They go the extra mile to make sure your items are packed carefully and we had absolutely no damages to any of our possessions. This second time we found we had to store all our things much longer than expected and they just dealt with this without a fuss which made it less stressful. We feel we can 100% recommend them.

The Best Rate Removals Ltd have a great team, they are very speedy and extremely efficient. I would definitely use them again. We also moved on the hottest day of the year, which can't have been easy. The movers took apart beds and reconstructed them on the other side as well as carrying heavy furniture up many stairs. Was all in all a pretty painless process! Happy to recommend.

Moving is never easy but Best Rate Removals made our office move as easy as it could have been. The removal men were quick, efficient and professional. Not only was the moving smooth, the communication between us and the company was swift and all of the queries we had were answered promptly.

My first house move, used Best Rate Removals and they were excellent in executing the removals. They also disposed off unwanted items. Very well trained staff, professional service and took great care not to damage any items in transit. Overall excellent experience. Communication with office was good. Competitive price. Very efficient as they came well before time to start removals at 9am. I would recommend them to anyone.

The estimate was very accurate, and the price was competitive. Everything was carried on in time. We had a lot of fragile parcels and nothing was broken after the move, the old flat was located on the second floor without any lift and some of the packs were very heavy. The staff was very helpful and moved the items in the room they were supposed to go. They helped us get rid of the rubbish as well. Recommended.

Very professional, courteous and transparent with costs involved. Arrived few minutes early, got on with the job without a fuss and were very careful with any fragile items. We moved form a house to a small flat on the second floor - that was no problem for these guys. These guys made my stressful move really easy would recommend to anyone who wants an honest hard working team who wont over charge you - great guys.

Fantastic service from quote to delivery. Jack in the office was friendly and understanding. The quote was very reasonable. The best bit was when the removal staff turned up, and instantly the stress of moving was lifted. They were careful with our belongings, accomodating and flexible, nothing was too big or too heavy. All was delivered safely. Definitely recommend Best Rate Removals!

Worth paying for.

The removal guys were on time, and friendly - though sometimes language was a bit of a barrier. They worked exceptionally fast, though with care and professionalism. Nothing was broken or lost or damaged. The labels on the boxes helped when it came to taking everything out at the other end. A huge stress relief. Have since used them twice, and would recommend them. Thanks guys.
