I am SO pleased with how everything went. Moving cross country is stressful enough, needless to say they were also moving my piano which made me very nervous at first! The piano showed up incredible and even held it's tune!! A serious Godsend, I worked so hard to find a decent company. CA NY express went above and beyond. I have already referred the company to many friends. I liked the professional demeanor of the movers. I also really appreciated the customer service. When I called everyone was very nice, not pushy and it really felt as if I was calling a smaller office. A bit odd here this next comment but it was a pleasant surprise: I also got the feeling that everyone there know each other and gets along pretty well. Dave was particularly helpful. .

After searching through many moving companies, I spoke to CA-NY Express and they were very professional and answered all my questions. I was hesitant in the beginning as I thought it was impossible for our move to be this easy without a single problem- but with CA-NY Express the move really was smooth and great. They gave me a quote and stuck to it- my main concern was that it would be more and there would be all these "hidden costs", but no! They were upfront and went through the quote with me and explained everything. The guys that came to collect our stuff made sure all our furniture was wrapped perfectly, they were fast and very efficient. Not a single item of ours was broken or damaged and we had a lot of little odds and ends that could've easily been broken. The logistics team kept in contact throughout the move and sent me updates and answered any question I had. I would highly recommend this company as the move could not have been easier! Great team, from sales to logistics to the actual movers.

I cannot say enough good things about California-New York Express movers. Every step of the way, the team was superb with communication. My pick up and delivery both went so smoothly--movers on both ends were friendly and helpful. For instance, they filled up all the extra room in my boxes with paper when they picked up for delivery, which is something I forgot to think about. All of my things arrived undamaged, and the moving team was super organized. CNYX made my job easy. I would use their services again and again.

From the first phone call to the final delivery of our things, the staff at CA/NY EXPRESS couldn't have been more helpful, courteous, informative, and kind! My mom had recently passed away, so I was moving many of her things in her LA home to my home in NJ. I sat on the floor and cried for some of the time that the pick up personnel were loading boxes and furniture into the truck. They were kind and compassionate about my loss. They took such care of loading her things. The delivery timing was as they said..and there were phone calls along the way to inform me of the status. On the delivery to my home, the men were equally as helpful and careful with our things.. I would use them again, and I highly recommend this company for your coast to coast move. They were the best!

Excellent moving experience!. This company is amazing!! I have moved cross country multiple times and have used this company twice. Both experiences were by far superior to others. They were honest and upfront about all charges. They offered the best prices. They were very thorough, prompt, efficient, they handled my things with care and professional. The staff in both offices were very professional, kind, friendly, honest and efficient. I highly recommend this company.. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

I used CA NY Express to move from NYC to San Francisco and it was awesome! I had most of my stuff ready to go with some loose items in the apartment. The movers came and double wrapped everything and put my loose stuff into boxes for me. It was honestly such an easy move. I let the movers in and ran my errands for the day and when I got back, everything was done. The price was very reasonable too.

Moving from SF to NY I used a pod service and had to do everything myself. I had less stuff and funny enough it cost the same and I had to do everything myself.

If I ever do the cross country move again, I'll definitely use CA NY Express again!
