Best Rate Removals Ltd

I was extremely happy with the service provided by Best Rate Removals from my first conversation over the phone with Robin, who was so helpful through to the actual move which was carried out very professionally. This is the second time I have used Best Rate and I will certainly be using them again. We also used their pack up service the day before our move, which was also excellent. They took great care of all our possessions and even took apart some large items to get them up the stairs at the new property. Really couldn't have asked for a better service.

Best Rate removals were extremely good and I would highly recommend. The three guys who came were superb and nothing was too much trouble. The were cal and professional. We had one very challenging piece of furniture which we thought was near impossible to remove because it didn't come into the house through the front door but there were no other options available. The three guys worked out a way brilliantly to remove it from the property and it completely reduced my stress levels. I would highly recommend these guys.

The movers came diligently (were in fact an hour earlier than needed!) which was fantastic. They moved all our items carefully and were friendly and helpful throughout. This should give them a 5 star review.

But there were a few issues:
- Neither of the movers spoke English much at all so was very difficult to communicate anything but the absolute basics. This was annoying when trying to explain to them for example what to do when they got to the destination before me.
- The original quote they gave was for 2 hours for the whole move but just moving all our packed boxes into the Luton and then out at our destination itself took 2 hours. In total everything took 4 hours. I think they should have realized based on what we told them over the phone how long this would take. I feel like they purposely gave us an unrealistic time in their original quotation so it would appear cheaper than competitors.
- They didn't seem too organised in their office either. They tried charging me for an older more expensive quotation than the one I had sent them a written agreement on. I felt a little unsettled that they weren't very organised in their back end and felt I had to double check everything to not get ripped off.

That all said though, just the fact that everyone in the office as well as the movers were very friendly and helpful is enough of a reason to recommend these guys. Their prices were still competitive even though I had to pay for an extra 2 hours and they were prompt and brought in a Luton that could easily fit everything in with lots more to spare.

Great can do attitude and really put a smile on our face. The guys packed everything very well and thought about where everything should go.

I would personally like To mention Jack he was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Great value for money, couldn't recommend them enough and will definitely be using again.

My names Max I'm 32 from London. This was the first time I've used Best Rate Removals as they were suggested to me by a friend. Me and my wife Jess were living in Chalk Farm and had found our family home in Earlsfield for£325. I must admit I was a bit apprehensive as we had a lot of things and brand new furniture to welcome our baby who's due in November, but the service with BRR is fantastic they handled everything with care and were very respective of ornaments and fragile things. Not only were the guys at BRR friendly they worked extremely hard to get the job done on time, even at the other end they placed and unpacked our belongings carefully and everything was put in the right part of the house which saved a lot of hassle. Im sure in future I'll be using BRR again and in future I would happily recommend them to our friends.

I was really happy with best rate removals, they were extremely fast at sending me a quote and when it came to the job I was really pleased about the timing and the service best rates provided. The guys spoke good English and the guys at the office were just as helpful. I suppose the clue is in the name! Best Rate has been the best removal company I have used very respectful and knowledgeable ! I have already started recommending to friends and family!
