Happy with my decision.

Best Rate Removals did everything I expected and above. Moving was quick and efficient. The workers did it on time and kept my belongings in pristine condition. I had no problems with contacting the company and customer service was of high quality. For the money you would pay, which is reasonable, you would get quality and reliability. I recommend them to everyone who looks for a moving company. You won''t be dissapointed.

Best Rate Removals - Excellent service.

Best Rate Removals were just that ! The overall service was excellent, top to bottom. They came to our property and did a very thorough walk through to give us a fixed price quote. I got four other quotes and immediately threw out the bottom two (they were £1,000 cheaper but had done a poor estimating job). The top three quotes were within £200 of each other and BestRate gave me a small discount when I asked, so they got the job. The crew were great - they worked hard over four days - packing us up Friday, moving our house Saturday and then packing and removing our (very large) storage unit on Sunday and Monday. Everything was done exactly as and when they said it would be, no issues, no breakages or damages, very efficient. As such I would have no hesitation using them again or recommending them to anyone else looking to use them.

When I decided to use this company's services I been told on the phone that all I have to do is just simply relax and let them take care of entire moving. This is exactly what happened.
All job from beginning till the end been done stress free. They moved my free bedroom apartment entirely in less then 4.5 hours. I thought it's going to take at least 6 hours, because so much staff I accumulated in last 10 years. Me and my family are very happy with the quality and efficiency that Best Rate Removals demonstrated.
By the way, I am very happy about the price they gave to me. It is easily affordable for my middle class family.

Great service.

I was provided with fantastic and swift service - the move was easy to organise and I was able to book the required date pretty last minute. There was great communication along the way, both by phone and email which was very reassuring. Overall, it was a stress-free process and I would recommend the company to anybody looking to move without difficulties. The price was also very good, the best I could find for the area!

Flat to house move, Borough of Ealing.

We recently used Best Rate to move from a second floor flat to a house in the London Borough of Ealing. I found the communication and flexibility offered during the booking process extremely helpful, as our move date was not confirmed until the day prior. I was offered the flexibility to postpone the service, at no additional cost, if I our move was delayed by a week or so.

Ivan and his team spent a morning packing our belongings the day before we moved; they were extremely punctual and extraordinarily hardworking - I was astonished by the speed at which our things were packed up, but also pleased with the care they took packing breakables, and in ensuring things ended up in the correct place. I felt confident that everything would go smoothly on moving day, and it did.

Again, the team were very punctual; the ease and humility with which they emptied our flat (which was on the second floor and had no lift!) and garage was commendable. Best Rate had taken care of parking at the onward address and so everything went smoothly; all of our belongings arrived in perfect condition and a Best Rate employee returned a number of times to collect the packing boxes.

Overall I was very pleased with the service and feel the price I paid for the quality of service was very competitive in the local area. I would not hesitate to recommend Best Rate, or to use them again in future.

Moving 2 bedrooms flat form Kingston to South Quay.

We move out two Saturday ago. It has been a long day started at 9am and finished at 9pm. They pack all the kitchen stuff and all the furniture of the flat. Everything arrived safe and sound without a scratch. They dissembled and reassembled perfectly all the furniture . They are professionals and efficient and helpful. I'll contact again for the next removal: it has been less stressed than I expected!

Excellent service.

I tried so many removal company for quotes and Best rate turned out to be competitive.
Their customer service from start to end was Excellent.
I had to change dates due to my builder and they were accommodating no fuss at all.
During the move we had to do extra round so they did it without and any fuss.
On the moving day it was very smooth.
Highly recommend.

The moving guys were friendly and efficient, they were on time and worked quickly, I was very happy with the job they did, I also had my property cleaned by the same company and the cleaners did a stellar job too, everything was pristine when they left and I have nothing that I could criticise. Best Rate Removal made moving easy.

We received a personal referral to this company. They were prompt and courteous throughout the process, from the initial onsite review and quote through the actual packing and moving process. They were so quick we were amazed at their speed and efficiency. All of the staff were professional and helpful. They even came back to pick up the empty boxes. I would recommend them to anyone required to move an entire household of goods.

Best Rate Removals did an excellent job. They were very punctual despite travelling over 400 miles and took good care of my belongings. From arranging the removal 2 weeks ago to delivery there was excellent customer relations and positive communications and it was a fair price.
