some furniture was handled during the move. A couple of larger pieces were carried through doorways without enough protection, and we noticed marks afterward. The crew seemed focused on finishing quickly rather than taking their time. More care with the household items would have been appreciated.

Long-distance move from Safety Harbor, FL to Capitol, MT

Useless.

The packing service was not as thorough as we expected. Some boxes had very little padding, while others were packed without clear labels. This made it difficult to know which items belonged in each room once we reached the new house. We ended up spending extra time sorting everything after delivery.

Long-distance move from De Soto, KS to Columbia, MD

Bloody basters.

The crew did not seem fully prepared for the amount of furniture involved in the move. Loading took considerably longer than expected, and there was some confusion about how certain items should be handled. The process felt less coordinated than it should have been. Better preparation could have prevented these issues.

Long-distance move from Darien, CT to Veneta, OR

Nightmare.

When the belongings reached the new house, several boxes were placed in the wrong rooms. We had clearly marked them beforehand, but the labels were not consistently followed. This created extra work because we had to move many boxes ourselves. The unloading could have been much more organized.
