Absolutely practical and reliable!

They were without much chatter and distraction. They called up to see any packing material required and came at dot time. 2 of them quickly looked at the place and material and got to lay protective cover where required and added few more on our request. They padded up all material in plastic and blue padding. Then they loaded up moved to destination and unpacked , setup few pieces as required. They took care if disassembling and assembling the bed etc - forgot about lamps but that was fine. They helped us setup delivered bed too. Little pricey but absolutely practical and reliable - the kind you need for these moves. They offer insurance etc too and oblige by carrying unwanted stuff. We will recommend them to anybody else gladly.

Would not recommend

After using Bronze Star Moving and Storage, I cannot recommend them. The company they sent was horrible and they did not stand behind our Binding estimate. We added ZERO items once movers arrived. Truck sent was too small for CF on Binding estimate.

Friendly movers!

The service of the team is professional, the are friendly and handle items with care. The detailed explanation of the costs, insurance and timing was a happy surprise.I was fortunate to have the two team members that supported my move. They showed up when they said they would, wrapped up my fragile items, reversing the process when we got to my new place.I definitely recommend them for those looking, it can be hard to find resources to trust, this was my second move using Bronze star.

Scam

I recently hired Bronze Star Moving to move me from California to Missouri. They said it would take 3-5 days. It's been 3 weeks and they are ducking my calls. This is obviously a scam, and I will be suing the company . DO NOT USE BRONZE STAR MOVING!!!

She also states its been almost 3 weeks. I tried to explain the delivery spread for He distance traveling. then she starting to talk about her attorney.
She disconnected the call on her own.

Don’t Use a Broker!

Do your research. They are just a broker. You will he assigned to someone of their choice. You will deal directly with the movers and when the assigned movers get there usually the estimate is incorrect from the broker and you will be handed another estimate, knowing if you don’t sign it then you they will leave. Knowing all well they have you on the hook. Do yourself a favor and go directly to a moving company, there is no need to use a company like Bronze Star.

Amazing Job!

Bronze Star Moving and Storage did a magnificent job taking care of my long distance move. When I found out my daughter was pregnant I instantly did some research online about moving companies and put in my information online and I received so many phone calls. I had no clue what the process would be using a moving company so I was very confused and had a lot of questions.

When my moving coordinator from Bronze Star Moving and Storage called he was so polite, kind, and informative. He answered every question with no hesitation. Out of everyone I spoke with, Bronze Star Moving and Storage was the company I chose to go with because I was not pressured to make a reservation right away and even after I moved my pick-up date back they were still able to accommodate me and my busy schedule.

Moving is something I absolutely dread, I've always done it all on my own and at this age there was no way I could possibly move 800 plus miles on my own. The movers were super helpful and considerate of all my belongings and made sure to write ""fragile"" on all my expensive and fragile belongings. As well as blanket and pad wrapping everything! Bronze Star Moving and Storage was reasonably priced, and the staff was very accommodating. The movers called 24 hours before pick up to confirm everything and they called the morning of pick up to give me an estimated time of arrival. When they showed up they were so kind and introduced themselves right away. After that we did a brief walk through and I showed them what I was moving. I didn't have to lift a finger!

Bronze Star Moving and Storage really helped me out and made this move stress free and possible. I couldn't thank Bronze Star Moving and Storage enough. I was very satisfied with the turn out of my move and I most definitely recommend them and their 5 star service. Amazing job!

Professional Service.

We used Bronze Star Moving and Storage, to move us from our loft in the SOMA to a two story house in Bayview. I honestly have no words to express and describe how communicative, friendly, FAST, careful and courteous they are. These guys hustle and they do it all with a smile. I will definitely be using them in the future.

I am always worried about using movers because in the past, I’ve had some bad experiences. That was not the case with Bronze Star Moving and Storage. The company was very responsive and flexible with my moving needs. They communicated with me early and often up to the move and the day of the move. The three movers showed up a little early and called when they were 15 minutes away. They were nice and listened to my moving needs. They worked hard to protect all of my furniture and were very fast. They even helped me brainstorm room layout for the furniture in my new place before setting the furniture up. I couldn’t have been happier with this company and the three movers that helped us. The price was also incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be using them in the future and will recommend them to anyone I can.

They are really great!

I highly recommend Bronze Star Moving and Storage. Many people told me about bad experiences with movers and I have had some of my own. I had the complete opposite experience with Bronze Star Moving and Storage. It was all positive. From the planning stages through the actual move, everything went very well. Working with Kevin during the planning stages was great. He responded to email and phone calls right away. He was happy to answer any questions I had. He was always personable, respectful, organized, and helpful. The actual move went so smoothly that I couldn’t believe it. The four movers were efficient, fast, careful with all of my furniture and belongings, cleaned up after themselves, and were very courteous. The move took less time than I anticipated. Moving can be very stressful and dealing with Kevin and Bronze Star Moving and Storage alleviated a lot of stress for me. This company delivered beyond my expectations. They not only do an outstanding job, but have fantastic customer service. I had contacted a few moving companies and Bronze Star Moving and Storage came in at the best price. On top of all of this, a few days after I moved, Kevin sent me an email offering me a free gift for Uber or Starbucks. To me, that was really going above and beyond in terms of customer service. The name of this company really fits who they are. They are really Great!!

These guys are incredible!

These guys are incredible! They brought 5 guys to move 2 apartments worth of furniture to 1! They were so fast, efficient, and super careful. They showed up early and were prepared to wrap and protect every and any item I had. The move could not of gone any smoother. They were efficient

Bronze Star Moving and Storage just moved my apt at the end of November and by far the best service I’ve ever had. This was SUCH a Great Moving experience.

This was SUCH a Great Moving experience. We hired two movers to load a truck that we provided, but the company sent three people, which was a *very* good idea and really helped the process go smoothly. The movers were perfectly on-time and they wrapped everything up so carefully and quickly--one of them had some smart thoughts on how to protect a glass-topped hutch, and being able to buy a couple of boxes on the spot was so helpful. Things went over by an hour but it was well worth it. I would absolutely use Bronze Star Moving and Storage again--we were so impressed by the whole experience.
