Professional, helpful and hard working guys.

Very happy with the guys from Best Rate. I've used this company six years ago for the first time when I was a student and I had a couple of boxes and single mattress. Throughout the years I used them a few more times to move with my girlfriend. And we used Best rate again last week when we moved from our 2 bed flat. We are not planning to move in the near future, but we know we will be using Best rate when we move again. I would definitely recommend them.

Best Removal Company EVER!!

This is the BEST removal company in London, I have used them over 6 times and each time they outperform the previous experience.

Not only is the crew, hardworking, professional and polite, they are highly experienced and not once have damaged anything ever.

They arrive on time and just get the job done, no matter no long it takes, they never stop until the job is finished, never complain.

The customer service from the office is always exceptional pre, during and post.

Use this company if you want reliability, value for money and an excellent service.

Very thorough!

I used Best Rate Removals at the beginning of February to move from Wembley to Reading. They worked extremely hard to pack everything up and to unpack at the other end, all in the timescale quoted. Nothing was broken and all boxes were placed where they should have been. The removal men were all polite and courteous and waited patiently while I arrived at my new house a little late as I was cleaning my old house! A very satisfactory move at a reasonable rate. A big thank you to them!!

Removals.

I received excellent service from the guys at Best Rate Removals. Moving is a stressful process and the friendly and helpful guys who assisted with the move made the process a lot easier. They arrived on time and although it took longer than planned thanks to a big sofa and small door they did not disappoint. They were also kind enough to include a second drop off. They took extra care of my belongings which was great.

Bike worth £5k missing, threatened with legal action

Best Rate completed a move in which a bicycle worth £5k was misplaced.

I called up their phone line to notify them of the issue and there was a lack of urgency to resolve the matter - saying they would call back on the next day or so.

It is bad enough that the bike has gone missing, but the approach to rectifying the issue is also extremely disappointing.

I have written 5+ emails asking for a call back to resolve the issue but have not received one yet (6 days on). I have, however, received an email saying

- I am not their client, due to my girlfriend signing the contract

- Threatening legal action for writing a review

- Saying that the fact that belongings went missing on their watch is irrelevant, due to my girlfriend having left the premises for 20 minutes while they were working. Photographic evidence shows that the bike did not disappear during that 20 minute window.

Their lack of taking responsibility for this loss is disappointing. In particular, the removal men left the front door of my apartment unlocked for a 3 hour period while they transported the first batch of items to the other location. This must surely be out of line with their policies and procedures.

I will not be using them for my future removals.

Excellent Moving

Best Rate Removals were absolutely excellent at delivering our house move recently. They were so professional as well as being very diligent in packing up all areas of our home.

Whilst doing it so carefully, they were also very mindful and supportive towards us during the move and made everything feel much less stressful than we anticipated.

I wouldn’t move home without them in future. I really can recommend them highly.

Overcharged and took advangage of me

This company took advantage of me when I asked to move their team arrival hour (from 9am to 10am) in order for THEM to park on the street and not get fined for contravention. I wanted to help them and I got ripped off more money under the excuse of changing arrival hour. I had paid the deposit so I had no choice. Really hate people who do such things.

Good move.

We were very happy with the move. We were quoted a good price, the guys were early, we had a lot to move which they managed to get through over three trips, it took an hour longer than the quote for which we were charged but no problem with that, ten years' worth of stuff a lot to get through in six hours! Would use again.
